Went through the drive thru yesterday and the employee was rude when I ordered my drinks. I always go to this Starbucks and it was by far the worst experience I had. I also get the same drink every time and they completely messed it up. I tried calling to talk about what happened and nobody would answer the phone. I called twice.

Pumpkin Spice Latte was really good and consistent with other good starbucks, but $7.69 for a coffee? Im no longer a go to Starbucks everyday person. For that price, I could have a housekeeper, save for a great vacation, help my neighbors. Good for a treat on occasion rhough

Fast, friendly and efficient drive thru!!!

Always a fan of their green tea frappachinos. They have coconut milk and almond milk they can use in lieu of dairy. You can have it with or without the classic syrup. If you watch the sugar in your diet, leave the syrup off. It is sweet enough as is. Employees always pleasant.

I got here a lot I actually use the Oak Street location but theyre always friendly fast and the coffee is amazing the pricing could be a little cheaper but other than that theyre great!

Starbucks is one of my all time favorite coffee shops. Their mocha frappuccinos are so good and same goes for their blondes. I would recommend this place for if your in a rush and need you dialy coffee. You can always expect quality!

Objectively the best starbucks Ive visited. Not only were my coffees perfect, but I tripped outside and a lady who I assume is the manager came running out with a clean cloth and bandaids! She then helped me look for something I dropped. Superb customer service.

I have to only give 4 stars because of the many pestering flys inside the store. I know it is no fault of the staff but man where they a nuisance. The baristas were very friendly and helpful but the flys made my meeting there quite annoying. Overall I had a positive experience and will most likely be back, I just hope the flying visitors wont be there next time.

Its your stereotypical Starbucks, but the staff here genuinely seem to care about what they do and are pretty awesome Ive never had a messed up drink

This Starbucks is SUPER SUPER Cold inside. Most people avoid sitting inside because its just way to cold. Other then that the place is nice. the staff is friendly. The service is fast. Please fix your A/C you dont need it to be that damn cold. even when the temperture isnt hot outside its still super cold inside

Theyre better than the average Starbucks and they always seem to have Nitro coffee when the other locations dont.

I mean its Starbucks so yeah its very overpriced but also delicious and staff is normally easy to look at and very friendly. Recommend them when you have money to splurge!

Great easy and fast service. Located off the highway which is quick and convenient. I was visiting this location during the C19 Pandemic and they took all the proper precautions and followed procedure very well.

Everyone here is amazing everytime I come in. I recently had an issues with my app and credits loading. The store manager Lisa was phenomenal with helping and so pleasant!! I was honestly worried I would have issues but she took care of it in minutes! Definitely are great store and environment!

I just popped in while on the road and grabbed my usual drink. I did go inside as I needed to use the restroom. Each Starbucks seems to be decorated in its own, locale them Ive noticed over the years. This one had kind of a nautical feel. Large map on the wall, an import export coffee bag painting, but my favorite was the ropes. Large manilla ropes through some kind of wooden block across the ceiling and down one wall where they were anchored to matching blocks. With Conway being right by the navigation channel, and her history of tow boats, and maritime commerce, I found it a nice touch. Also, they didnt mess up my drink, so thats always a plus.

They closed the lobby so now its only drive thru. Which blocks the road so you can even get in the line for the drive thru. And you cant turn in to enter or get out. Ridiculous

I have frequented the Skyline Dr. and Oak Street locations in Conway, Arkansas. I have always enjoyed a positive experience. The staff has always been friendly and conscientious in their customer service. The coffee and food are fresh and well prepared. I have enjoyed the environment and ambiance during every visit. If you don’t mind paying a slightly higher price for the coffee, you’ll likely have a pleasant experience as well. Bon Apatite!!

The worst Nitro sweet cream drink ever. As soon as I pulled out of the drive thru, the cream was already gone and the drink is something I could of made at home (coffee and mixed drink). I dont know why Starbucks doesnt train everyone properly how to make this drink. Ive had only 2 successful ones ever made. Definitely not worth $5 at this Starbucks. I should of given her the drink back. When she asked if I wanted a new one, I had to say no because if they messed up the first time they were going to mess up again because they dont know how to make it. Never going to this location again, so disappointed.

I try not to drink their syrupy, delicious fraps and chinos, but my family members suck them down like a milkshake. I try to stick with their teas, a peach infused concoction to be specific...its just right.The employees are always friendly and helpful, if youre uneasy with how or what to order. They are slammed from time to time, so waiting is the only issue Ive had here.

People, make sure you are commenting about the correct location,.....the one on Oak St. has fallen far from standard expectation. The two gentlepeople working had no sense of urgency, I sat in line for 10 minutes, then sat at the window for another ten. While waiting I noticed a lady inside waiting, no customers, just horrible service, period. The lady JoJo who was a light to serve people was not there.

This Starbucks at Conway was so slow. Line barely moved. Was in line more than 30 minutes. Once in line couldnt get out.
