I use to love stopping at this location. It’s Veteran owned, the cashiers were personable and respectful and professional. Now, whew I am hard pressed to stop here. For instance, stopped here today and thought it would be a quick in and out and I’m done. No such luck! Walked in waited, waited and waited some more. To the point that I had to actually say something. And then the female still was like a rock stuck to her chair in the office. So rather than spend my cash or my time waiting I left. I now no why I don’t stop here any longer. Customer service is falling off and the females always seem to have the nastiest attitudes with other females. If you hate your job or customer service don’t work there. As a customer I always speak when I walk in and ask how they are doing!!!! The LEAST they could do is respond in-kind. Dam is it that hard????

Just stopped here to get gas and i have a lot going on right now but to approach counter with the cashier being rude...wow!!! Never again

Came here just before noon on 11/07/2020 and my mom and I were buying a few energy drinks for ourselves... We herd a Karen and a Kyle at the front counter arguing with the cashier about wearing a mask. It caught to our attention that there was a Karen and Kyle in the store... The Cashier that was on duty acted professionally to the said Karen & Kyle. The Cashier got them out of the store because they werent wearing a mask... Would come here again.... Besides the arguing and the noise from the confrontation it was a great experience... 5/5

Its good and cheaper than most especially great drink prices from 2 to 5 every day

Used to be my favorite store in Cove. Today was interesting. I bought a lottery scratch ticket, standing at the register to pay and the cashier starts mumbling. She tore a corner off of the ticket i was buying. She asked if i wanted it. I responded as long as the bar code wasnt messed up it was fine. She staples the ticket, transaction complete and i walk out. Once i get to my car, i discover that she tore right through the bar code. Ticket is a 3 times winner, but ticket wouldnt scan so no way to collect. She pops off with just mail it in and they will send you your money back. As i leave i tell her that she needs to be more careful and she tries to argue with me and says i didnt have to buy it. I stop in a different location and the manager tries to scan it there and up pops invalid status. Now have to wait til Tue to figure this out. I will go into that store tomorrow and speak with manager. There are so many new people there and customer service has gone way down. After my visit tomorrow i will not be back.

My experience is very great here, besides there affordable gas. There customer service to each and every customer is amazing. I typically come to this location right before I head to my job. Usually spend about five minutes at this Gas Station, just to pic up a few snacks and sometimes breakfast. Like maybe some cereal or a granola bar. At the counter at checkout Is always a wonderful person to see how Im personally doing, not because I go there a bunch, but because they care about their service. Heike and a few other Team members are simply at there best when people are in the store. Clean, great A/C and nothing much more you can ask for!

Worse store ever n it said going to bathroom but sit outside like 30 mins n nobody still come to door

Ive been going here for two years n tonight for a xlarge Styrofoam slurpee i was charged $3.00 when all summer long it was 1.99 insane. Never will i come back to that store.Ps .... i was coming everyday then every other day. But not now.

My favorite gas station in town!! The ladies in the morning always make my day!!
