I just bought a cake from here. Asked for light pink and white roses, border design, light pink writing with French butter cream icing. All toppings to be created in the French butter cream. I have known in the past buying French butter cream from this exact location to be off white in color and not too sweet. Picked up the cake, and it was bone white...ummm OK, but it was really pretty! However got it home, tasted it, and oh boy the icing!!! This icing had a sugar granule texture that was overly sweet with an odd flavor 22 dollars wasted! When chewing you can feel the sugar grains on the teeth. I have bought cakes from here and have been disappointed off and on but this time made me angry. Maybe more so because of all the not finding/stocking of my usual products, and the frequent moving of things in a nonsensical order!!! I should have just picked a random already finished cake for cheaper in the fridge it would have at least tasted better! SAD but people have no integrity in products these days! The cakes from here years ago looked and tasted amazing. I do realize people move on to other jobs or retire. Heb need to evaluate new hire cooking/baking/etc. !!! Might have to drive past this one on up the road!😡

Great place to shop, HEB on Frazier st. Huge place. I love it because they have everything. I thing I love about HEB is their Meats brand, all their products brand are less expensive and great quality. Fresh fresh vegetables and fruits.

I love this store. We stop here every time we go to the Renaissance Festival. The selection and service are great.

I enjoy shopping here from time to time and I enjoy the workers relaxed but working hard. Decided to apply, but because of my background history I was denied to work there. The issue isn’t that I was denied rather, the HR Representative under the name of sue gave me a call at 11:50 to inform me that my application was redacted due to my prior background history, which is understandable as I’m trying to build a better life because of my past. But stating, “All HEB’s are the same and I shouldn’t waste time applying to multiple applications” even tough Harpers trace HEB down 242 encouraged me to apply to multiple locations as each store is different in there hiring requirements. I understand my prior history would cause for no opportunity at HEB but I don’t feel it is right for her to insert her own personal bias and come off with a rude tone. I’ll take my time to drive the extra ten minutes to the HEB down road with equal happy workers and actually stocked store. Don’t let your own personal bad day influence how you talk to people

My favorite store! Its always clean, good prices and friendly staff.

I am a disabled senior (sorry, very old pic) on a fixed income that has to use a delivery service (Shipt) to get my groceries. This is the closest HEB near me and it is always out of stock on the same items, which just happen to be the items I need. I never had any problems with HEB until I had to use this store. Get a better manager.

They are trying to change things I understand but they should do it at night. When you go in to shop and freezer are empty or pretty empty. Thats bad. They have stop carrying things too.

My first time ever at this company and or market. Being Im from California. I budgeted my shopping. Thinking I was going to spend a few bucks... I was quite amazed. I spent half of what I expected. So happy... elated and shocked I called home. We need an H.E.B in California.

Love shopping here but lately they have been moving everything and it takes forever to find things that i used to know right where it was. LOVE the fresh brisket queso they make and package all you do is pop in the oven.

I love everything about heb. Texas owned Texas bread meat free reign kind people give back to others. Gave everyone on the store free food during the freeze. Told everyone take what you need a proceed out the door. I love them.

Winston was an amazing courteous employee. He attempted to forward my call to the seafood department and to the manager 3 times. Low score for the store overall because the seafood and manager departments never answered the phone. High scores for Winston for making every effort to answer my question about availability of seafood.

I wish this HEB didnt fill the Main Walkways with Displays and Boxes/Cases to be Stocked when its busy. It reminds me of Home Depot, when their Racetrack is Filled like this. Instead of Boxes being stacked on the floor to be Stocked, they were on the floor, 2-3 Boxes deep. This makes it challenging to get around the store.

Meat selection is always fresh, and the quality of their meat & produce surpasses other grocery stores.

Well I was kinda shocked that although everything was competitively priced and nicely laid out, when it came time to purchase the cookie sheet I picked out, you cannot use your smartphones feature for tap & pay like every other store in Conroe and Willis that I shop at....sadly had to leave it there.Some of us forget, or leave our wallet at home because of this feature.

This HEB is good for quick shopping. They don’t have all items. Another HEB is better which is on 105 and 336. This HEB is the best place for shopping. It is near to my house and they are quite cheaper then other.This is located in loop 336 and Frazier intersection. This can be easily noticed. They have different kind of vegetable. They have fresh meat. They have good price match compared to other.This place is really a wonderful place with some wonderful workers with good customer service. Try this place 😊

Still enjoy shopping there but in the freezer section were you waffles your section had alot of empty shelves so the items I needed were not there kind of disappointed.

Love the produce the strawberry are far the sweetest things you can get, and also got me some orange watermelon called Melissa Watermelon it was so good!! Love the service their so nice and patient overall love it to buy my groceries here !!

The farmacy partners are great. And the store workers are always willing to help find things.

The only reason this gets two stars is because of the nice lady that assisted me when my self check out terminal malfunctioned, the first machine took my 20 dollar bill and malfunctioned. I paid for all my items at a different machine and explained I was rushing to return to work, I asked if I could set a balloon and bamboo plant at service desk for my mom to pick up, I told them her name. She comes to pick up the items I bought and my 20$ the machine took and the service counter staff said I had not paid. I had to leave my workplace again! To go and demand the items I paid for which service staff was questioning me as if I was being dishonest and laughing like it was funny. STRAIGHT DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR. The lady there originally who had helped me and witnessed when I bought everything is the one that verified I had paid and to give me my items. THIS HEB IS A DISGRACE

This location is always busy but if you come in around 7am its quiet. Very low prices....the stores Hill Country Fare brand is a great brand with very low prices. Produce area is impressive. They have organic fruit & veggie options. This stores Deluxe sliced American cheese ( like Kraft Deluxe) is only 3.00 versus 6.50 at another store in town. There is an in-store Sushi bar where you can buy varieties if fresh Sushi rolls.The pharmacy dept. has cheap prices on store brand medicines and vitamins. A+ store...oh, and clean restrooms!

The attendant at the gas station on 2/27/21 at 5:00 is rude and doesn’t want to be there! She has an attitude of not caring so why bother keeping her if she’s going to run your customers away with her negative vibe? Oh well I’d rather spend my money somewhere else where they will appreciate it!!!

Out of our area but worth the drive

The grocery store was completely packed. I only needed a birthday cake, so I bought a very delicious sheet cake without even having order prior to picking it up. The bakery staff was incredibly helpful, fast and decorated the cake really cute, and I was not charged any extra. I will definitely get fresh bakery items again!

They could use lower prices. But they do compensate by having the freshest fruits and vegetables.

Of course its amazing, its HEB! I always find what I need. Usually u find too much stuff.

The contents of the bakery looked too good to resist. Yet I managed. 4 stars because the Hijole! Flavor tortilla chips are just no longer here and I love them.

This is not my Neighborhood HEB so I was amazed by the number of different food items they had, especially on the international isles. I also love the jewelry store they have. Most of their jewelries are great for everyday uses. *good quality for good prices

Self checkout is bugged for EBT users. When you enter your 4 digit pin the touchscreen interface does not process your transaction even after a reboot. You must go to a register with an HEB partner and the older style readers in order to get your payment processed. This is in reference to SNAP

This is a review for the drive thru pharmacy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The line was easy to locate and moved quickly. They helped me sort out a prescription issue and were able to help me get it filled very quickly for my daughter. I believe the turn around was an hour which ed me to stay in town and return upon completion. Thanks guys!

Hard working staff very organized!

I went here 6 months ago and for some reason the shelves were kinda bare. I asked the three worker guys by the cookies why there were no Nilla Wafers and he said some bull about slim deliveries.

Im used to my huge HEB in Magnolia, we just moved to Cleveland but I have to say the prices here are way cheaper. My 3 review is really only thats it an older and smaller store. The staff is friendly.

What I like about HEB shopping online is that I can spend from up to whatever I want to spend and they still let me buy what I need with out giving me a checkout of $35. minimum. I hope they keep it up cause some times I only need just 3 or 4 things and dont have time to shop in, and with covid-19 out on the loose its a must to shop online if you can. Bathrooms and building under construction but nice staff make up for it. They had everything we needed and shopping there was great even with the heavy traffic in the store. Employees went out of there way to help me. Love this store.

I love heb. I used to shop at Kroger but heb is way more affordable for the same products that Kroger has.

Its a good store,the vegetables are always fresh, as a matter a fact, I always buy my fruit and vegetables there. I am not so crazy about the meat department, its majorly select. Not a high grade of meats. I usually buy my meats some where else.

I usually order and pickup at the store. The people are nice and do a good job. The products are usually really good. Only downside is the selected items are getting to be more often out of stock
