Went in to upgrade my phone for the first time in 2 years.. had already did some research before hand, but Stevie was awesome to work with. Very knowledgable, helpful in helping me transfer things over to my new phone, no sales pressure at all. Wonderful service! I highly recommend and will definitely use again!
We stopped in to get a new phone for a family member. We asked for the least expensive phone. The employee said it was $60. When we asked about the “free” phones, she said they were as, oh, those are as low as twenty dollars. (A little confusing since we had just been told the lowest was $60 and not sure why they were labeled as free.)One of our phones was having service problems. She advised that we buy a new card which we did. It didn’t work. We wanted to return it right away, and she said we couldn’t. We explained that the only reason we purchased it was because she advised it. She “explained” that she was in sales and not in service. We could talk to our bank to reverse the charges! This was disappointing on every level.We left without a new phone and with a useless new card with the advice of talking to our credit card company.

(WARNING) (ALERT) do not go to this location they told me my iPhone was unlocked when I went their and I bought a plan and they are like jk.your phone is locked and they said will give you a refund and again are just like jk, go here if you want to get scammed lost 80$ to this sham
As a service its great, as an employer they are horrible. Cricket works with authorized retailers who typically run the business like a communist party. Employees are replaceable not valued, money is the goal over everything and customer service is only for appeal not actual care. Id give a lower score but the service from at&t that Cricket offers is actually great so they get a 3.

Awesome experience. Switched from h2o to Cricket, and what a great decision it was. Aaron went beyond just a great customer service and stayed even at least an hour extra just to get me trough the problem I had switching from h2o. Derrick joined in and this strong team made it happen. Here is a big thank you to both of you for the passion youve shown. Ill be back in about a month to switch another service provider to Cricket and there are more people Im sending your way as well. Thank you guys.
Service is horrible here! Wish I could give them 0 stars. Went in to add one line to my plan. There was a glitch in there system and so I said I would come back the next day to add the line. When I went home, I saw that two lines had been added to my account charging me $60, but I never got a phone for them. I went in the next day and they were able to take the two lines off and correctly add the initial line I wanted - giving me a phone this time. But THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME THE $60. I called numerous times and spoke with the store manager, Adam, he was no help at all. I talked and talked to the district manager who assured he would fix it and call me back. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. Its been TWO MONTHS now and they obviously dont care. Will definitely be looking for a different service provider.
Im very happy with the Coon Rapids store. Adam,Aaron,Leroy and V do a great job with customer service. And being able to sell themselves and the product to. If you walk in empty handed you will walk out with a smile and a phone on hand. GREAT JOB GUYS......
The manager of the Coon rapids store is great! He is very personable and patient with old ladies who cant make up their mind.
I just switched from Sprint to Cricket and Victor was a tremendous help. She went above and beyond to make sure that my phone was working correctly and went the extra mile to figure out some issues that were happening. She called me twice after I got home to make sure that I was receiving phone calls. The whole time we were all laughing and having a great time. A much different experience than going to sprint where there is minimal conversation happening. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else from here on out.

This location has a very limited selection of phones, with either the high end phones like iPhone and Samsung Galaxy S series, or very low end, cheap phones that break/stop working months after use. There are no midrange phones like the LG G or Q series, or similar.They are often not open at the hours posted on the sign either. The website says open until 4pm on Sundays, but they are closed. They have a pretty high turnover rate when it comes to employees, so you never know who you will be dealing with each month.And, if you decide you want to switch to another carrier, they will try to guilt trip you into staying with them, despite carrying mostly low quality phones with less service options than say, Metro by T-Mobile. (Hmm..$40 for 5Gb with you, or 10Gb with them? Yeah, no thanks, Cricket.)On top of that, the call and text service with the few phones I have had with them are frequently spotty/unreliable, even when the phones I bought were new.

I went in a little late without realizing the store was closed. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The lady was a complete disappointment and was very rude and unhelpful. Even though the store was closed, the door was open. She should have locked the door. I will not go back to this location again and take my business elsewhere.
