I had the Jiffy Lube guys check my tires because my tire light was on. While checking my tires one guy kept asking me if the light went off yet. It didnt. It never did. Took my car to another shop and was told that one was low on air. 22psi. I dont care how fancy these guys look with their tucked in shirts, screw driver toolbelts, and safety glasses. If you cant even check tires why are you working in the auto industry? If you want McDonalds employees working on your car this is the place to go. 5 stars.

HORRIBLE!! First I didn’t know JIFFY LUBE brought out the oil change place that was there before, I used the those for years never had a complaint! So first they make you get out the vehicle, something I never did before! Then you I watched them jump in and out of my truck several times during this oil change! One guy come in with the oil filter and of course tells me I need another one, and shows me all kind of things “Chevrolet” requires to be done. That equaled toalmost $200 on top of the $160 they are already charging me for a oil change on a 2020 Tahoe! SMH!! Once they finished the oil change they move my car then comes inside to get me walked outside to my truck the door was left wide open. He told me they have check and refill everything that’s included in the oil change, they lied. Once I pulled off my truck started making a loud noise I never heard, tire pressure light was on it wasn’t in when I took it so I didn’t understand why it was in when they finished. Made it home to check the tires 2 were low and hey didn’t but my custom tire valves back on I was missing 2. Those prices are horrible

I had to take my car and re do the oil change they said they did . Oil was dirty on a new car and I change it ever 3.000 miles. I have another shop that backed up what I am saying . Geez, 2 oil changes and wasted money in one weeks time. I will never go there and I suggest you don’t also

The guys here are really friendly and knowledgeable. I have made this my go to place for everything car related. If they cant fix it, they refer me to someone who can. Ive not been disappointed yet.

Be careful if you get the brake fluid service, you may end up w/ a car w/ no functioning brakes. So no car until fixed!

Said they inspected headlights got home had one burned out.

I had a component installed with an appointment. They started about 30 minutes after the appt time, then took almost twice the time as estimated. Had to have a different shop troubleshoot and fix Mr. Brake and Lubes install. Disappointed.

I have always been a customer of Mr breaking Lou I dont know what its like now that is jiffy lube now or jiffy lube bought them out

Ive come here to get my oil change over 3 times and have never had a problem, but this time was different. After my oil change was done the associate comes in to tell me I was finished, then tells me that they had to jump start my car because the battery went dead. This was a very alarming surprise to me because my battery isnt even a year old! The associate then tells me that they usually have to drain the battery right before doing the oil change which I once again found weird! When I was getting ready to leave, the car once again didnt start, so they had to give the car another jump. Before coming this day I had ZERO issues with my car starting! Im a bit confused as to why they, One- drained the battery before doing the oil change and Two- not keep my car running after giving it a jump the first time so that the battery can reach full charge.I believe they did something wrong and didnt want to admit to it because I went and got my battery looked at and its 100% fine! The guy who checked me out seemed like he didnt know what he was doing... maybe new.And the other associate looked like he was 18 and new also.Im going to start going back to Meineke because I dont do dishonest business and I dont want to experience this again

In and out for my oil change. Knowledgeable staff. A little expensive but worth it, time wise. I came back for an alignment and the price was comparable to others, but super convenient because I didnt need to make an appointment. Keep up the good work guys!

Unproffesional I went to get an oil change. Took them 10 minutes to just come to the counter. After the guy comes into the main area, he asked another guy that I was there before, did he need an oil change. I told him I was here before him, he preceded to change the other guys oil anyway. I ask him is it a sign that says pull in here if you need an oil change. He didn’t even answer. I left and I advise no one to go here.

I have a lease vehicle and work out of my car everyday. I am always on the go and the guys at Mr. Brake & Lube obviously knows the importance of getting me in and out quickly! Awesome employees! Awesome service! Very professional! I will definitely be back!!

I took my 2014 Focus in for an alignment, they did it quickly and it was cheap but a couple days went by and it didnt feel right. I took it back in and described what it was doing and they said it was a different issue. Mind you, this is a month after buying all new tires. Fast forward 6 months I have a COMPLETELY bald 7 month old tire (not crappy ones, btw) on my front passenger side. My brother in law who Is a car whiz said it was an alignment issue.. took it to Smith ford to fix the alignment and they did. DO NOT GET AN ALIGNMENT HERE IF NOTHING ELSE.

They service the blower interlock and double charged me. Then told me to. Call and talk to them.

Bought new ?? tires in july . Had a failure in October. Employees said tire was worn out. No warenty, no concern, I will never make the mistake of buying tires there again.

Worst service ever!!! They butchered my drain plug! Completely stripped it & didnt say a word! Luckily I took it to Crain Chevy on baseline & they saw it. Do not go here! Sad part is I tipped the guy a lot! I guess they were just in a hurry to make some quick money. What a shame. Are there any decent mechanics around now a days??

Love this place for fast oil changes. Its more expensive than Walmart, but it saves two hours of your time so you can get on with your life. Theres also real mechanics here.

WORST OIL CHANGE EXPERIENCE! I came in and there was only one car in front of me. I had to go into the garage to get someone to notice that I was waiting. After finding someone I had to remind him that he probably wanted my information. I specifically asked if they could call me when they were done. After waiting for 2.5 hours down the street and still no phone call, I called and asked if they were done with my vehicle yet. They said it was finished, so I walked down to the shop. After standing in the lobby for 15 minutes, I ended up calling their phone to get someone to ring me up! There was no apology, nothing! Worst $45 Ive ever spent. Ill never go back there again.

My son took his 2002 Ford focus to this place to have a tune up and oil change. Complained to me that the car was still running poorly. I took a look just to find that the spark plugs were not even screwed in all the way or not at all. Very poor service. My other complaint is I took my 97 Honda Civic in for a routine oil change, brought it straight home left for a few days come back to find oil from the car running down my driveway almost to the street. When I called them about it then told me to bring the car up and they would check it out. I get there 5 minutes after 5:00 PM theyve closed the shop and left. No concern about the the poor work they are doing to peoples cars and taking money. I will never go there or any other 10 minute oil change place again, if you care anything about your ride you should stay away from this place.
