I suggest you call instead of ordering on line. I ordered a round B1037 simple Happy 30th Amanda with purple where there’s pink in a double doozie cake. Instead I get B1014 with Happy 30th Birthday Amanda with a Butterfly and caterpillar. When I called the store their reply was, oh yeah our book doesn’t have the same as on line. Sorry. And since you left the store already there’s nothing we can do. To which I replied, that’s awesome! I’m a handicapped veteran who’s been bedridden for 2 years. I had to send some to pick it up. You acknowledge ya’ll made a mistake and still can’t do anything. Thats ridiculous!! Do not order on line! I won’t be ordering ever

On April 20th, 2019 at 5:30 pm I picked up an order for a baby gender reveal. However, the cookie cake design was totally wrong. I have attached the picture of what the cookie cake looked like. The lady did show me the cake. I told her it was wrong and I couldn’t wait to fix the mistake due to the party was 6 pm. She told me it would be a hour to fix it. I am highly disappointed in the mistake. I have no idea how this could of happen. I have the order form and my receipts that shows 04037 design. This is gender reveal was suppose to be happy moment but it wasn’t due to a mistake that should of never happened. I was never suppose to know the gender of the baby but when I saw the cake I obviously saw the gender. Also, I have screenshot you a picture what the cookie cake was suppose to be. Please let me know how could you get two totally different designs from this?

Started out as a 8 year old girl birthday ruined. My dogs ate her birthday cake. The dogs are ok but my daughter and her mother were not. Thanks to Lindsey she saved the day! Thank you so much for getting us a new cake within 15mins. I will be back for sure and will be telling everyone I know, how great upur company is. Thank you! For helping us out in a pinch.

I arrived to pick up a custom cookie cake and pointed out to the cashier that the name was written correctly on the order form but spelled incorrectly on the cake. I also pointed out there were random smears of white icing all over the cake. The cashier said, and I quote, yea she did mess that up. Also, the 1 in 18th was oddly shaped. I requested they A. Give me a refund and keep the cake B. Provide a partial refund and I keep the cake or C. Remake it. They refused to do any of the above and would only remake it if I paid again. Only corrected the name which further smeared the icing. Customer service at its worst!

Walked in and ordered a custom cookie cake gave them a vague idea of what we were looking for and their decorator knocked it out of the park!Probably one of the best cookie cakes Ive had. Icing actually tastes good and not just like sugar.

My cookies were fixed with no gloves after the woman counted change.When I mentioned her not wearing gloves and asked if she could give me a fresh bag;she then placed the tongs on the same counter where the money was laid after she put those same 2 cookies and creme cookies back.I didnt purchase those cookies!The elderly woman had the nerve to look confused!This is one way the virus is spread.The manager was called since the 1800 number to Great American wasnt operating.Ill be honest the manager seemed to have an attitude when I mentioned that these are the things that get places Shut Down!Disgusting!I wont be back!

It smells so good once you enter the building, nice employees the owners are sweet too. You just sit for hours. Ive tried all the ice creams and love the different cookies.

Per hours listed, this location does not close until 9 pm. I arrived prior to 830 pm and as soon as I stepped in all the employees yelled that they were closed while helping a customer. This was just extremely rude and unprofessional. I was highly disappointed in the staff.

The best ice cream around. Love how you can mix anything in it for no additional charge. We sometimes drive from Monroe to Conyers to experience this wonderful ice cream. Their cookies are also out of this world. The sign says made fresh daily and I believe it! I just wish there were more of these around!

Order a cookie for pick-up at 5:15pm. Got there around 525pm and not ready. Waited until 545pm for the order to be ready. Not a good thing.

I had the standard size cup, half white chocolate, half strawberry with butterfingers mixed in. It was the best ice cream Ive had in a long time. My wife also loved her hot fudge sundae. We will have to go here more often.

Cookies are always cooked perfectly. Customer service is excellent. Employees tend to always sport a smile (but who wouldnt if theyre surrounded by cookies and ice cream all day). I love this place!

The cookies were to soft for me.

I ordered online and my order was delivered by a DoorDash driver. When my delivery arrived, I noticed I was missing a couple of things. I immediately called the store and an elderly employee answered the phone. Apparently the items I ordered, although they were on the menu and I was charged for them, weren’t available. The employee was extremely rude and has cost this company a customer.

I ordered a cookie cake and chocked on a piece of plastic that was inside of the icing on my cookie cake. Since I’m serving it to others I decide to discard it and not risk others choking as well. I called the store and was offered a $10 coupon. No apology, no phone call back from the Manager or Owner to further discuss. Why would I want to purchase something else when you can’t even make sure your food is safe to consume and make sure your food is not contaminated? Please see picture

Love their cookies and ice cream. The empyoles are nice and friendly. You can add as many add ins as you like when you get ice cream.

Great customer service! However, the cookies are never thoroughly cooked. Ive been at this location at least three times and they just cant get it right, so Ill stay with the staff at Stonecrest Mall.

Customer service is very important to me especially since I work in retail. On February 14th I stopped in to buy some cookies. There was 2 people working behind the counter. Both ladies where busy when I came in and that was fine. An officer and another lady came in after me. When the older lady finished with her customer she started to assist the officer didnt even acknowledge me. Im used to people being served in the order that they arrive. If she wasnt sure who was next in line she should have asked. So I walked out and didnt buy anything which made me mad because I love their cookies. I will just continue to go out the way and visit the Stonecrest location.

Stopped in a Sunday evening, ordered a small ice cream and 6 cookies. Establishment was clean, staff friendly but the cookies were not fresh. The chocolate chip cookies were a little stale, but the double chocolate chip taste like it was baked a few days ago. Im a fan of Great American Cookies in general, but this location have to step it up.
