I absolutely LOVE the cooking classes that are offered from the Miele Centers. I have a full kitchen of Miele appliances and am not a seasoned cook. These classes have given me confidence on how to use my combi steam oven for delicious meals. Alisa is absolutely my favorite instructor…I love her recipes specifically. First, she tends to offer a lot of healthy, non-red meat dishes and everything I’ve ever made is delicious! She has the greatest sense of humor and makes everything sound amazing…which it is. I’m SO happy Miele went to this format vs. in store classes.

My wife and I are planning on renovating our kitchen and we walked into the Miele experience center just to look at possible configurations. We had such a great experience with Luis who showed us all the great products. There was no pressure at all. Just information and facts. We now love the brand and the passion of the employees is incredible. They are not sales reps. They just represent the brand and truly represent well educated and informed employees. My wife and l are excited to build a beautiful kitchen with Miele products.

What a wonderful showroom located close to Merrick Park . Well arranged and displaying all the latest and greatest from Miele. We had a wonderful experience and by far the star of the showroom was Aliza Stern! We received a superb presentation from her, she was easy going, professional and very knowledgeable .. I cannot say enough good things about you. We are building a new house and have toured many other showrooms so we know a good sales rep when we see one. Thank you Aliza. On Saturday, February 13, I went to your Coral Gables store to buy a replacement telescoping wand for my vacuum cleaner. The door was locked, although the web site said the store was open. As I stood there puzzling over the many notices posted on the door, I noticed an employee was inside with another customer. She came over to the door, unlocked it, and when I explained that I needed to buy a replacement part, said that although the store was officially closed, she would be happy to locate what I needed.This was not what I have come to expect in this town. More often than not, employees will wave me away if they see me standing by the door when the store is unexpectedly closed.But your store, and your employee, represent something much better. Thank you for having a person on your staff who is willing to extend herself to handle a simple retail request when the store is closed. It becomes part of the positive brand identity of the Miele products.

This showroom has all of the Miele products to see how they work. The kitchen appliances have so many great features its beneficial to understand before making a purchase. Especially when considering other brands. Also the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with the products.

The Miele Experience Center is an amazing place to learn about and interact with the wide range of Miele products. Since you cant actually buy the appliances at this location, there are no pushy sales people and you can count on honest assessments. The BEST part by far was the cooking demonstration by CHEF ALIZA - she is amazing. It was extremely helpful to our decision making process to see the appliances in action, explained in an easy to understand way. Plus the food was delicious! Looking forward to going back for another class.

Five star rating! This showroom is magnificent and gives access to all Miele newer and older products. The quality of service is outstanding. The employees (in my case Renier) will go out of their ways to answer your questions and help you with anything. From now on all my future appliances will be Miele appliances. High end products and awesome service.

My wife and I had such an informative and fun experience learning about our new Miele appliances from Chef Aliza. Aliza showed us new ways to cook on our Combo Steam Oven and Induction Stovetop. Aliza is great!! She is so knowledgeable, is a great chef, and she made our session with her so much fun! Aliza helped us understand our appliances. Everyone would benefit from her instruction! I highly recommend working with Chef Aliza.

What a great experience. We hadn’t booked an appointment (which you’re supposed to now in Covid era); but we were greeted exceptionally well. Katja is a great manager and it was a true pleasure working with her to renew our laundry machines.

What a great experience I had today in the Miele showroom in Coral Gables with chef Aliza! I was warmly welcomed by Aliza and led back to the gorgeous test kitchen, where she works her magic in a warm and easy to understand way. I felt like I was on a cooking show with all the ingredients beautifully laid out. I loved that the class was informative, delicious and efficient. Who knew you could cook an entire meal, salmon, potatoes and green beans (for a Nicoise salad) and individual lemon cakes in a steam oven and it turns out absolutely perfect in flavor and texture! Thanks chef Aliza for an incredible cooking experience, I’ll be back soon.

I was at a cooking class with Aliza Stern last week. It was a fun and informative class. Now I understand my oven. Thanks to Miele showroom and Aliza Stern for making it happen.

I have had two occasions to visit the Miele showroom in Coral Gables recently. I have been very impressed by the display of products, and by the knowledgeable presentation from the Manager, Katja Hernandez. It is an excellent opportunity for designers and the public to become well informed about the wide variety of products from Miele.

I had the great pleasure to attend the Miele Combi-Steam class with Aliza. I was amazed at what this oven can do.My business partner and I were originally greeted a few days ago by Reiner who helped us put together a package of appliances for our next remodeling project. He was very helpful in getting us exactly what we needed for our project’s specific needs. We were interested in including a steam oven but were concerned about potential buyers not understanding the usefulness of this technology, which is just now becoming popular in our market. He suggested we take the class with Aliza to learn more about the features and all it is capable of.The class started with a presentation of fresh beautiful ingredients even including a perfectly golden round loaf of bread. We steamed green beans and eggs in the same oven using a feature that allows up to three different ingredients to be cooked at a time. This very smart oven will ask you all about what you’re cooking and then tell you which ingredients to add and when. I was very impressed as well with how beautifully our salmon was cooked. I can’t thank Aliza enough for all of the instruction and tips as well as the recipes she provided for everything we made.My business partner and I are now steam oven converts and will be preaching all of our newly found skills to our potential buyers.Thanks again Aliza and the whole team at Miele for a wonderful experience!

This store not only showcases the best in home goods, but the staff is the BEST. My experience with Renier was phenomenal...he quickly figured out what I needed and organized it all.Definately recommend to anyone who wants the best products and expects the best service!

Just took a Sous Vide cooking class with Aliza using Mieles great steam oven. She was informed and had a great menu. This was an engaging class, informative and conceptually mind changing using this method of cooking. Highly recommend this great showroom too.
