This is the place to go to buy a bed we were never rushed we were never hounded into buying something we did want we were told to take our time and if we had a question mike the sales man would come answer the question and leave us alone when we settle on the one we wanted I asked about the pros and cons about each one never a hard sale something a car dealerships could learn from when the mattress came the crew wasted no time in setting it up they had it set up explained the remote and gone they were that good I received everything at least 2 weeks early its just a great store its seldom to get customer service like this anymore I would have given a 6 star but only had room for six

Update went back this week, to purchase another mattress for my daughter, again staff was so professional, courteous and save me a ton of money, by giving me the best deal. I really appreciated how the manager, I cant recall his name, but hes of Haitian descent, went above and beyond, I wanted a pillow no longer in stock and he took the time to call around to different stores, to see if any was available which that brand of pillow was discontinued, he helped me to find one I liked and gave me a great discount. You will never feel you are being taken advantage of because you are a women, at no time did I ever feel I was not getting the best deal and educated on my purchase. Horrible experience. First time I walked into the store we received excellent customer service. Our sales person was David. We were so happy with the service that we agreed to purchase a mattress along with the box spring and mattress cover. We were told our mattress was to arrive on March 4, then the delivery crew would take my old mattress and dispose of it. March 3rd in the afternoon, I received a phone call stating my mattress was not going to arrive on the 4th. We were told I had to wait two more weeks. Mind you I had already removed my old mattress. We were so upset. They offered to order me a different mattress that would arrive on March 6 and we agreed. March 6 delivery crew arrives and delivers ONLY the mattress. Not the box spring and not the cover. We asked the delivery crew to take my old mattress and we were told “That’s not our job”. Once again, disappointed and frustrated we called Mattress Firm. David placed the blame on his coworker (which is so unprofessional). He did apologize and told me to stop by the next day for a free pillow. My father went, and was told pillows are not in stock and we have to wait two weeks. These people like to waste peoples time and have no respect for their customers. I am in contact with corporate who will be calling me tomorrow because this is just ridiculous! Do NOT shop here.

My instore shopping experience was fine. No pressure to buy. We took a finance option and the approval process was fast. Downside is the financing is like a credit card so you are not informed of your monthly payments or when they are to start. Due to the bed and frame we chose the delivery dates were pushed out rather far almost 2 weeks. Again not a big deal as I have a bed to sleep in. Leading upto and on delivery day I received plenty of notification so thats a plus. Delivery guys were professional and nice. Biggest issue was the frame I ordered is not the frame delivered. There is an obvious communication problem between store to warehouse to delivery. I waited almost 2 weeks for delivery and now have to wait longer for the correct frame. Had to call store about mix up and he states he hope it can be handled over the weekend but more likely early the following week.At this moment I am not a satisfied customer.
