Poor customer service skills. I understand that you’re busy, but it’s not ok to be rude if you’re serving. I love Walgreens and this is the first time I felt that I wasn’t a value customer. The lady at the Photos/Western Union was extremely rude. If you’re not happy working there, just try to find something else. Even if you are aggravated, don’t output the emotion towards other customers. We just wanted good customer service. I’m calling the corporate about this to ensure this place is a mess. We are definitely not coming back to this store!

Used to be excellent, though the pharmacy service has dropped off in recent months takes hours and not the thirty minutes they guarantee on the pick-ups.

This online order and pickup is terrible.. the store is temporarily closed for some reason. I was not aware of the closure. The online app still let me purchase my items including using my coupons and my rewards then about an hour later tell me that my items are on a delay.. called the store, no one is there to answer..next morning the email said that the items are not available and check my bank they pulled the money out and check the app.. didnt refund my money,coupons or my awards. Terrible service including the online customer service number.I tried this app a couple of times to give it a benefit of the doubt. Always fell me some how no matter what. I will not use this app again and I will barely shop in the stores, on less its the only choice I have. I used to like Walgreens you guys are falling in service quickly and terribly.

Store and pharmacy have been closed all week due to ice storm. Walmart and H‑E‑B still had operating hours everyday. My husband has been out of his medication which we have been trying to get refilled for over a week now. Now he is cold turkey on a medicine you are not supposed to just quit taking. And even the doctors office is closed 🙄. Not entirely their fault but if other stores are able to accommodate why are they not able to?

Rude... I went to Walgreens last night and the customer in front of me was given a professional experience. When it was my turn the cashier was barely speaking, whatever he said he said it low as hell. Didn’t even ask if I had a phone number to put in...just VERY suspiciously rude.

This is the 3rd. time I walk into walgreens and people have no mask on. Not returning

Due to storm store has been closed since last week. I’ve been trying to get medication that I have to take every day. Only pharmacy who hast provided any accommodations for storm and it’s ridiculous.

Lost all respect when witnessing the staff professionalism making fun of a customers name while that person was simply trying put in their rewards card information. When called on it employ continued to laugh. Hope it was entertaining - you lost three customers in that line.

I wish I could give this store Zero stars!I walked in the store.the cashier and a girl walking the floor made me feel so uncomfortable, I was busy trying to shop. Neither one of them asked me it I needed help finding anything !The people they have working at night should not be in customer service if all they want to do is run you out the store.I told the cashier they made me feel uncomfortable she told me I shouldnt come in the store so late..I told her I work for a living I dont need to steal!Her response was sure you do!Not an apology or nothing.They wont get another dime from me!

Was the only customer at the pharmacy walked up to the window and was told that i could not be waited on as it was time for there lunch . window was closed and left me standing there. in the process of finding a new (customer friendly) pharmacy

A busy pharmacy with a hard-working crew that usually get it right, always helpful. Not always perfect, but I have yet to have a bad experience, and I have been using them for nearly a decade. I HAVE seen some pretty awful customers act like spoiled children, demanding service as if they were the only people in the world and making it hard for everyone else. I also use the FedEx pickup service over in the photo dept.,a good option for me as I live in a rural area where the drivers tend to get lost. Need snacks, beer,food,wine, medications? Go to Walgreens, save some $ and time.

Needed baby passport photo. Megan was called over to assist. Megan approached us with a very emo I hate my life approach. When we told her what we needed she sighed heavily as if she was annoyed. She asked us if WE brought a white sheet for our baby to lay on for the picture. We told her no that we called in advance and were told they were equipped for baby photos. So she pulled out garbage bags and insisted thats how its done. So she set the garbage bags behind our baby on the car seat. I asked her about the wrinkles of the bag and she said she could lighten the picture so they wont show. She had to crop the babys head and whiten around it. It was so obvious the photo had been cropped. She insisted thats how its done. We immediately called the passport office and they said they reject edited photos. I went back inside and asked for a refund. Megan laughed under her breath with out an apology and refunded the money. Megan needs a good lesson in customer service and professional appearance.

I do not like that you often think you are calling your local walgreens but are getting a call center. They do not tell you this. I was given incorrect information from the call center in another state that would not have happened if I had spoken to my local store. They knew the actual situation. I am sure they get a lot of calls in a day, but please hire extra people in the local stores to answer calls.

Never really had a bad experience with this Pharmacy until today. There was no one in the Drive-Thru and after giving my childs information for his medication I waited for over 15 minutes for the pharmacist to not come to the window and I had to leave my sons medication there because I had to go get my daughter. I really dont know how hard it was for the pharmacy tech to ask me if I had any questions which I didnt and then for the pharmacist to come over there and scan the medication so I can get it and go on my Merry way. They have done that before when the pharmacist is on the phone. Guess the people there dont have much common sense. I really dont want to know how much longer they would have had me wait if I didnt have anywhere to go.

Great to get in and out and on with my life. Awesome staff that are always helpful.

Ive had to pickup prescriptions in many parts of the country during my travels, but this Walgreens is the absolute slowest Ive ever had the displeasure of doing business with.You would think they are verifying rx via carrier pigeons!Ive waited in line more than half an hour with 2 sometimes 3 cars in front of me. This is my 3rd pickup and nothing changes. Unbearably slow and i dare say grossly incompetent.Cant imagine having to wait in line for medicine if i was actually sick or hurting.
