So this place has a unique concept, kind of like Cold Stone creamery they do your mix-ins on freezer tray except this place is actually making your ice cream on the freezer tray as you watch. Its kind of labor intensive but fast. Your server has to use a lot of elbow grease to make your flavor, so if you ever get ice cream from here you should be appreciative. They are a little bit pricey but its worth it.

Absolutely love this place. The owners are super nice and friendly and they have the best ice cream in town. Not to mention the bubble tea reminds me of authentic bubble tea! We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately it looks like this place has closed down. Tried to go here tonight but I found an empty store. So disappointing.

I brought my son here Thursday after school and I am still amazed at how wonderful their ice cream is. I got the taro that I absolutely love. Toppings were great. Alexis was very nice and informative. I cant wait to come back. There was no line I got it out.

I took my daughter and her friend out for ice cream and they loved being able to pick all their flavors and watch them make the rolled ice cream.

I got ice cream from you guys Thursday and when I say Savanna gave me the BEST customer service I’ve ever gotten!!! Definitely a customer for life. She deserves a raise for her hard work and spectacular customer service.

1) it’s 5 rolls, not 7...2) we arrived at 8:42 with 5 people ahead of us, 6 people came in behind us. Instead of doing orders In order, each worker took an order (my order was 4 people So all of the people behind us was served before ours was made. We got our order at 9:55. That’s ridiculous.3)the owner needs to ‘rethink’ the employees that represent him. The guy had pants on, but they hung under his butt cheeks. Therefore his entire read end showed. No one wants to see that.Get this place worked out! It would be great Ice cream if your staff would do things orderly!!

Tried to come with my family the day prior and was told they were short staff so they were closing earlier, understandable. Came in on the next day and after a 30 minute drive was told we had to wait another 20 minutes to be served because of short staff. You can see the fatigue in the employees after serving each customer which had 3-4 orders with each. When they finally helped us, both workers were great, the cashier even started rolling ice cream to help out the other employee. While upset at first, I think this was more of an owners issue...as a business owner, when I’m short staff I come in no matter how long of the hours I have to be there I will come in and work until another employee is available. Ice cream was great but the experience was terrible!

Timings on their door says they are open until 10 but woman working closes much earlier despite I was in the store at least 90 minutes before they close. Either pay your employees good wages or fire and replace them.

Nice place, I like how they let you leave post it on the wall of different comments, I didnt like how they had a sign saying dont record without permission. It takes away the experience. Some people dont want to ask in front of others can they record their ice cream rolls being made. The employees must think somebody wants to record them.

Customer service is terrible..I went into this location at 9pm on a Friday night. At the time, I was the only customer in the store & it looked like they were mopping as if they were closing. They close at 11pm on Fridays. I was told they only had chocolate ice cream left. I left to go into another store & my friend went inside a few minutes after and other customers came in after as well. The other customers questioned the fact that they only had chocolate ice cream. And the employee says “Yeah I just told everyone else we only have chocolate so I wouldn’t have to make anything.” I walked back in & up to my friend, the girl says “Oh she’s with you? My karma is kicking in.” I asked, “so you lied?” She laughs. We decided not to purchase anything & leave. I do not appreciate the service being that we had our hopes up for ice cream and were lied to due to laziness so the business has overall earned a poor review. Customer service is everything!! I’m disappointed.

7 Rolls is a family friendly atmosphere. They are so nice there that Its like they are family or friends as well. Its delicious ice cream and its made right in front of you. They even have a cute tradition where where they have post - its that you can write on and put it up on the wall.

Food was delicious but the guy making my ice cream wasn’t wearing a mask. the staff was super friendly! 💕 i would give this a 5/5 but the mask part so yeah!

I just came to this establishment and they are saying their closed yet the sign says they close at 10pm. Looks like they want to leave early although they are supposed to be open until 10pm.every day.

This establishment is falling off, they half have ingredients for toppings repeatedly, today is the final straw, they will no longer get my business, I’ll drive for quality, I purchased a cookies and cream roll ice cream this evening, either the base was sour (supposed to be vanilla) or it was the wrong flavor, but totally not the normal base. So sad that a good thing never last long. Consistency is key and they have lost it.

So hella slow. I have ordered at 3:18:20pm and now is 3:54pm and still didnt have my items yet. I have waited with a freaking long line. I just ordered only 2 cups. Never come back :)

I come here often, more than I should but only because their ice cream always taste so rich and fresh. The one who seems to always take my order, Samantha, is always so kind and helps when I want to try something new but isn’t sure. Thank you Samantha! Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s not clean, nor does it smell clean. It’s 7:40pm on a Sunday evening.

Brought my son for ice cream tonight his birthday. When we pulled up there was a line, so we got in it. The store closes at 10pm and we pulled up at 7:20pm, but we and the people in front of us were turned away because the staff said they were all going on break. It was a major disappointment and just outright unprofessional.

I visited the 7 rolls ice cream location in Conyers, Georgia. Online it states that it closes at 10 so I drove from Henry county and arrived at the door at approximately 8:58 pm to visit this location since it was recommended to me (never been before)Unfortunately, when I got there, the door was closed and one of the cashiers was counting the cash as if it were closed. However, instead of simply coming to the door to inform me IF they were closed or not (which they shouldn’t of been due to the time I arrived) she blatantly ignored me even after I took a knock at the door.This has made me not want to visit the business anymore if the workers are not committed to their job. It’s almost as though they were just riding the clock to get the money, but not doing the work assigned to it. I am definitely not pleased.

I totally recommend the green tea! It’s so light. I always get it mixed with caramel and for the toppings caramel and whipped cream sometimes sprinkles 10/10

On May 2nd 2020 at 8:05pm, My friend who has the ice-cream before and myself who has never been there before. My friend said there ice-cream the best so we went there. There was a Hispanic family there before us and said they have been waiting 5 minutes. There was a female sitting on a chair inside and was a sign on break in front of door. Since I never been there before I looked over menu since I could see it from the door so when they opened up I would know what I wanted. I left door then the female went to back and another female came out the back. They both came to the door so let Hispanic come to door and we kept our six feet away where tape was on cement. One of the female talked Spanish to the family then closed the door. They never communicated with us and we aren’t Hispanic nor do we speak Spanish. I asked the man what was going on he said they on break for another 30 minutes and we had already been there for 15 minutes. We left and very disappointed on the customer service which was none!!!

35 degrees outside and this place was packed! I knew it had to be good ice cream. We have been coming every week since our first time. Very friendly atmosphere, the owners (husband and wife) do all the work and make you feel like you apart of the family. Oh and of course the ice cream is the best we have ever had. Thank you for all the hard work and providing a place like this for families to enjoy!

My daughter and I wanted to try rolled ice cream just to see what it was about. The menu suggestions were great and guided us to making our own combination. Cute idea!

Im not sure how this place got such a high rating. Ive had bubble/boba tea from various places in Duluth, Atlanta, Morrow, and Doraville. I wanted a great place closer to home for bubble tea, but they dont even have Jasmine (which is a basic) and the tea that I did order was terrible so I left it out on my table and threw it out the next day. Unless they get better at it, I wouldnt go back. 2 stars is for the ice cream existing. Oh, I have to add that this was around January 2020. I was super excited to come after dinner at Don Tellos. Bubble tea is my favorite drink of all time. My hope was apparently too high to get at least average bubble tea. It was no where near that.

Best ice cream in Georgia! Most selection of flavors out of anywhere I’ve been. Kids loved watching it be made. Will definitely be back.

This was my second visit to this creamery goodness. From the owners to the employees, customer service ranks among the best in this industry. The Ice Cream selection plus toppings makes this a very great Ice Cream destination. However when you add thier Mango Bubble Tea in the mix, this may rank them as the best Ice Cream spot in the nation. Meeting the owners and seeing them working just as hard as their employees, tops every other ice cream destination in the surrounding areas.

Heard this place is going bankrupt, wouldnt shock me at all. Bubble tea tasted like water. My rolled ice cream? They werent rolls. Also, talk about cleaning... the front door windows look like they havent been cleaned in months and the smell is a weird smell like a sour milk smell. When you walk in you see employees coming from the back instead of being in the front cleaning. The ice cream machine had left over ice cream from whatever they rolled before me. The employees werent friendly at all it was just awkward. The old owners need to come back at least they were here for there business and worked hard.

(Review based on my visit a few months ago) I came there for boba tea. As an asian restaurant owner, my advice is for the owner to train the employees how to make the boba tea. They seemed a bit confused and had to help each other. They’re not from asian descent so it is understandable that they mess up boba tea. The ice cream was 🔥 tho. Also, maybe order boba tea from Ding Tea to let your workers give a taste of popular Taiwan Boba Tea!

I took the family to 7 Rolls Ice cream yesterday and I can without a doubt say it is the best ice cream we have ever had. The owners (Husband and wife) are amazing and they make you feel right at home. Their ice cream is so fresh it really makes you realize the difference between home made and artificial! The service was slow and the ice cream didnt taste very good. Way overpriced.*We waited over 45 minutes for 2 cups of ice cream. There was only 2 other customers. We got vanilla ice cream with strawberries on top. Those flavors go together. Our ice cream had no flavor. It only tasted like milk.

My kids and husband beg me to come here almost on a weekly basis . Their ice cream is made in house and it is delicious. My 8 year old is lactose intolerant and gets the worst stomach pains when eating ice cream from the store or any place else for that matter. She finishes her cup every visit and never gets stomach pains. That should tell you something about their ice cream.

The wait was long it was only 2 workers there. The ice cream didnt seem tasteful most of my family threw some of theirs away. When they werent busy they could have been cleaning. The back area was messy and needed wiped down and swept. The ice cream maker had left over ice crumbs that were made from the last order. They didnt wipe down in bewtween orders so that flavors wasnt mixed up. I will continue to go to Sweet Charlies in McDonough. Theirs is fresh, soft and tasteful.

The new owners are incredible! We have been three times in a month or two. They are so nice and remember us each time! We drive 30 minutes just to come here, go see them!

Last night My husband had me try out 7 rolls ice cream for the first time. I did not know what I was missing. The ice cream taste so fresh and it is literally made right in front of you. You get a lot of ice cream and options to mix with toppings. It is the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I am craving it right now as we speak lol. I’m trying to talk myself out of going back today.

Let me tell you, this place was heaven. So many choices and mix-ins. You can even watch your icecream being mixed and rolled. I couldnt recommend this place more. They also sell boba tea and milkshakes!

Horrible boba drinks! Their “Thai iced tea” should just be called MILK! The boba tapioca balls was not fully cooked! I tasted the powder still and they gave us a straw that you can’t even drink up the boba. Waste of money! Definitely not satisfied!
