They give you no information when you arrive as to what to do. They do not put your arrival time on the bills, only depart times. When they hold you over 4 hours to load this is needed to get detention. Things to know when arriving: you are NOT allowed on the trailer! Your pipe stakes must be set up and chained prior to entering the facility. You must have the brokers name. If loading, come through the gate and make an immediate left. Go around the first row of buildings and stage. Someone on a golf cart will come and ask for your pick up number again. Someone else will direct you where to load. Once loaded and secured pull around to the main office to get your bills. Have your piece count before going in. On the plus side everyone is friendly and polite.
