We special orderd a mattress. Was told.no problem nut 2 weeks later got a phone call they couldnt do that size. So much for they can make any size mattress

We had a great experience with The Original Mattress Factory! From the showroom floor to the delivery process – top notch company. On our initial visit, we worked with Craig at the Maple Grove location. He showed us the bare inner springs displayed in the store and explained how they make the beds. Very impressive and honest approach. Buying a new mattress set is an investment and I wanted to know we were getting a good, quality set. Craig did an excellent job answering all of our questions. Very good salesman to work with. We left the showroom that day to think about everything we’d learned. It was a lot. We went to the Coon Rapids store the following Saturday to work with Craig and to purchase our queen set – Orthopedic Luxury Firm with a low-profile box spring. Delivery went off as promised. It was very courteous and professional. Really, really a great company to work with. Not a slick, fast sales pitch, just straight-forward communication about a good product.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable & made suggestions based on what I requested. I was pleased that he actually sold me down to get exactly what I was looking for. After two weeks Im very pleased with the mattress & am glad I purchased locally.

I have bought mattresses for my kids at this store twice. The second time, I wasnt sure what I wanted to get, but after mentioning I had bought from there before the salesman offered to look up our last purchase to help. With that I was able to make a good decision, and I was not pressured to stick with the current quality of the last purchase or upgrade the mattress I wanted. After the sale, I was helped in loading the mattress into my vehicle, and within a week of the sale I got a personal handwritten note hoping we enjoyed our new bed. I will definitely be going back.

Thay wanted to much money. Thay wanted over $700 for this mattress I wanted and at mattress firm I paid only $310 dallors. You do the math. Sorry not sorry.

Dont buy a mattress from this place. We bought a foam $2000 plus mattress and it has no support after just two years. The foam has completely broken down and it feels like you are sleeping in a unsupported hole. When the warranty inspector came they offered no solutions. They said if the visible indentation isnt over 1.5 they wont warranty claim it. The bed has no support so not sure why it matters if it only has 1.3 of dip showing. Most manufacturers have no dip qualifications or under and inch for their warranty. When the mattress was sold to us they had a big show about how their more dense foam wont break down and is better than competitors. That couldnt be further from the truth though! They dont stand behind the comfort either. I recommend staying clear.

Wanted a king bed to fit in our 1952 home basement. Did you know original mattress factory has every king able to fold in half? Bought a king mattress and 2 single box springs... already in the basement!Love this place!!!!

I bought a queen size frame, headboard, box spring, and mattress, including delivery and removal of the old box spring and mattress, for $1,060. Everything was simple, and my new bed is very comfortable. Ive been recommending them to anyone who will listen.

Walked in expecting to shop around, but the service and quality at this store was exceptional! Highly recommend.

We had issues with the memory foam bed at first, we did not understand the return policy, or see the stamp on our receipt saying no returns, or exchanges. If you buy a bed from here, and are deciding on two different beds start with the lesser value bed first, because they do not give you your money back. Even though we are out 1,000, they worked with us on the miss misunderatanding, and now we have a bed we are happy with the orthepidc bed.
