Anitra the store manager was awesome. She showed us the differences in what they had and listened to what we wanted. She was not pushy, or trying to upsell or anything. We had my 1 year old grandson with us and she was not bothered by how crazy he can get. While this was going on, there were other customers there too and she helped us all and we did not feel neglected or rushed. We had a small problem with financing, and she helped with that too. I would definitely recommend seeing Anitra at this store

David is most helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory. He went the extra mile to make sure we understood all the different packages we were interested in. I took a family member to buy a new mattress and he assured them that the purchase being made was indeed the most suitable for them .Thanks David!

I came to sleep number because my husband had surgery on his back and wasnt sleeping well and I myself had begun to not sleep comfortably in our existing bed. Upon going to sleep number for the first time in June this year I was still on the fence and thought I should return with my husband. My first experience in the store was okay. I wasnt quite sold on the bed yet. The sales woman now works in Peachtree corners. I brought my husband with me for the second visit. My second experience was absolutely horrible. The lady with the head wrap had the store door locked almost an hour before the store closed. She was hesitant to open the door for me and my husband. This visit was his first experience at the store and with sleep number beds. This new saleswoman acted as though she didnt want to give us service nor discuss the beds. She wouldnteven change the sleep setting on the bed. She was extremely short with us. We felt like she thought we were wasting her time as though she thought we couldnt afford it. Never judge a book by its cover.After going by the store today and noticing that another salesperson was there we tried for the third and final time. Attallaha (also known as Tay) was amazing. She is new, refreshing, energetic and a good salesperson. My husband and I were sold within five minutes of meeting her. We purchased the i8 which is one bed below the best bed in the store and and the best base made by sleep number. It was a great experience. We were in and out quickly and are very pleased. Sleep number made a great choice hiring her Attallaha.

I would like to commend the Sleep Number Sales Associates for doing an awesome job. I try to be a very informed and knowledgeable consumers. On several occasions I visited the store to ensure I wanted to invest in a Sleep Number bed. After conducting my research and visiting the store, the sales reps knowledge and professionalism sealed the deal. I first meet Melissa and she was very kind, patient and knowledgeable of their product. During second visit I met Roxy. She was very pleasant, honest and friendly. Finally, I met sales rep Joe. He was professional, personable, and helpful. They all did a wonderful job with their unique personalities and salesmanship. Overall, my experience with the store was a 4-star plus! I have not received my bed...My hope is, that the BED will measure up to the caliber of the sales staff at the sleep number store. So, stay tuned for the BED REVIEW...

We called a couple days before to make an appointment. I had done some research but needed a few more details to make an informed decision. When my wife and I arrived we were greeted by Melissa.she was a very knowledgeable sales associate and we were lucky to have her all to ourselves for an hour and a half. We had many reasons to purchase a sleep number I8 dual flex 1 and she made sure we understood all of the features and benefits of the bed before we committed. The showroom was very complete and comfortable every bed or accessory was available to review. Since we also bought the headboard and frame surround it has not yet been delivered but we have high expectations that it will perform as well as described by a very pleasant and helpful Melissa.

I must say, it’s been a very long time since I’ve experience customer service like I received at Sleep Number store in Conyers GA. They made me feel like I was apart of the sleep number family. There’s was no pressure to purchase at all. They knew the products and was able to answer any question I had. Truly a wonderful experience!
