After relocating my wife and I began to search for a double wide home. We looked at three different dealers in the Houston area. After much discussion we chose Triple C Homes. The decision was based on the friendliness, choice of homes offered and the very professional manner in which Mr. Luis Leon treated us. This turned out to be a very wise choice over the next few months. We chose several building sites but were thwarted each time by lot size or cost of one nature or another. Each time we returned to Triple C Homes and with very patient manner, Mr. Leon continued to present us with other options. After finally choosing a plan and lot, the right decision in choosing Triple C Homes and Mr. Leon became apparent. Time after time, when we asked a question, we got an answer. Mr. Leon helped us from start to finish. From choice of colors, added options, and other problems that always arise when building. I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years. I must say that Mr. Leon is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, professional individuals I have ever had the opportunity to have been associated. I find it a pleasure to recommend Triple C Homes to anyone interested in having a new home.

Wont be ever buying a mobile home from this company, just want to let everyone know my experience. I purchased a NEW 90k double wide from this company 8 months ago. Had various of their contractors to come repair thing from when the house got delivered. I was told the re-leveling of the house was part of their warranty, by chase the owner. Last contractor that came saw that nails where sticking out from the floor and out the ROOF on only ONE side of the double wide, caulking cracked after they had caulked once already, doors wont close like theyre supposed to. (Im not no expert but I got common sense, definitely house moving ) But yet they claim houses never really move and wont come re level my home. Theres is 2-3 spots in the house with LOW spots almost like sagging. Well they blamed the manufacturer saying that the plywood they put might be thinner or defected. Mind you i bought a NEW mobile home no reason for it to have those low spots my floor should all be SOLID ( my moms 2000 mobile home is built way better). They will give you the run around so be ready for that...Chase never returned my call he had one of his contractors call me and give me the run around about the flooring because he (Chase)previously stated that it was an easy fix, we will fix it which obviously wasnt if the contractor that looked at it claimed its a manufacturer defect. This a probably 5-10k houses on bulk...lesson learned....Now that Im reading others reviews i know Im not the only one that this is happening to, which is sad to see a local business do this! Please know the buying process theyll paint you all this pictures and promises till you close but be PREPARED when youre house gets delivered! Their so called contractors will tell you theyll come back and fix things they dont get fix the same day but just know theyre not coming back unless you call the company again because thats how they get scheduled...DONT SAY YOU WERENT WARNED!

Hard to close with them and they are quick to take your money. Overall its a nice mobile home and Im glad to have a home. The initial buy was comfortable but I cant say anything but it feels very sketchy until half a year after paying cash you get your home.

Ordered our house in October, said it would be 3 months. It was 6 months before they got it. Horrible horrible customer service. They would never answer the phone, or call you back, text you back etc. we got our house the roof was messed up, 5 months later still not fix— taped down with duct tape, mold smell in bathroom, holes in bath tub, multiple tears in our flooring, we bought a plan and didn’t even receive everything on the blue print. I’ve called and they won’t answer again or return phone calls. I’ve now been dealing directly with champion homes and they say they fix things but they don’t really fix it, for example the door you see daylight through so he stuck a piece of paper there so you can’t see daylight. This whole process has been a joke! I hate we’ve spent our money here even though they were cheap we are obviously paying for the cheaper price and I wish we would have never used them!

I closed on my mobile in April 2021 as of today August 2021 I am still not in my home due to Chris not verifying information about my property. This has been a drawn out process that could’ve been avoid had he done his research. I hope to be in my home soon.

The experience before paying was amazing. Since we were paying cash, there were all these things we could throw in for free since we were paying a little extra to get it from the factory. Lesson learned after we seen the home, dont walk away until they show you EVERYTHING in writing you worked with your rep on.. Once we paid, it kind of went downhill. Mainly, we were told its he say she say and I was asking to speak to our rep and no answer regarding all the upgrades we wanted and didnt get. No responses at all from the owner on the missing shutter or blinds already hanging on the right (string untethered). No response about the leaking waterheater which the trimmer tightened but told us to contact the owner to let him know. Trying to find another dealer because now, I need to purchase 8 single wides for the other family members for our vacation home.Forgot to add in: owner told us to call office about missing items which the office told us to speak with the owner. That is why I gave up on this place

Leaving my review here since they delete negative Facebook reviews. The buying process was good we honestly were worried about not getting approved but we were able to get approved and get our house, it was once we put our deposit down that the problems started. For starter our “building pad” if you can even call it that is so uneven that our house is already leaning after 3 months. We have a leak in our bathroom that is causing water damage, we also have a leak above our range hood that is going to cause a fire soon I am sure, and one of our walls was not properly wired and all the plugs have stopped working. The mobile home is already falling apart after 3 months of living in it and I seriously regret buying through Triple C. They do not have any interest in getting our house fixed and we keep playing the run around game with them and their contractor to get everything fixed. Avoid them and save your money!

This company advertises on Facebook market, they listed a double wide for $39,900. I messaged and asked if the home pictured was the one for $39,900 because that’s really cheap for a double wide. JR replied back that yes it was, after I told him I was coming the next day he let me know it was a double wide. I already knew that, I just wanted to make sure the price was correct. Of course after that he changed to, our double wides start at $79,000. He made a comment about “if you read the ad right” the ad says nothing about $79,000 just that their homes start at $32,900. It’s “bait and switch” which is illegal in Texas and a sh$tty business practice that proves you can’t sell without lying and tricks.

Dont lost you time and money, worst experience on triple c homes.

They keep bringing all of 105 to a stand still even during busy periods of traffic. When your business impacts everybody elses life then you are the problem, not them.

Bought a new home with these guys, customer service was exceptional, Chase was amazing there was information left out which should have been included, but that wasbthe easy part. Am now 4 months in what was supposed to be a brand new home but now paying $18,000.00 for repairs.Every last piece of trimming is lifting off the building, there are pieces too long for some areas that werent cut to fit, some are too short.The center of the floor where the house is clamped was covered by a strip which is lifting,doors were left without frames, just to mention a few of the problems that I now have to fix.I was given the option to not have accent wslls, however here I am with grey accent walls, was told that they would have accomodated me because of the error andvam still waiting on a call...

Buyer Beware! I find it hard to believe that out of ALL the reviews, people have only had a “great experience” with “excellent customer service.” I would love to believe that we have not been the exception to that. I HATE leaving negative reviews but if this reduces the likelyhood of someone else dealing with this, then I will be happy. Our home buying experience was AMAZING. Right up until they got their money. We purchased the “economy home” because we needed a home with 5 bedrooms and this one was a perfect match for what we wanted/needed. Now, here is where it gets dicey because COVID comes in and causes issues. Luis failed to set up the needed appointment with the Septic company and water company as we included those utilities in our financing. So we get the call that our home will FINALLY be delivered and due to his negligence, we had to wait 6 additional weeks. Luis wanted and pressed to deliver our home without the needed permits. We refused. Once we got the permits it was smooth-“ish” sailing. We finally got into our home after we made our first house payment (September 12) but there were multiple windows that wouldn’t close completely due to the house flexing during delivery, cuts and tears in multiple areas of our flooring, loose trim throughout multiple rooms, shower doors that won’t close and leak, cabinets and drawers that won’t open or close properly, cracks in the ceiling. We finally get a crew out to address the issues after multiple attempts and weeks only to have one of the workers take an expensive tool off of our counter (“honest mistake”) and argue with us that they did not take it. We called them out again because our kitchen pipes were leaking and our floor was wet under the cabinet and they glued the pipe. Here we are, October 27th and our windows still do not close, we still have cracks in our ceiling, the shower doors still don’t close and multiple other issues are still present. The kitchen piping has continued to leak all this time to the point that there is mold under my kitchen cabinet, my floors are soft under the cabinets and the wall is soaked. We can’t get ANYONE at Triple C to call us or pick up. Tomorrow I’m contacting our Mortgage company and addressing the matter with them. This entire experience AFTER PAY has been a joke and a nightmare. I would not suggest buying from this company. The “cost efficient” pricing of the homes does not out weight the absolute nightmare of having them correct issues or get any correspondence. Yes, you’ll get a great home, priced at a really good cost but how long will it be before you need to rip out your entire kitchen cabinets due to their negligence or ineptitude. If you are fine with having to fix other people’s mistakes and errors, then this company is definitely the right company for you because their mistakes will haunt you for months to come.

We had a great experience purchasing our house here. We looked at many layouts and interior options and decided on one and no one tried to upsell us or talk us into any options we didnt want. The sales team was very friendly and was interested in making sure we were happy and got exactly what we wanted. We shopped several other locations, and Triple C saved us several thousand dollars on a better built home. I would definitely use them again!

My home buying experience was amazing. My salesman was phenomenal in his customer service and also his product knowledge. I would give zero stars if I could. They tryed to pull a bait and switch on me and failed. This is what happened. One of fredys sales associates set up a day and time for me to go look at a mobile home that was off site. I called fredy the day before during the evening hours to make sure everything was still good to go for the next day and he said yes. The next day his sales associate contacted me to confirm that i was still coming to see the home. I said yes. When I got there Fredy tells me that he sold the home yesterday afternoon ( keep in mind that was before i called him to make sure everything was still good to go. WTH.) Then I said but i just talked to your sales associate before I drove here and before i could say anything els Fredy says oh well she didnt know i sold it this morning. (wait, what, you just said you sold it yesterday and now you saying you sold it today). Then he says but would you like to take a look at any of these mobile homes we have on the lot since your here. LoL. So I said fine since im already here. He shows me a 2 bedroom 1 bath and says its only 37k which was a huge mark up from what his sales associate had already told me was 25k.

I was able to browse without pressure. I found exactly what I wanted. My home was delivered and setup last week and I couldnt be happier about my experience.

Started off great, until we closed on the house, and the house left the lot! First, our dog got enclosed under our home when the skirting got put on. Left a glue all.pver the island, and was told by the prep guy, for us to get removed and take it all off. Had a leak under our kitchen sink, because the plumbing wasnt secured. All.of the water faucets are backwards, cold /hot. Fire alarms had malfunction and was told.new ones were ordered. Even with breaker being off, alarms continuously go off. Now, our A/C is not working. Needless to say, once we signed papers, and the home left the lot, that was it! Was told that they are just busy. But, you only have 45 days for them to cover these issues. Its been 40 days, and have not had anyone take care of any of this! 100K home, and you no longer matter as a customer! Thats our experience!

The truth is I am not happy with this place, if you had known that they acted in this way, I would have bought my house elsewhere ... I do not speak for everyone either but others pay for one...I have 3 months waiting for an answer and still nothing that I can enliven the place.

They are a ball of thieves, I was robbed by them, a company garbage, the best thing is to get together all those affected and make a class action lawsuit so that they do not continue to deceive people

A company would be nothing to buy them a gray trailer they sent me a coffee talk to them and they told me that the factory was wrong and Mr. Jr. Ramírez told me that they would be responsible for everything but they are already 2 months and nothing able with the owner and He told me that they would be responsible and nothing just ne ignore a company nothing responsible do not serve I do not recommend 3 c home are not trusted
