It’s five employees working and they still messed my order up. I usually come on Sunday and theirs two employees who always get it right. I asked for caramel drizzle and she put it on the top telling me that’s caramel drizzle I said so u made my other drink the correct way so now u telling me that’s caramel drizzle she said yes. Get it together and don’t just make stuff up as you go. I’ll just go on exit 84 where I live and not here again.

It was great! I got the kiwi star refresher I was gonna get the Caramel Frappuccino but there were out of caramel so I just got that and it was good!

The most recent two times I have went which was yesterday and a few days prior Ive had such friendly and great service. The ladies running this starbucks are killing it. I used to avoid this one like the plague because the people behind the counter used to be down right rude and horrible to deal with for no apparent reason. So now I will definitely be seeking this location out for my starbucks needs. I did ask if they had snack boxes available, they explained to me they have tried to order them but cant get them instock. I think the snack boxes would do great here *hint hint nudge nudge starbucks HQ* And please show appreciation for these wonderful ladies behind the counter!

Always delicious and well made drinks, they have sandwiches and pastries as well. Friendly staff, too.

My daughters and my drink didnt have the Carmel drizzle on top but drink was well made and good. Line was a bit long but moved quickly. I wish the seating was available but it was closed off I guess due to the so called virus. Lol

I ordered a grande size hot coffee with 4 packets of sugar and half and half on the side. I was charged 2.73 because the cashier wasn’t paying attention. She was occupied with chatting with another customer about her transfer to another store. I told the cashier that I wanted to use my Starbucks points for my coffee. She charges me instead. I walked out of the store not realizing this until I get to my car and taste my coffee. I immediately returned to the store to get the correct order. The cashier who took my order told me that at this store, they don’t redeem points less than or more than 150 points. Why not tell me that when I was ordering the coffee? I also told her that my coffee wasn’t made correctly. So, I was charged for pumped sugar in my coffee even though I didn’t want that. The only good thing about this location is the young lady who actually prepared my coffee. She was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I won’t patronize this location again. I typically go to McDonald’s for a simple black coffee with creamer and sugar on the side. McDonald’s has yet to fail me. I wasn’t expecting such a simple order at Starbucks could result in this. Smh...

Customer service is poor. Me and wife 1st an last visit. Spent about $35 for awful customer service and mediocre food. They were out of desserts and other items that were advertised and wasnt anywhere near closing time.

They have too much different coffee to pick that they never give me the right one, I prefer to go to a place that they know what they have and what I want.

3 times Ive been since they reopened and no one seems to know how to consistently make a good beverage. Also, Im told every time the espresso machine isnt working yet no one seems to have plans to repair or replace it.

A lil bit pricey when your standiing in line. Just as soon as you get your order and take a sip or a bite that pricey thought goes away. Simply the best place to get your caffeine fix. Making this the goto coffee house in town.

I’ve been there on multiple occasions and they take forever, plus they always get my order wrong. I usually go on my break for a quick “pick me up”, but it’s really inconvenient that I have to either deal with the random order I’m given, or spend another 15 minutes waiting for them to make me what I actually ordered. I’m usually pretty tolerant to things like this because I understand that stuff happens, but for it to happen on more than a few occasions is pretty ridiculous.

The staff there are really nice and very helpful. Im glad that they opened up one closer to me so that I can study and complete my assignments in peace and have a great coffee while Im at it. Very relaxing atmosphere and very clean.

Much better than the stand-alone store further into town. Employees are friendlier and my drink is consistently the same - definitely cant say that about the other location. Sometimes no one is at the counter & it takes a while for them to notice a customer standing there, but I have noticed that those instances have dropped off lately. Get an iced coffee while you browse through Target!

Make the frappuccinos a bit less costly lol, but overall its good. Not a fan of the smell of coffee all around though.

Very busy! The traffic inside and outside the store destroy the Starbucks atmosphere that I enjoy to work on projects. The corporation should consider building another location to decrease the traffic. Drinks took longer than average, but I was overall satisfied.

I pulled up behind another car in drive-through and the lady at the window was feeding a dog through the drive-through window. She never want back to wash her hands. I refused my order.

Drinks were good and the Barista was friendly, no complaints here!

Oven off 1 hour before closing time. Not cool. I really wanted a sandwich. No apologies after I was informed for the inconvenience.

I ordered the new pumpkin cold brew. I am never one to complain but my drink wasnt right. It tasted horrible. A worker named Cooper made my drink 2 times until they got it right. Something was off with their cream and he had to remake it. But he went above and beyond to fix my issue as well as another lady that was having trouble with a mabile order. he was so polite and caring. He must of worked at chick fil a before ;) thank u Cooper!

This location is very hit-or-miss. Quality all depends on the staff working that day. I much rather prefer to go to the one inside Target a mile or so up the street instead when I can.

Its a Starbucks... Ive been dragged here for wildly overpriced coffee with hideous adulterants prepared by very nice people.I like my coffee as a beverage not a life changing experience. Call me a barbarian if you will.... Ill just smile and think to myself that you are one of those people P T Barnum said was born every minute.
