Con Artist sold me a discontinued phone that none to have major issues.

We have been going to this location for several years now. The business is very professional and courteous. We have always been given honest pricing and treated with utmost respect. There should be a rating above 5 stars for this business owner, it is well deserved.

IMPORTANT !!! Do not go there he is not being honest about his prices. He tried to make me pay for a iPhone 7 for 149.99 to switch but it clearly says its $29.99 for the phone when you switch. Go to the location in Brooklyn Park because there honest! Just trying to save you some money if your switching. Thank goodness I only got it for $29.99 at the other location

Dean is a exceptional man of high standards and pleasing morals. He treats my significant other and myself as if we were family. Hes very attentive, and helps a person make the right decisions on phones as well as the plans he has to offer. I cant say anything about what others have said about the hours he keeps due to the pandemic, but I can say that he has always been opened when Ive needed his services. His shop is clean and bright, well organized, and family friendly. Thats worth 5 stars to me any day!

85.00 for a free phone. Doesnt free mean free?

This is a really nice store, smells and looks nice, always clean. finishes the sale quick and gets to the point, if you want to get a good phone and not be stuck for 3 hours go here.

Dean is a very nice person to work with. He always keeps the store clean and organized . He addresses the food deals right away.metro has really good deals and plans. He always helps me and we are in and out of the store with the best phones and deals.

This store is wonderful. Everytime Ive been in, they have been very helpful and very thorough. Very friendly and polite and they know how to do the job well! Plenty of parking, well lit, and a very clean shop.

This is the last one you want to go to I believe the main guy working there is a crook/poor salesman i had a problem with one of my phone and he told me the phone is gone and I have to get a new one. A week after buying a new phone I realized I just had to reset it. Ot only that but he couldnt insure the new pho e I had but continued to change me for insurance on a phone that I dont even use anymore. Like I said no different than any other store besides the salesman.

They helped my daughter with her phone to activate it.. Nice clean store..

I am beyond frustrated with this location. Besides not being open often during their posted hours, as many have mentioned, this last incident takes the cake.I went in this week to cancel one of the phone lines on my account for the kid who lost her phone privileges. I go in, I wrote down my number, my pin, and the number I wanted cancelled. He ended up cancelling the other number belonging to my partner, in retrospect he did not confirm the number he was cancelling before it was done.A few hours later my partners phone is not working. We head back to this store at 6pm, and it is closed, even though it is posted to be open until 7. So we head down to the Anoka location. The woman working looks at the phone and says its a hardware issue and we need to file an insurance claim to have it replaced.I file the claim, the phone arrives, and my partner takes the old and new phone back to this location to be set up. The owner looks up our account and tells my partner that his line was cancelled, not the kids. The owner then proceeds to tell my partner that this is my fault and that I didnt write down the number that I wanted cancelled.I end up having to call metro and have his number reinstated, his phone reactivated, and the original number cancelled. And then I had to call and deal with claims to return the new phone.This is a really long review to tell you anything you need done with your account call them instead of going hereI wont be going back.

Super nice guy that provides the best service. He explained all the options to us and even configured all four phones for us. We will be back.

I am literally sitting outside of this store right now it is 10:36 a.m. and the store clearly states online and on the door that they open at 10 a.m. and the store is completely black and the doors are locked and there is no employees inside smfh

Do not waste your time with this location as they waste yours. I went there twice during business hours and they were closed. Hours say they are open until 7PM on the door and online. I went at 4:15PM. I went to another location and the person told me that shes heard that before with this location. Do yourself a favor and go to another location!

If i could rate this store lower i would. The person there had very little knowledge of the product. Ive been there twice and left frustrated both times.

It Seems like you have a 50/50 chance of the store being open. Disappointed.
