Jack was our salesman. We honestly just came in to look and not make a decision today.However, our new Split King bed with adjustable base has been ordered!! Jack was very knowledgable and helpful, and worked with us to get a deal we were comfortable with.

I had an amazing experience here while working with Brad. After going to a couple of other stores with my girlfriend and being all but ignored while shopping around for a good mattress we decided to go to Mattress Firm as one of the last spots to look. Brad greeted us at the door and immediately started helping us out. Showing us a large variety of mattresses that would fit our needs and making sure we saw every option available to us. He was friendly, helpful, and never pushy about anything. Once we’d shopped and decided he was very helpful with financing and showed me just how good of a deal it is to shop here too. I’ll definitely be recommending that people go here instead of anywhere else.

Jonathan was awesome..so knowledgeable and fun. He knew his business and wanted to make sure we bought the right bed for our sleep issues. He explained the warranty and accessories. He helped us find the right pillows and recommended a matress protector, which we bought. Some things you dont give a second thought to but when you are investing good money in a matress its best to protect it. Thanks you so much it was a really great experience! Labor Day purchase......Well Bradley did it again (as I see from the reviews) he helped us find the perfect King Bed . His knowledge of beds, springs, and foams was expansive. As previous reviews indicated, he was patient, told us to try all the beds we selected out (making sure if you were a side, back or stomach sleeper to try the beds in those positions). Was not pushy by any means, took his time with us. He explained the construction of the bed. Well he did a GREAT job and we bought a bed!!!! Thanks Bradley!!!

The sales rep was very friendly & listened to my concerns & made good recommendations, although after getting home I was thinking I should of laid on the bed longer to see if laying on it would give me a better idea whether I made the best decision? Today me and my husband went shopping with the littles for a new mattress. When we arrived the salesman was a little busy because he was a lone wolf today he greeted us and we looked around and tested a few mattresses. After he helped a couple of couples he got straight to us we had made our decision by then so it was an easy transition. He let us know about all our available options and we ended up going with the financed option which worked out perfectly. We will be going back to get pillows and the weighted blanket for sure. We walked in and were warmly greeted by the staff. He took time to hear our concerns and what we wanted. He then showed us around while displaying different features of the power bases and was even able to explain the differences in how each mattress was designed. He let us know what promos were going on and we eventually pulled the trigger on a king-sized bed, power base, and selected our gift of two pillows, mattress protector, and fitted sheets. We cant wait to sleep on our new, soft mattress when it comes in a little over a week!

This location is taking no precautions for covid-19. We were expected to lay down on unprotected pillows which were being shared with other customers. Pillows were dirty and had hair on them. All of the other stores we visited offered pillow coverings, and one of them offered mattress coverings as well. Poor quality service from the best in the business..

What a joke!!! Heres another corporate business that dose not care about there customers. We ordered a new bed and were over charged 500.00$ they said that we wouldnt receive our refund till 5 days after delivery witch was a month from date witch was not ok with us( Im not there bank) so not happy with what they were trying to do we cancelled the order,they said money would be refunded in 3 to 5 days and guess what nothing you can call customer service and you will get nothing but the run around,we have emailed with no response I cant tell you how much you should not buy anything through this group.

Chad at the Coon Rapids store is awesome. I think my wife and I spent close to 2 hours in the store trying several beds. Throughout the entire time, Chad was helpful, informative, and very patient. We narrowed our selection to 2 options, which differed in price by about $1,000. We were never “pushed” into the higher priced bed. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at the Coon Rapids Mattress Firm.
