The tool selection while being mostly of Chinese origin has continued to improve at Harbor Freight. The new Icon line of tools is a great addition to their selection. Pricing is always competitive and if you take the time to look up their ads and coupons you can save yourself a lot of $$$. I would highly recommend downloading their HF-Coupons app. The app is an easy way to save yourself money.

Its a pretty good store. Better than some i have been in. Nice people and asked twice if I needed help finding stuff. I go here often and most times its good.

Great staff, very friendly, send to be poorly stocked. Maybe its a corporate issue, vendor issue, or someone isnt staying on top of stock levels? It has been very frustrating, as we live more than an hour away. Well check the website, it will say its in stock, but then it isnt. We kept checking back by calling in but quit checking after 3 weeks. Finally just ordered to our house.

Great store great prices customer service at this one is horrible we asked if they had an item in stock she said she would look in just a min and finishes helping someone. Walked in office and then came out and opened a register when asked again did she look up the item she said she would look in a min not sure how many min she excepted us too wait since she just took a line of customers.

The best Harbor Freight store I have been to. The staff here are excellent and very helpful which is important when finding an item on sale.

I really really want to give it a better rating but until the online inventory matches the ACTUAL inventory and until they put the stuff out I cant go any better. I know that keeping people is hard as well but just dang the passive aggressive stuff has to stop as well Karen.

With situations in businesses now, this store only had 3 associates working...no fault of theirs but most customers were patient. I could not get the help i needed, stock may be low, dont know but i was disappointed for this trip.

I have had great service here and there is a wide selection of products available in the store and more online. I can spend a good few minutes wandering around in the store. Prices are reasonable. My big gripe is that some brands sold here are not as reliable as others. I am usually satisfied with items bought here but there have been a couple of things that failed on first use. Generally, I really like the store.

Always the cheapest, and if youre like me and go for a trailer safety chain, pinlock, safety glasses, 4 pc strap set and a 240pc boltnut set for under 45 bucks. The straps at Wal-Mart were 25 bucks alone...

I was disappointed on this trip bc they were out of 5 gallon gas containers for regular fuel. Only Deisel on the shelves in 5 gallons. Only 2 to3 in the 2 gallon containers as well. Guess the gas shortages have made these items needed!?!

Stood in line 15 minutes. One register open, lady was rude and unfriendly. Glad the manager opened another register, at least he was friendly and professional. Really should evaluate some of the cashiers attitudes with customers.

Prices are good, but quality isnt always the best

Cookeville has the worst version of everything. Always out of something I need now. Theyre not so budget friendly anymore either.

Store was busy. They were closing early because of the weather. Employees were working hard to take care of everyone.

They were good, I have trouble walking. I told the cashier what I wanted and he went and got it for me and put it in a shopping cart for me. Only thing he didnt ask if I needed help getting it in my car. I had a hard time lifting it into my car,he probably though I could do it!

Great place to check out for all kinds of tools. I went in to buy a chain tensioner. Found some great prices on welders. Check out how to weld aluminum with a harbor freight welder. I have so many projects in mind. Dont forget to use the coupons from the mailer.

Didnt have what I wanted in stock and wont sell the floor model. Happened to me and the other couple that were checking out at the same time. Now a big deal to me, but you might want to call ahead and check availability before you drive there from very far away.

Always fun to see what deals can be had on tools and equipment. Almost always have a sale of some sort going on. Great place to get replacement blades and bits. Would like to see a better variety of 8 hole hook and loop sanding discs.

Harbor Freight is good as far as getting cheap tools I do not recommend the power tools or electric tools at this place they burn out very fast and in order for you to get the better deals you have to subscribe to their magazines I suppose is a better way of saying it they have coupons good coupons in them they dont give to just anyone you have to pay for them now and saying that how much money could you really save?

Neat, clean, decent prices, but the employees were kinda rude. The rudeness may have been because Im a woman given that more than a few employees gave me once overs. No one offered to assist me, but I didnt need it, so that was fine.

A little disorganized but tons of great deals. They need a extra person to help in the floor this time of year. Another customer ended up helping me so guess I can say really nice people in here!
