My fuel pump failed while towing a travel trailer to Myrtle Beach. The owner towed my vehicle in late Thursday evening and had my truck repaired Friday afternoon. They even picked me up at the campground when my truck was ready. The price was extremely fair. The truck runs great and everyone at the shop was helpful and friendly. I could not be more pleased with the service, everyone was very professional. I would highly recommend DART for all of your service needs.

Coolant was disappearing from my vehicle, but there were no leaks and vehicle wasnt running hot. I was having to put a half gallon of coolant in every week. I took my vehicle to two different shops before going to Dart. Water pump was replaced, but didnt fix the problem. Pressure test was done at another, but there wasnt any leaks. Another shop that couldnt get my vehicle on for service thought it may be the intake manifold gasket, but it wasnt. I took my vehicle to Dart because they had good reviews and have mechanics that have the training needed to work on my vehicle. I have a Super Charged RRS. Long story short, they found out my oil inner cooler was cracked and needed to be replaced. I was expecting to be without my vehicle for a few days, but it ended up being almost a month. Every time they called me or I called them, there was another problem that was found or another part that needed to be ordered. At first, I was livid because it was getting more expensive by the day and it was taking forever to fix, but then I thought about how at least they were paying attention enough to find the other problems. Id rather them be thorough and find and fix them at the same time vs having to take it back in a few months time. Not every mechanic shop would have done that. So would I recommend? Yes. I hope I dont have any other problems for a very long time, but if something happens, I will go back.

Brought my 95 F250 7.3 turbo diesel and for topside fuel leaks. They have an excellent Powerstroke mechanic. I got my truck back after a few days top of the engine clean. Lucky to have this place local

Went in with an electrical issue on my mini bus, $1200 later I took the bus back with none of the issues resolved. Definitely not very experienced with electrical work. Karen was polite and courteous at the front desk

Im floored by the outstanding service Dart Automotive offers. About six weeks ago we were on our way to Savannah. Surprisingly, our car broke down in Conway. My first thought, We have to bring the car to an unknown mechanic who will know we are stranded and rip us off.The opposite happened. Dart Automotive came to tow the car within 30 minutes. They treated us as if theyd known us forever and did everything they could to get us on our way asap. We rented a car and headed to our destination while Dart installed a new alternator in our vehicle.But thats not the story! Just the other day, my car died again. Our local mechanic said it was the alternator. Oh no! You wont believe what happened next!We called Dart. They were extremely apologetic. The next day they drove two hours to our home with a tow truck, apologized again and ensured us it would be taken care of immediately, drove back to their shop, put in a new alternator, and then at 8:00 AM the next morning drove another two hours to return our car!THANK YOU, DART! If we lived in Conway, we would be lifelong customers of yours.

My daughter is going to school in SC. We live 10 hours away. While visiting I took her car in to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The cost was outrageous! I was told twice her rotors were bad and needed replace before it started effecting her brakes. In December she had the car to Ford dealership and that was marked as good shape. So I googled places in Conway to get second opinion. Dart from the time they answered the phone to looking at car for no charge was great to work with. Understood my concern of establishing a place I could trust since we’re so far away. Needless to same the rotors do not need replaced. Said they are no problem. By the way the oil change here will include a complete check of the car at half the cost of Jiffy. This is where our business will be going from now on. Thank you Dart!

I broke down just outside of Conway on the way from OIB to I 95 and home to Florida. This was as the hurricane was working up the coast to SC/ NC. My temp gauge pegged and the check engine light came on. I pulled over and called AAA. They could not get a tow to me for 2 and a half hours. I called Dart directly and they were in 30 minutes. I arrived at the shop just as the techs were heading to lunch. As soon as the first returned he set to work immediately and found the problem. Pretty sure they put me in front of a few other waiting jobs. It was a small accessory coolant hose that had burst. I had my car back in 90 minutes and was on my way home to beat the storm. Cost was entirely reasonable and the shop people made sure nothing else was going bad. Great people and outstanding customer service.

A+++++++++ Towed yesterday, fixed today and a very reasonable charge and not just a simple repair. I broke a bolt off in the head changing a feul injector that needed drilled and tapped.Tedious. They were very promp with communication and even more pleasant. A+++++++++

I will be using Dart for all my repair and service needs from now on. I took my 02 Yukon to another shop twice for them to tell me that they fixed it, when I knew there was still something not right. I brought it into Dart and they fixed what the other shop screwed up and took the time to explain everything to me which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for being so amazing!

Its hard to find a good garage. These guys are good. Their prices are in line with industry standards. The turnaround is fast. Ive carried several of my vehicles to them, and been satisfied. The place where I work also uses them for our work vehicles.Edit: I read down through the reviews, and the I noticed the poor reviews arent fair. These guys know what theyre doing and stand behind their work. They have to pay a good wage to keep good help. They also have to keep the lights on and turn a profit. Are the prices high. No, theyre spot on and quite competitive. Also, theres a difference between up selling and pointing out what needs to be done. I appreciate when they tell me my brakes look like they only have about 6 months left before Ill need a brake job. Or, The oil looks dark, when was the last time it was changed?Ill do what I can on my vehicles. But when I need someone I can depend on, Im happy to go from Murrells Inlet to Conway for service.

Wow! Seriously awesome! I am a CCU student and took my car there for an oil change and with some concerns about a tire (thinking I would have to get it replaced). I checked in with the sweet women in the front and told her about my tire and even told her I think it needs to be replaced. Later she came and told me that my tire actually still has some life left and they could just be rotated but would need to be replaced down the line. I was shocked because a lot of other places would have just replaced it even though it didnt need to be because I am young (and a little clueless when it comes to cars). They are honest and awesome people! I will definitely be back and will tell my friends about this hidden gem. (Also they gave me a quote to fix something that the dealership quoted $1000 more to fix)

This shop is the most honest, helpful, quick service center I ever dealt with. Had the miss fortune of breaking a trans. In my truck, we were down on a mini vacation.( Got a couple extra days) in just two and 1/2 day Dart Automotive, towed my truck replaced the trans. And we were back on the road..Cant thank you enough, as this was just before Christmas. Tried Dart Automotive for the first time this week to have a new muffler welded on. My service tech Shawn was top notch. He did an excellent job and I will and would encourage anyone else to request Shawn the next time I need service done to my vehicle. I had to be to work at 9 and Shawn was great about making sure he had the job done by the time I needed to get to work. I recommend Dart and HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHAWN!

Im an out-of-state parent of a CCU student, and I needed emergency repairs for my daughters car. Of course, I didnt know who to trust in SC, so I took a chance with Dart based on the Google reviews. Good thing I did! They were kind, courteous, and really helpful. They fixed what needed to be fixed and gave me a fair price; I was surprised how fair! (but Im in Northern Virginia, so Im used to steep prices). They were genuinely concerned to help. Crystal was so nice and immediately relieved my Dad worries. What a relief to know I can send my daughter to them from now on. And they are close to the campus too!Thanks Dart!

We took truck in for e brake, they tell us we need all new breaks, pads, ball joints, and the list went on Around 3700 dollars. In which we had all this done in the last year . Took to dealer and they confirmed nothing that was on that list was wrong with our truck. Criminals how many older customers have they taken advantage of ?

I was referred to Dart Auto by a friend a friend who really knows his cars. Boy am I happy that I took his advice. Dart diagnosed the issues with my car really quickly despite how much other business they were dealing with. Dave and his staff are truly knowledgable in their craft and as fair and honest as I could ever ask for. If you need car help for a german vehicle this really is the place.

A little expensive but worth it. They seem to be honest and know what they doing they have a waiting room with tv and coffee which they didnt used to have, a waiting room as per say a waiting room. Seems personal and caring overall experience was a good one

Made a rush appointment for cooling system & an hour & a half later I finally got an estimate that was for an outrageous amount to replace a radiator, including a $50 charge to determine it was the rad using my own temperature gun since he couldnt get his working. Avoid & look elsewhere if youre in a hurry and not rich, and especially if youre from out of town. So bottom line.....DONT GO TO ANY AUTO REPAIR THAT HAS NAPA AS AN AFFILIATE!!!!! They will be all about making money on the parts as well as the labor!!!update: I found a VERY honest mechanic in Albemarle NC at Pro Tire II who put the rad in for $70...I gave him $90 for such a quick and honest job. He had it done before we finished our breakfast!!!!

My alternator went out and I had them tow it in @ 11am. They called at about 11:45 and said the battery wouldnt charge which was wrong. I had them replace it so they could do a diagnostic. 2 hrs and 45 min later I had to call to find out the status. Now bear in mind, they had two girls answering the phones. They said they would call back in another hour. $700 was the estimate. Not bad really but do a search at BBB and Yelp! and there are a lot of REALLY bad reviews. I got my car towed out of there as fast as possible.

Terrible. Michelle is an idiot. Not only did she quote me the entirely wrong price, she acts as if its no big deal she quoted a significantly lower price ($120 MORE than the original quote). So 1 week later the vehicle still isnt fixed because they order the wrong part - it was a wiper arm so if you cant even place a simple order for the correct parts there is NO way they are working on my car! Overall, A waste of your time.

They told me I needed new roters.I was not offered to have my old ones turned. Only after I inquired about turning them, was it offerd. Saved $300.

First off these people are top noch id recommend them to anybody in the areaRick towed my diesel truck to the shop and went back got my 5th wheel camper towed that to the KOA 40 miles away so we had somewhere to stay while they worked on my truck... We had 6 kids two adults two dogs they let us use their mini van to get lunch and the girl in the office drove and picked us up from the camp ground... My truck was fixed a few days later they were fair and made sure everything was all good for the trip.. Not to make this review any longer but i feel really lucky to find good people down there we were in a pickle we are from detroit and ill tell you we would not get this there..they didnt have to do what they did i called 2 other places before them and basically was hung up on cause whobwants to tow a truck with a 37ft camper behind it rick flat bedded my truck and went home got his personal vehicle to get my camper .........thanks Rick my children thank you and you r a good man
