Love the variety! The petit fours are so yummy. It’s a perfect bite of cake. It’s hard to find a place that can bake as well as decorate. This place does both - tasty cakes that are pretty. Bakery team is sharp. Best place to find decorated items tied to current events - sports, graduation, holiday.

Great lunch spot. We went on a day that was pouring down rain and were concerned that wed have to sit on a patio, but they have very nice indoor seating as well. The salads and quiche were very fresh and they have lots of good bakery selections

We love the Patio for so many reasons. I get my weekly piece of cake there and the chicken ranch wrap is to die for. But to top it off, we ordered the cake, cupcakes and cookies for my daughters birthday from there. The staff was great to work with and everything looked and tasted great. The cake was perfectly fresh and moist. We are definitely going back there for any future orders.

If you are looking for an amazing bakery and a great place for sandwiches look no further. You can find it right at The Patio beside the Target in Duluth. I have gone to the Patio for lunch twice. The Patio is consistently great. Upon entering this establishment you are made feel welcome by the staff. They have an amazing selection of soups, sandwiches, salads and an amazing bakery. The Patio has plenty of seating indoors and outside. The restaurant is very clean and has clean restrooms also. It should be noted I am from Dublin, Ireland originally have traveled all over the world with the United States Marine Corps. Also traveled all over the United States. I definitely rank The Patio very high on my list for great sandwiches!! The Philly cheesesteak is absolutely delicious!!! You won’t leave here disappointed. As stated in the above if you are looking for great sandwiches, soups, salads and baked goods look no further!!! You will find it all at The Patio. The Patio rates five stars and more!!! A must visit if you are in the Duluth area. Lastly The Patio also offers food orders to go!! I definitely will be returning in the near future.

Was expecting coffee ☕ however it was more of a bakery with sandwiches. The outdoor seating is the way to go if you go there.

Cute Cafe that serves made from scratch food. I had the egg salad sandwich, which come with chips, their tiny muffin (unique and served with every dish), and sliced pickles and carrots on the side. They also have premade dinners that you can buy to take home, like their Beef Stroganoff or Chicken Pasta. We got a slice of cake each to take with us... Great deal for $3.50 a slice... Cheaper than the supermarket for the size and so much more delicious!

What a gem! We visited for the first time a few days ago and I just love the little bakery items that are reasonably priced, the great cafe menu and the clean, fun interior design. Looking forward to going back again soon.

Apparently, according to the girl at the counter, these people just wake up and bake whatever they feel with no plan. Because, I came there craving some peanut butter blossoms and the girl literally says “I don’t know why but we didn’t bake any today”. WE CALLED AHEAD of time and asked if they’ve got all their online menu options available and they said yes. She didn’t say they were sold out or they were all out for the day. Any of those reasons would’ve been more than acceptable. She tells me, they just didn’t bake any and that I should try the peanut butter cookies because they’re the same thing. I don’t even know if she knew what was going on. Went in, highly excited. Came out, highly disappointed. Do better!!! You’re an actual business so act like it please.

This is fantastic for lunch with the ladies or the family. The food is fresh and my favorite is the trio so I can get a bit of everything. The soup rotate daily but the two I have tried were amazing.The staff is friendly and they communicate well between the counter and kitchen so there is little waiting and the food is the right temperature.My son loves the fresh baked desserts. I love that I pay when I order at the counter because it is convenient and allows me to meet with friends after I order and get a table. It is perfect for small groups and you can simply leave when you are done. No waiting to cash out since you pay in advance.

I wish i could give this place more stars! Maggie at the front counter was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. She helped me pick out and design the most beautiful custom cookies for my nieces graduation and I couldnt be happier with how they turned out. Everything was so fresh! I will most definitely be back for lunch.

The Patio is a nice place to grab a sandwich for lunch. Theres usually a line to order, but it moves quickly. Once you order at the counter, your food is brought it to your table. The food is good - not bad, not amazing. They do have a delicious pink sauce that comes with fresh fruit!

One of our favorite go to lunch or dinner places.The soups are always fresh and homemade and unique. My (surprising) favorite is the Green Tomatillo Soup. It’s very mild and not spicy at all just the right amount of depth of flavor. The Ham And Bean soup is also great.The bakery part is very good also and always has new fresh choices. I’ve used them for baby shower desserts and my sons birthday cake twice. Both birthday cakes were unique cupcake cakes and they made themAwesome. One was an alligator and one a plane.The to go casseroles and breads are also yummy. I like the beef stroganoff.Finally the sandwiches are delicious. My favorite is the hot ham and pimento cheese. My family’s favorite is called, “The Favorite,” which includes 3 different finger sandwiches, soup, fruit, mini muffin and a roll.The food is always fresh and homemade.

My wife and I love this place when we are in search of a nice simple but delicious lunch. Super accommodating to families with kids, the food is fresh and feels like its coming from Grandmas kitchen. All of the baked goods are also amazing and made fresh on site. Can be a line at lunch time, but moves quickly and well worth the wait.

Great little locally owned spot. Great Sandwiches, soups, salad and if you need something for your sweet tooth, the baked goods are just like home-made (if your Mom or Grandmom are a great Baker). You can get special occasion cookies and cakes as well.

We love this place. Our business (Lifestyle Aesthetic Center) uses Patio for our clients who spend a day with us. The Reuben, and Pimento Grilled Cheese are my favorite splurges. I love the cupcakes, my coworker loves the Coca Cola cake!

Ate here for the first time today, the food was pretty good and the apple oat pancakes are a must. Why the 1 star review? Well I was sitting close to the waitress station and my server was Corey accroding to the receipt. Corey and another employee were talking bad about a third employee and swearing during the whole conversation. It made for a very unpleasent and uncomfortable expeirence. It was very awkward for me to sit there and listen to.
