I travel a lot for work and have been to at least a dozen Ford Service Centers throughout the nation. I can honestly say this is by far my favorite. I’ve been here twice and Justin and Bobby have taken fantastic care of me both times. As an out-of-towner, this isn’t always the case, but the folks at Smith Ford recognized my needs and took care of everything very quickly. I’d give six stars if it was an option.
Recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Smith Ford. I initially called about one from their website, and was directed to Will Berryman. Will took great care helping me find what I was looking for and handled everything over the phone and by email. Was able to complete the transaction from home and he delivered the vehicle to my house a few days later. The process was very easy and Will was extremely knowledgeable about everything Ford. Great experience overall and would recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Smith Ford in Conway is hands down the best dealership that we have ever dealt with. The atmosphere is like no other. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly (even if they are not your salesman, you can bet that they will speak and ask if you need anything) that isnt something that you just find anywhere. They also made the purchase of our new vehicle so easy. We will def be back to do business and are telling everyone to go see them!!!
This the second truck I have bought from them and both experiences were excellent. They worked hard to get me the best interest rate they could and the trucks were exactly what they were supposed to be. I can’t ever see me wanting to buy a truck from anyone else.
I dont suppose that I could have had a better experience. From the first phone call to seeing the very vehicle that I wanted everything went smoothly and superb.
The service department needs to do better. I called the week prior to make an appointment for recalls and basic service. We agreed to have my car come in on 9/7 between 9-10 because they don’t make appointments but was told the service and recalls can be done. My car was at the service center from 9:30 to close of the service department that day. The basic services were done but not the recalls. There was no explanation as to why. I was told I needed to bring my car back for another 2-3 hour visit for the recalls to be done. I am frustrated at this point.
Great experience! I bought a used truck from Smith Ford. It was super clean with low miles at an amazing price. I found the truck online and made an appointment with Will Berryman the same day. The truck was as advertised, if not better. Will was a pleasure to work with, which made for a smooth and easy buying experience. I was even surprised at the after sales perks like the XM radio trial that was already active, the free oil change, and free anytime car washes! They really did go above and beyond to make this a great buying experience. Maybe that’s why they have been in business for nearly 100 years. Wanted to take a moment and share our experience with Smith Ford. For the last 20+ years, my wife and I had purchased the most expensive vehicles we could afford. In more recent time, we have greatly scaled back our debt and spending. We drove all over the state looking at all different dealerships and car lots. We finally found a vehicle, here locally, at Smith Ford. Even though the car we wanted had well over 100k miles and was very well priced, they still treated us with great respect. This was a better experience than most of our other purchases combined. The sales and financing staff were wonderful. After the sale, they even delivered the vehicle to our home. I have also had great customer service from the parts and service departments. I highly recommend this dealership.

I have used their service department for my F250 a few times and they have been reasonably priced, quick to get in and out and very communicative with their text system so Im not wondering what the status is or if its done.

The best experience I could’ve gotten when buying my first vehicle. The vehicle I was after with the accessories I was after was hard to find and sells very quickly. I drove from Oklahoma to test drive it the next day. Will Berryman did an exceptional job with communication and providing me all the information I needed before making the trip. I was worried about going to a dealership and going through the purchasing process on my own after hearing horror stories of dealerships not taking women seriously or trying to overcharge them due to the lack of knowledge on vehicles. That was not my case and Will answered every question I had. He even saved me $ when my insurance was trying to charge fees for adding a vehicle to my current policy. If you are ever nervous about buying your first vehicle or don’t want a pushy salesman, Will is your guy!

This is the second time in 6 months I had to take my truck in for major service. The Service Department is fantastic. First time they had my truck for two weeks and didnt bat an eye when I asked for a loaner. Second time I took it in, they could have taken me to the cleaners without me knowing any different but they didnt. Definitely recommend their Service Dept.

Horrible experience. They have some of the most incompetent people working in service. Lori doesn’t call anyone back and seems to not even be coherent most of the time. So much for the home town dealer. Seems like they are now looking to become the rest of the dealers in town. They just want your money with no customer service. Will not be back

Service is consistently slow 1:45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation thats absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes they ask for you to drop off your vehicle just so they can take their sweet time- staff doesnt dress professionally. I cant blame them for waiting on recall parts but they ordered them once and never arrived now Im back to waiting. Find another dealership maybe in MORRILTON who is hopefully more consistent and actually wants you as a customer. Also wont do a loaner if you didnt buy your vehicle from them. Do they realize customers come first??

(July 2020) My recent experience with this dealership has been very satisfactory. Cody Gates made sure that my wife and I were taken care of. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. Everyone in the front office is very friendly and make it a point to stop in and have a conversation with the customer. If the service department treats the customer as fairly as the sales and customer service people in the front, you can expect another 5 star review from me after my first service appointment.(June 2021) So as an edit/add on to this review, I will say that I have had great experience up to this point with the service department. Patrick is always helpful when I bring my vehicles in. Just yesterday I came in for a warranty repair and something else stopped functioning properly. I came back and he immediately ran to get the appropriate person to fix the issue quickly. He is probably tired of seeing me at this point lol, but I do appreciate the extra step that is always taken to help serve me as the customer when I come in.

I enjoyed my experience with the staff at Smith Ford of Conway. Especially my salesman, Ryan! This guy did everything that I asked if him. I wanted very specific things when it came to my experience at the dealership. Ryan relayed my needs and wants to his management and they were all accommodating. In my 3 day experience, i think i may have spent 3 hours in that building. That, to me, is amazing! I was there for maybe an hour and a half the first day. The second day was about me getting my stuff straight but Ryan was patient and not pushy at all. The third day was spent showing me the features of the vehicle and signing paperwork in the finance office. That too lasted for an hour and a half. So all in all, a wonderful experience. This dealership, specifically the finance guy, lacks integrity. On our trade in he offered next to nothing on a Ford trade in. Certainly well below industry standard. Why do I know the value - Edmonds price review done online ahead of time and they had it on the lot the next day for 1000% over what they originally offered me. I would not use this dealership again even though the price of the car I bought was fair, not good or great, but fair.
Terrible customer service experience.I had an appointment for 8:30 AM to get my 2006 F-150 in to get the A/C checked as well as an oil change. I brought the truck in at 8:30 AM, they asked if I would be waiting and I said yes. I received a text message from a number that said I could send them a text message to receive status updates on the truck.Soon, it was 9:00 AM and I turned to see my truck through the window had not moved from the drop-off area, indicating they had not started work on my truck yet. I sent a text to the number asking about the progress at 9:05. Shortly after, I saw someone pull the truck out from the drop-off area and into the back parking lot. Still awaiting a reply to my message, I sent another text at 9:10. I got a response to the second one saying the truck has been checked in and will take about an hour to complete the diagnostics, assuming this to be in regards to my request for a check on the A/C.This status update did not acknowledge the fact that they had not started the job at all yet. So I sent back a message, asking if their response meant the diagnostics would be complete at 9:30, which was an hour after I arrived. Finally, at 9:24 (an hour after I arrived), I received a canned response stating the work would be done as soon as we can. It also stated I requested the works service. I responded, that I did not know what the works service was as I had only requested an oil change and a check on the A/C system and I requested details on the works service was.A couple minutes later, one of the desk attendants (I assume to be named Eric, from the text message) approached me in the waiting area. He explained that he was the one that I had been messaging with and explained that the works service was the oil change and tire rotation I had requested. I explained I had not requested a tire rotation but just the oil change.I also explained that the only reason I was texting him was to figure out why my truck had been sitting in the drop-off area for thirty minutes when I arrived on time for my appointment at 8:30. He then stated they had an earlier appointment that arrived late and pushed me back, where I argued that I should not be put on a back burner when I arrive on time. He then proceeded to offer a courtesy ride if I needed to go somewhere. I asked how much longer it will take and he explained they had still not started work on the truck. And on top of that, the oil change will take at least an hour and the A/C diagnostics will take at least an hour! And he described the situation as if it was normal and totally expected to sit around for hours while your truck sits in a parking lot. After these details finally gave me an idea of how they ran their operations, I requested him to bring me my key and I left. Never to return.In summary, my first trip to the Smith Ford service center resulted in the staff allowing me to sit in the waiting area for an hour without explaining the expected duration of the service job. Even when I asked the staff for details, they dodged for 30 minutes which tells me they knew the current state and the did not know how to handle the situation. All it would have taken to completely change this interaction for the better was a clear communication of when they could begin work on the truck. If they were clear that it would be more than an hour before they could even start a two hour job, I could have made a quicker decision to get a ride home before wasting an hour of my day sitting in their waiting room. Instead they were negligent and lazy with customer service. I have been using Caldwell Toyota for years without any issues with customer service or quality of work. I wanted to take my Ford to a Ford shop but looks like will be returning to Caldwell.Review is for one star only because zero stars is not an option.

Im posting for my husband. He purchased the car there, and took it there for servicing every single time it was due. They were supposed to change oil and rotate tires. He later had a flat and was unable to remove the tire without beating a wrench with a hammer because the lug nuts were so damaged (rounded off). When he took it for servicing again, he told them and they agreed to replace the lug nuts. About 6 months later, he had another flat and again had to remove the tire by beating a wrench with a hammer due to (rounded) damaged lug nuts. Once, we understand, accidents happen, but twice, and after it was brought to their attention is unacceptable.
The Sales associate had the car ready and waiting for initial test drive. He confidently answered our questions about the car. When we called to purchase the car, Smith ford made the process quick and easy. They made sure the car was detailed and full of gas. As well as offering any assistance in the future. Very pleased with our purchase in addition to customer service.

I originally made contact with Smith Ford online about a 2019 Ford F150 Lariat with diesel. This was quickly followed up by a response from Randy a salesman. I came to the dealership to buy the truck and we made a deal. After signing paperwork I was met my by Randy and the used car manager with an issue that was found during the cleanup of my new truck. The roof and sunroof had been damaged and would have to be replaced. This news was disheartening but I was assured that it would be fixed to new condition. About one week later I was notified that parts had arrived and to drop off the truck. Initially, I was given a loaner truck that was, shall I say less than desirable. After a talk with the general manager I got a call to come bring that truck in, a different one would be loaned to me. Through this entire process Smith Ford has been on top of their game and the final outcome is as Good as one could ask for. I would definitely come buy another vehicle from Smith Ford again!

I have been a huge fan of Smith Ford for many years and have purchased picked out multiple vehicles here since 1994 and when I returned this time to find a great vehicle at a reasonable price it just wasnt possible. I was very disapointed in the way they handled a multiple repeat customer. I think the sales people are very nice and friendly but for whatever reason they just arent able to offer reasonable prices anymore. I did end up coming for a test drive but then they told me on the already too high priced vehicle that to fix the damage on it would raise the price higher before i even decided to buy it. I ended up going to a different ford dealer (Cogswell) and was offered a much better car at a lower price. I will not be returning to Smith Ford after this experience. Just thought I would share my experience in case it would help people.

Not every day is perfect. Not every situation always goes as planned. So when I had a less than perfect experience with the service department,it’s good to know that Scott was willing to make what was not perfect right. and honestly that’s all anyone can ask for. Human nature lets us make mistakes. But knowing that the service department is willing to do everything in their power to make everything right is what it’s all about. They are as close to perfect as you can get. I have been doing business with Smith Ford for many years. I will continue to trust Smith Ford with my vehicle for many more years to come

Service is always the best at Smith Ford! They always take care of my 2005 F-150 when I take it in for service and in a timely manner. I recently tried to purchase a new F-150 and was denied but regardless Matt Kincaid in sales went above and beyond to do all he could to at least try to get me approved. I will continue to take my current truck to them for service and will definitely be going to Smith Ford for a new truck once my situation improves.
Smith Ford is a great place to buy a car or truck. They work with you to put you in the car you want. They go beyond what is expected to please their customers. Once the sale is made, their service department does a wonderful job to keep you on the road.
