Easy to get what you need courteous knowledgeable salesman. The workers in the mill courteous very good at their jobs. I will shop there again and I recommend them to whoever is looking for their metal needs to be met with professional and courteous service.

Theres no option to give them a no star so one star will have to do. Told the guy at the counter I wanted 4 pieces of 1 square tubing cut 48 long and four pieces of 1 square tubing cut 36 long at $1.50 per cut. Thats $13.50. Said it would take 10 to fifteen minutes. Took 30 minutes. They cut 4 pieces 53 long and 4 pieces 54 long??? Now I have to go back and cut every single piece to the desired length myself with a grinder and waste another hour or two of my time doing it. Shop employees were impolite and obviously not exited to be there. Good opportunity for someone to come along and open up a steel supply next door. With a little kindness and some short math lessons, one would be up and running and putting them out of business in no time. I can draw a line through this company. Wont be back again.

I love this place. They have gone the extra mile to supply the many items needed for my work as a millwright for over 30 years. Its my go to place for steel of any size and shape.

Im a hobbyist metal worker and the guys here were super friendly and were patient with my ignorance in proper terminology. Prices are 100 times better than the box stores and the selection is vast. They earned a permanent customer and theyre who I reccomrec to my friends.

These people customer service suck i called in an order 10min prior me getting there and they did not know what the hell i was talking about nor did they make a ticket for it. The guys in the back cutting, had them all ready and knew better of what i was talking about kudos to them.

These guys have a very good knowledge of the parts they keep. Bear in mind that you dont go there for the lowest steel prices, or for craftsman finished parts. They are designed to cover a very broad spectrum of tools, steel, piping, etc - and they do so very well.

Ive lived in Conroe for a few years now and Ive been driving down to SSS to buy fabrication steel all that time. These guys had exactly what I needed and it was only a few cents more, it saved me the time and gas of driving to SSS and I know I can go back in 5 minutes if I need more. Ill be visiting again, wish i had known about them years ago.
