So we dont exactly know we are supposed toNot go to counters for help. They just avoid eye contact as they ignore you. Then someone runs over with a tablet, asks you a question, gloms on to a key word, and then assumes you want something they dont have, so they give you a random number and go on their way. Meanwhile your question isnt even addressed until the same person just avoiding you suddenly acts like he has just noticed you after standing in front of you for 10 minutes, and then they answer tour question with the same answer listed right on website, which brings you in an endless loop, so you have to go to store to have the same nightmare loop in person. What a bunch of no fun, and we have money to buy phones and want plans, you think they would attempt to get business, and not get you out the door an hour before close.

Associate messed up order which caused everything to be delayed almost a month. The whole process was extremely painful because he didnt seem to know how to do his job having to constantly ask his co-workers and manager for help. Eventually we sat there while he was on the phone with support who walked him through the entire process. After wasting 2 hours of our time we find out a week later he messed everything up and nothing worked so our order was yet again delayed. Working with him again he didnt know anything about his own job so he called management over to again do everything for him. Very incompetent associate.

Went in for a phone for my Dad - just needed a simple cheap phone and quickly - the younger dark haired gentleman working 5/12/21 @ 2P was extremely helpful, courteous, professional, and patient - provided me with the best customer service I could have hoped for - thank you for everything - give this gentleman a raise for sure and maybe a promotion - he’s the kind of employee every business wants around.

First experience at Verizon when we moved over from T-Mobile was fantastic, but now I’d like to reach out to my local store to make sure that I won’t be driving there for no reason tonight to attempt to troubleshoot my Apple Watch and get it fixed after apple fixed and completely reset my watch, but you cannot get ahold of anyone in store... sends you right back to corporate customer service line. It’s extremely frustrating to not be able to validate that i won’t be driving out there for no help at all. Why is there no communication available at our local store level?!

I will never go back to this store to spend my money. My phone had been stolen and I needed a replacement. Went into the store. Was happy with my service. But now its been two days later and found out that I wasnt offered the bigger 512 gb note ultra. I went back to the store today only to be turned down and told I wouldnt need the 512 version. Also got hosed on a 40 dollar upgrade fee that Im still not sure how my free upgrade doesnt cover. Was told that nothing is free. The sales associate who turned down my business and put the worst taste in my mouth was Landan. I even asked about sd cards and wasnt even allowed in the store to look. I will be complaining to the store manager also.

Verizon, the problem with you replying to my review like that is Ive gone back into your reviews and youve been telling customers for far to long that you will escalate the problem to try and get a solution. Obviously, if customers months or a year ago already had this complaint of not being able to reach their LOCAL STORE, and you gave the same response word for word you really arent rectifying anything at this point. Hopefully I dont end up five or ten minutes late to my appointment because I wont even be able to call and let them know about it. Oooofffff, figure it out.

Great service initially but two days after purchasing my daughter’s phone it still had not been activated despite several wasted hours on hold with customer service.Upon visiting the store again to talk to someone, we found it closed 3 hours early and were greeted by a cold, smug, “Solutions Manager” named Andrew who refused to even open the door to speak to us or show any kind of concern (despite the fact that there were two customers inside being helped).We tried to have a conversation with Andrew but were treated as if we had no business being on the property and were mocked as he stood inside a locked door with a mask on speaking quietly pretending we could hear him.It has been quite some time since I have been treated so poorly as a customer. He helped turn the celebratory purchase of my daughter’s first phone into a frustrating and then demeaning experience.We subsequently spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon waiting in queues and being transferred until we finally found someone who could help.

But today this new person is at the door some lady, and just looks at me as I asked her how to change so.ething on my chats and she said, oh thats tech support just contact them, I know nothing about that stuff. And gave me the hand signal as in leave, go away. So I had poor poor service and that lady should be fired for her actions

They never have anything in stock - no chargers, no adapters, no Apple Watch accessories, no cases for anything other than the newest phone. The employees are as useless as they come.Just avoid this store unless you absolutely have to go here for phone issues.

I have never been so disappointed by the customer service as I was at this location. Not only did they screw up the number transfers after an hour of being at the store, but it required another hour to get it fixed. We were lied to repeatedly about our billing and I was told that it would take another hour for them to look into it. Do not ever use this location. Extremely aggravating how little they care. The employees would rather play with their displays than do anything to help the customers.

VERY upset with the customer service here. We were immediately put on a waiting list and was told it would be 30 minutes. We waited for over an hour while there were 4 sales reps helping one person. Another sales rep repeatedly walked around texting on his phone while several families were patiently waiting. Very disappointed how they treat their customers. Us 4 came in with a positive attitude and they could have easily had a brand new plan with us but instead we all walked out. Highly do not recommend this store, they do not give you your attention, nor do they deserve yours!

I went in Verizon feeling manipulated and helpless by first Sprint, and then my t mobile carrier, but I went to Verizon and talked to the most friendly and helpful Connor T. He talked me through everything and I mean everything. I finally left knowing exactly what Im paying for and after my first bill I knew it was true. He was the most honest and helpful cellular employee Ive ever encountered and truly made me feel in control of my phone plan for the first time. Thanks again Verizon and Connor I cant wait for future business, your truly the best of the best.

My husband and I used this Coon Rapids Verizon store to upgrade my phone. Ron M. was the employee helping and we couldnt have been more impressed. Not only was he honest about which phone would be best for me, he was efficient. We were in and out the store in under 30 minutes! Great experience!

Reps follow you around like a hound to the point where you feel them breathing behind you. I had to ask them to give me time and space alone just so I could get a second to think about which phone I wanted. Also I know it’s a sales thing but some reps try too hard to sell the most expensive phones when I rather have someone who is just honest. This isn’t a used car lot. And beware they do not mention the best deals so make sure you do your research before walking in. Otherwise you get ripped off.

This is my home Verizon store. Every time I go in here, they take care of me. Especially JD. Hes helped me numerous times and the transaction has been smooth and painless. He even got me on a better plan for less money. Very impressed with the service. Verizon costs a little more but it is definitly worth it. Havent had a bad experience. I will be back again!

Horable customer service never walked in to a corporate store with only three employees working. On a weeknight and dont dare ask a question while you Waite you will get your head bitten off and dismissed by a little blond boy that looks like he is 12 and when we the manager know he apologized, but it was not sincere. You could tell it was just to try to smooth over what his little boy employees did. Heck after his apolagey he went over I heard him talking to another employee about it a laugh, as we were leaving.

Extremely Helpful. We were considering moving to a new cell provider, but Josh was very helpful and the location was very willing to work with us. Our phone battery was damaged and they helped diagnose the issue and worked with us to create a situation that worked best for us. I would make sure you know your stuff before going to this store so you dont get screwed over. Ask a lot of questions because if you dont, they wont tell you things that will help you in the future. Extremely disappointed with misleading information I was given at this location. I was told my phone would be replaced due to a recall and the protection plan ... with a new one arriving in 24 hours. No mention that I would need to go home and open and a claim (or information on how to do so) or the fact they would charge me the $150.Spoke with different representatives on verizon chat (since my phone won’t make phone calls thanks to said recall issue). They gave conflicting information as well but ultimately agreed the Coon Rapid location did not open up anything on my behalf and provided wrong information.

Horrible service. Long wait times. Manager Dave Dihn lost our whole family to sprint. I got 5 new phones in 30 minutes and my bill is $200 a month instead of $300 a month, good job Dave. Drove 2 hours to get to the Verizon Store. Got 2 new I phones, one person started out switching out our phones and another finished. We were rushed out the door being told that we needed to keep the one new phone close to the old phone so that the data would transfer over. Only to find out that they did not have a sim card in the new phone and it would not work. So we will have to take 1/2 day off work with driving and who knows how long it will take for them to get to you and get the work done. When i called the store, I was on hold for what seemed like forever I was greeted by the rudest person I have ever spoke with. They offered nothing for the inconvenience..Not even an apology..Just more attitude. Would NEVER recommend this store..SLOW/DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING/ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/VERY INCONSIDERATE! Who is the manager and why wouldnt they pass the phone over to someone in management? Really if you want to get a new phone that is not the place to do it... I went to this store to upgrade to a google pixel XL and when I got there a staff member brought me to show me the phones and check me in. She said it would be a wait as there were a ton of people and not enough staff. I waited for almost an hour to be told the phones were all back ordered until Christmas. The person checking me in knew thats the phone I wanted specifically and never bothered to tell me that information. They seemed very disorganized and wasted a lot of my time. Go to best buy they have more in stock and better deals.

My wife was told it would be $34 out of pocket and a $2.75/month increase in our bill to upgrade both of our phones and receive a tablet. I verified the $ amounts with him 3 times... Long story short, after the 2 hour long processes of switching all of our info over to the knew phones when it came time to pay that $34 inexplicably became almost $200.

We went to this store during a mid-day. We were promptly greeted and helped by Conner. Was asked why we were there and told him that we wanted to upgrade one of our phones. We went to look at all the available phones. He recommended a Samsung J3 for new smartphone users. We asked him how long the phone would last, and he said probably two years. We then asked, Why only two years? and his response was, Cause thats what all new phones are being made to, so that you are forced to buy new phones. Lets just say, it wasnt the response we were expecting... Nevertheless, we decided to go with the Samsung J3 per his recommendation. He was very pushy to sell us add-ons (like a typical salesman). Good thing we did not, because we found all the accessories he was offering for 1/2 the price on Amazon. We then closed the deal by purchasing just the phone, and he mentioned that any returns would incur a 10% restocking fee. OK Cool. So we buy the phone, then leave. Two days later, the phone had issues with not being able to hear others and vise versa. OK Cool. Did some Google research: Phone is a piece of junk and is known for this issue. Ok Cool, lets return it. We get back to the store, they said they would replace it with another one. No thanks! Told them that the phone was known to have this issue. They denied it, but then out of nowhere, Conner said, Yeah, Ive heard many issues with the phone... wait... what? Did this guy just admittedly say he sold us a phone that he knew had issues?!? *awkward silence* The guy continues, Okay, well, just give us $50 and were good.... Wait what? Thats not 10%... Well, on the receipt is says $50, so you have to pay $50 to return the phone. So we asked, So basically, we lost $50. The guy says, Well actually, we lost money because we didnt sell the phone.... WOW! Just wow... So, we left our $50, and told ourselves that we would never step back in this store. Do yourself a favor and get a phone from a different place. Watch out for the $50 return fee (even if the phone was only $170). Record your interactions with their sales team. Dont be afraid to say no when they start to get pushy. And most importantly, do your research before purchasing a phone. Their sales team is just looking to sell you a phone: even if they know its a bad one.

I think Verizons customer service has gotten a lot better in the last couple of years. My experience with my local store has been great, through a switchover from T-Immobile to exchanging devices. Theyre better now at explaining the hidden costs and being up-front about those things, plus their people really know the hardware.I recently got a Google Pixel XL which was backordered for more than a month. Verizon threw in the Daydream VR unit, no cost, as a bonus for my wait. Theyre really trying hard.

Awful customer service with the exception of Nate, extremely long wait times....we were told we could bring our old iPhone 4 back in for a credit towards our account. We had toyed with the idea of keeping it as a back up phone but decided we would take the $200 credit towards our account. They had said we had a month to make the decision. Went back into the store a week later after purchasing a new 5s an hour before closing time and they said they couldnt help us. It would be a hour and a half wait and they close in a hour. All that was needed was a simple 5 minutes of here is the old phone and here is our account number to credit. They also stated we needed to turn the old phone in the same day which wasnt what they initially had told us when purchasing the new phone.

And when I said so in the servay they sent, within 5 minutes I got a call from the manager to complain to me about my review and when I told her how bad it was and unhappy I was with her she hung up on me. Seriously, worst experience buying a phone Ive had in the past 10 years.
