Whenever visiting a new city I like to try local coffee shops. Awake coffee was definitely one of the highlights of my visit to Conyers. Olde Town is charming and historic. Love the buildings and the houses. This coffee shop is a local gem. The coffee is delicious. They have a local roast that’s smooth and flavorful. Today I had a latte with a light macchiato syrup and it was delicious. So smooth and not very sweet. Just perfect. The ambiance is very nice also. They have a very tidy place, with tables and stations for people to work, chairs and couches for lounging, a chess board and much more. Definitely visiting a few more times before leaving the area.

The coffee and the Berry smoothie tasted amazing. The hospitality was so nice to out of towners like ourselves and it made us feel welcomed. Great job. Everyone needs to stop by to get a drink.

Awake Coffee was exactly what I was looking for. Im so tired of Dunkin and Starbucks theyre so overrated. I decided to explore my area in google maps and it led me straight to Awake Coffee. I was not disappointed. Gwen was amazing! I told her the taste I was looking for and she whipped me up a Caramel Latte and it was on point. They have so much more interesting things to offer than just coffee. The atmosphere is peaceful, spacious, and clean. I will definitely be a regular with my family and Ill refer my friends. Thank you

After coming to this company letting them know that someone that they support and allow to sell said persons merchandise in their establishment was coming to me and harassing me they chose to still allow said person to keep selling things in their shop. The response I got was that their Christian and they need to love her through this? Well, I’m sorry but I refuse to support a company who is OK with women harassing women.

To call this amazing place a mere coffee shop is a gross understatement. Owner Jason has priorities right in the mission and quality for this business. Well worth the extra drive for beverages...not to mention the co-working spaces that abound!

It was my first time in Old Town Conyers and this was the first establishment I visited, let me just say WOW! The barista was very friendly and inviting, he answered all the questions we had and introduced us to a couple of events happening locally. The food and drinks were yummy and the anesthetic is absolutely gorgeous 😍

I tried their recent batch of barrel aged pour over and it had a ton of unique flavors. The atmosphere is nice, and spacious. I could easily see signing up for the co-working opportunity if I lived nearby. You can tell that Jason, the owner, cares about the local community and this space. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the neighborhood!

Awake Coffee is a meeting place with rooms, small cozy spots and coffee shop. They have interesting drinks other then coffee, kumbucha, sodas, teas and snacks. Its in Old Town Conyers.

Found this little spot while driving from NC to ATL and WOW! What a charming little downtown and wonderful space for a coffee shop! Large seating area with plenty of table space for working. Coffee is reasonably priced and served by very nice, friendly faces! Oh and the free WiFi is supporting ALL my email, tax, and accounting programs while also streaming videos (sorry to use all the band width but it’s amazing!!!). Highly recommend and I’ll be back!

Its adorable in here. Lots of cute places to sit and chat or study. A couch and swing chair near the front and lots of cute crafty gifts (like these stones and lotion, as well as candles, soap, earrings, cards, etc.). Awesome customer service; I dont remember his name but the cashier/barista was very conversational, friendly, and gives good coffee recommendations. 10/10 visit

Great coffee shop, great staff. They have a lot of outeach opportunities to help others, I like that.They do require masks, which is understandable in our current culture but, I find the mask requirement an over reach in general.

Visited this quaint coffee shop after jury duty and highly recommend. They have a nice selection of coffees/teas, other drinks and treats (scones, cinnamon rolls, croissants, cakes). The House blend was delicious. The staff was very nice and even gave me a lesson in pour overs. Next time, I will try the Panama Natural (Barrel Aged). It smelled heavenly. If you’re in downtown Conyers coffee lovers, stop by!

This place is perfect to come to work on school assignments or work projects. The atmosphere is great and comfortable. The coffee exceeds expectations and its not pricey at all. The foundation this coffee shop is based on is inspiring. These people truly love the lord and Jesus shines through each and every one of them. This is definitely my new study spot! (Ive come here for two days in a row already).

Super cool hole in the wall! Workers know what theyre doing and get to know you to help you pick a drink. Prices are a little bit higher than usual because everything is made in house. Want to go back and try their desserts. The best part is their decorations and set up. Theres also board games! The owner let us stay and chill past hours and even offered us a free coffee. Highly recommend!

I am so glad to have found this place!! Ive not been to a proper coffee shop before and my knowledge of authentic espresso drinks is really limited. The people there were VERY patient with me and very helpful when it came to picking something. I came in way too close to closing time and they did a wonderful job of not making me feel rushed at all. I will DEFINITELY be back!

Awake is a great place to grab a cup of coffee. They are always welcoming and the coffee is great. Anyone looking for someplace quiet to work this is the spot. They have free WiFi and the atmosphere is always nice and calm, perfect to work in. Definitely recommend to check out.

Just tried this coffee shop this morning and I won’t be returning. First, they were not welcoming when I came in. Second, I asked the guy if they had organic coffee and the girl that worked there was sitting down and immediately asked what do I mean by “organic.” I told her coffee beans that didn’t have any additional pesticides and extra chemicals, etc. She basically looked at me funny and went on to further explain that it’s fair trade and grown by local farmers..my goodness..same thing..I did not come to get coffee to be challenged. Don’t find them excepting of people of color..

This place is warm and welcoming. They contribute proceeds to help the poor in other countries. The coffee is really good and they have really unique flavors and mixes. Plus the owners are great people and the staff provide great service.

I work across the street at the courthouse periodically through the week. When I discovered them not only did I find good coffee but good conversation as well. Each cup is tasty and can be taken black, save the creamer for Starbucks and Dunkin.The baristas and servers are more than considerate

Wonderful tea selection and super relaxed, casual atmosphere. The Pumpkin Spice Lattes are amazing! My only complaint is the wifi— its frustratingly spotty. Friends I have invited to work with me here have experienced the same thing. I would practically live here after work if not for the wifi!

Darnell is the kindest person Ive met in a long time!! I was passing through Conyers and was not expecting to have such a profound experience at Awake. The coffee shops service, purpose, and beverages exceeded my expectations greatly. I will definitely be back! Makes me want to live in Conyers :)

Finally came in after hearing about this place a year ago and wasnt disappointed. Coffee is wonderful and the people are friendly everytime I walk in. The share a cup program is great and I try to do it whenever possible. I will be stopping by this place as much as I can for the coffee, and the people. My favorite stop in Olde Town. 😊
