I don’t know where to start. I purchased high end dacor Applainces for our apartment over 30k. Since day one of the installation which was August, the combo oven was installed with obvious physical defects which creates a malfunction. Then my dacor induction stovetop started to have malfunction messages and just shut down. Ferguson sent regional representative that decided to start the exchange process. This process went back and forth from dacor and Ferguson or about 2 months with no resolution. It’s a nightmare and a shame. We have been eating out since them. I can not cook for my family and food has gone bad. To this day, I’m still dealing with this problem.
Too early to say but parking is street parking, hard to find and expensive. Ferguson should do better by their customers. The showroom was very nice but you dont get any product or price information without an appointment.
Terrible customer service. We walked in looking for lighting fixtures, and since the front desk was busy we asked someone from the plumbing section if someone could assist us and without even looking at our face the lady there said: No, only work with appointments so now nobody is available to assist. Very arrogant and rude! I am a business administrator and I understand the challenges of running a business and I never leave bad reviews because I understand and know the difficulty of building a reputation. But today I felt completely mistreated and I don’t even want to go back there!!!!!
Great experience! Ferguson has high quality products, and from the time I walked in I was treated like a valuable customer. Marina Dias in Sales helped me find exactly what I was looking. This is because she is very knowledgeable with your products and had excellent suggestions for me. She also has a great personality. I purchased and paid a refrigerator 5 months ago from Ferguson they keep on delaying the arrival day finally two weeks ago they said that the fridge was in their warehouse and ready for delivery on the delivery day they call me to said that the fridge was lost then next day they told me that it was found and would be deliver is six days now they call me and told me that it could not be found they dont have my fridge and they dont know when I will be getting one they have $12,716.00 of my money and I dont have a fridge they have being lying to me all this time
Unfortunately my experience was so bad that I feel it necessary to warn other potential customers and urge them to look elsewhere. I bought a $3600 piece for my bathroom which was supposed to be delivered in 4-6 weeks, 13 weeks later they have no idea where it is. What is worse is that the communication provided was nonexistent and I had to check in multiple times via multiple efforts to get the news that the item is nowhere to be found (at one point 8 weeks after the order, being told it was discontinued and unavailable, after we had built out the bathroom plumbing to accommodate it).Simply put the story always changes with them, excuses are always provided, and no results or actual information is shared with the customer. After canceling my order, they have yet to process my refund which has now resulted in me disputing the charge and potentially elevating the matter further.Avoid this place like the plague, there are so many other options with lower prices.
Everything is perfect when you are buying but they have the worst customer service.You call the store and someone from their house picks up your call and when asked to talk to the manager (Alex) he never picks up the phone. I had to go all the way to the store to complain about a delivery that has promised in the morning and was schedule in the afternoon.Had to go all the way to the store to cancel delivery because person that picked up the phone told me and I quote “there is 0% chances of someone picking up the phone tbh because they are short staff”.Asked to be called when all my items where ready for delivery, they ended up scheduling without letting me know, no phone calls to confirm, no delivery department to verify time frame and all for just receiving 2 toilets and still missing 2 sinks that I’ve been waiting on hold for my sales person Lisa Garcia to tell me what is going on with that delivery!Awfull service! I would give 0 starts if I could

My wife and I are remodeling the master bath and bedroom wing of our condo. Knowing very little about the latest in bathroom fixtures we needed all the help we could get. We decided to visit the Ferguson showroom in Coral Gables. The receptionist paired us up with Marina Dias. Marina immediately took us under her wing. She educated us, made great suggestions, and created a detailed list of fixtures and accessories. Marina was both personable and professional. We left the showroom relieved and excited that our new bath will be both beautiful and functional. All thanks to Marina.

Christopher Parrado has SAVED US! We have a baby on the way and Chris was ON IT. He triple checked the things we previously ordered (with another sales rep who was let go) were correct, made sure we got the new shipments on time, and sent us measurements and invoices as soon as I requested them. Side note: I was also 9 months pregnant and he was very considerate and took care of any have carrying or running around as I sat at his desk. Hes incredibly easy to work with and very thoughtful. Definitely will come back and use Christopher Parrado for any future purchases.

Worst experience yet in a showroom. I checked when I arrived, I walked around for about 30 mins making a list of items I want to inquire about. Came back the the front waited to be held. The lady at the front was helping some one. I waited close to 20 mins some one from the street walks in and get attended. I ask the lady hello you see me here. I walk out after that. If you want to waste time here go ahead not happening again.
I visited Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery for the first time today. It was a pleasure and also beautiful gallery. From the moment I came in I was greeted and welcomed warmly. My consultant, Ms. Diorella Monzo was so approachable. She took her time and addressed all my questions and concerns. Thank Dio.
Not impressed at all by the showroom. Its large but not exquisite. Public restrooms had lights out of order and for being a showroom bathroom, I thought they would leverage the space but I was rather disappointed. The service is the absolute worst! I was there for an hour and staff were on their personal phones, no one even acknowledged me.
