We had a great experience here with Noraa. She was super nice and gave us great information about the different types of beds that would be good for us. She made our decision to make a major purchase a king bed and an adjustable base stress free, straight forward and painless. She offered us many payment options and processed our order very quickly. The only drawback was that they want your bank account number and routing number for the 90 day same as cash offer which is unacceptable to me so I used my credit card instead. That issue has nothing to do with the great service we received but is a reflection on the mattress Firm itself. I will update this review after we pickup and set up our the mattress Firm product, noting the quality, ease of setup and operation. We will also film this process and it will be visible on YouTube.

It started off great and simple. I needed a mattress and purchase one I had been wanting to try. Seem simple right? The issue was the mattress was not taken from stock it was ordered from purple directly which is find if you keep your end of the bargain and communicate. No gave me or emailed me with tracking information. I picked up the platform with no problem and was informed by the Mattress would arrive on today Friday. However no one knew it’s where abouts the tracking number for FEDX could not be found and corporate was not following through with any contact. So once the tracking number was discovered it was after I believe 3pm. Donavan was amazing he did his best to track and call around. He did discover that he mattress was in Texas and would not make it to me until the 25 which would be too late since I will be out of town as I told Shelly when I ordered not happy will not be going to mattress firm again or purple and ILoved the mattress but the customer service experience was awful with communication and expectations of delivery of merchandise!

Listen to my concerns. Found me the perfect fit. Can’t wait to sleep on my new mattress.

Shelly at the Conyers location is the BEST! She listened to our exact needs and took us directlyto what would meet them. In less than 30 minutes we had our new mattress picked out, financed with 0% financing, and had it scheduled for delivery.

My wife, daughter, granddaughter and I came in the store to look at mattresses for 2 twin beds. We were welcomed by the store clerk who gave us the information about our shopping tour. We looked at several products and we made our purchases. We were very pleased with her service for us.

I planned to visit a few places this past Friday mattress shopping. I decided to start with the store closest to me, which was the Mattress Firm Clearance Center. I was greeted warmly by both young ladies working in the store. Lauren worked with me and she was absolutely outstanding! Lauren took me around the entire store and gave me the run down on every mattress! She was very knowledgeable and asked questions to what my needs were for a mattress. I bought two matresses and returned later with my daughter and purchased another matress. I bought matresses for my entire household. The process was so easy and seamless with Lauren. If she is not the store manager, she should be! I would definitely recommend Lauren for your mattress/sleeping needs. By the way, I received my mattress and slept like a baby!

The local store and staff was great. But the company itself is a rip off. They sell you stained and flawed mattresses and than say well it’s not like you brought a 1000 mattress. Well hell... I didn’t know $500 was cheapBecause it damn sure isn’t a penny. I’ll take my low income money some where else.

Sales agent was nice. The companys computer was slow so it took longer than normal for a 17.00 Receipt for 2 body pillows. The pillows are kind of flimsy and I dont see them lasting long but comfortable enough for 8.00 each. The sales agent gave me a demonstration of the split King temperpedic and I do plan to purchase that bed.

Lauren @ the Conyers location is super! She was so informative and just helpful. I was in pain from my old mattress and it needing to be replaced for months. She helped me pick out a good mattress, set up financing, and feel good about my purchase all in an hour. The delivery was set up for next day and that made me happy! Delivery came on time. The guys were very professional and fast. They were in and out in less than 30 mins. I was lying on new bed with adjustable base in no time. I am older and a good nite sleep is a delicacy. I almost never write reviews. Today however I am willing to make an exception. I had the most welcoming experience Ive ever had shopping for a mattress in this store today. The store Manager Eli was extremely professional, helpful courteous and every positive word you can think of. He answered all of my questions he even found a purchase I made 10 years ago and walked me through the process of filing a warranty claim. I have purchased every bed I have owned in my adult life from Mattress Firm and as long as they are open simply because of Eli today, Mattress Firm is the only place I will ever purchase my mattress from! Nonetheless, if you have a chance to work with Brian at this particular location....you’re in for a rare experience.He wasn’t pushy...he asked clarifying questions that forced me to drill down what it is I was looking for and he made me an offer I couldn’t refuse.The clearance store has a good selection of mattresses that have been returned and are marked off and they have new mattress sets that are aggressively priced as well. Brian, won’t push you one way or the other....he just gives you a lot of options....didn’t plan on being a Mattress Firm fan....but I’m now a fan due to my experiencewith Brian today.
