The manager is definitely the helpful hardware man ! Friendly staff, get in and out quick. Prefer them over lousy Lowes any day. Great place to get what I need and back to work.

I am accustomed to a high standard of service where ACE is concerned. Sadly my expectations were not met. I dont want to drive to ACE in New Tampa every week for hardware.Update: I did not leave this for the wrong ACE Hardware. I know exactly which one:615 W Main St, Cookeville, TN 38506Now, driving 850 miles one way to Tampa for my hardware needs is going to be quite a burden, but I know that I will be served well there.
