Terrific donut shop. I have been to other Shipleys and they are not as good as this one. The cinnamon roll in particular is excellent. They take their time to roll it right so that there are layers of cinnamon throughout, whereas other Shipleys just sort of make a large, flat donut with cinnamon and icing.

I was very upset with Shipleys the other morning. I usually don’t have an issue but this location always seems to give me the worst donuts they have available. The other day they gave me ROCK SOLID donuts... they must have been a week old and I have never had worst donuts in my life (Walmart bakery donuts were better than these). I am never returning to this location specifically.

Come here often for breakfast with my toddlers. My 3 year old loves the sausage kalache. Great service.

First time trying this shipleys not a fan drove over 30 minutes ordered 3 kalaches with jalapenos in them 2 had no jalapenos the third literally had 1 piece of jalapeno in my last bite wanted an ice coffee some make them others dont however they said yes the have either vanilla or mocha flavor options I wanted one of each and was super dissatisfied when they returned and gave us 2 little bottles of starbucks cold coffee bottles and I had already paid a little over 3 dollars a bottle for something I could have went and bought for less if thats what I wanted to drink....

I enjoy Shipleys and I particularly prefer how this location prepares their donuts. That are very consistent and always fresh and tasty. The staff is very kind and I highly recommend them!

This is one of the best places in Conway to stop by. The staff is amazing here too. Best to get here early, around 9 and before so you have a larger selection to choose from.

I order coffee all the time with no problem and now the place never wants to give you more than 3 creamers for a large coffee. Very dissatisfied with this service and no one to contact! .70¢ for additional creamers? WHY! And the lady Katie has no customer service training or passion. She wouldnt even come to the window to talk to me. Only after stating that I guess Ill just have to go online an make a Google review to address my concerns did she give additional creamers. The place even charges customers a fee to use your card if your minimum purchase isnt $5. WHY?! Why should the customer be penalized because you have to pay for your machine? You opened the business not us! Which means you should pay for your own equipment not to mention charging this fee is against the law! No one charges these fees to use a machine that you are responsible for bit foreigners. If this was in fact law all other businesses would be charging the same fee.

Quality and service has decreased. Used to always feel welcomed. Maybe its the pandemic that is making people mean and generally not pleasing.

I have a special place in my heart for Shipley Do-Nuts as my grandfather would pickup two dozen of the regular glazed doughnuts every Sunday and bring them to church. I didnt realize they were outside of Houston, TX so on a recent visit to see family in Conway I was very excited to learn that we were going to visit this Shipley on a Sunday. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and had a great time inside.

Donuts were not fresh and they got my order wrong. (Ruined birthday surprise for my coworker) Chinese lady is extremely rude. Didnt even apologize for their mistake. Refused to take my credit card because I wasnt spending enough money. It should have been free. I thought the customer was always right. ?? She is no Sam Walton!! The place is very near my house, but I wont go back. I do not recommend this place.

Something has changed for the better, recently. Quality has returned!

Prices are spendy and each location has different items so not consistentOne on Mayflower prior to closing had some delicious burritos. Other locations had them but each one cooked differently. Also minimum $5 has to be used on card. I try to avoid going here unless it is for whole family and grab a bunch of doughnuts. Doughnuts are delicious

Apple fritters! Maple bars!! Sausage egg cheese croissants. Too many choices and so little time.

Tasty fresh do-nuts and the kolaches are excellent!! Been a customer for years and will continue coming back for more friendly service and great food!!

My sister had to walk out cuz the owner would provide gloves or cleaning supplies that would disinfect or close her doors because of covid. Till she was made to. She worked for her for years! So wouldnt recent this place to anyone!
