Recently bought a box of chocolates from this store and had to get them exchanged twice because there was mold in the first box. The owner blamed her new co-worker saying that she was supposed to throw old chocolate away. Yet the second box I got that she supposedly said was a freshly baked batch of chocolates had many chocolates with mold. I will include pictures. Overpriced chocolates with mold ridiculous!! & Disgusting.

We tried the chocolate eruption cake and baklava, it was so good! The cake was one of the best cakes I have ever tried. Also, the customer service was excellent and the lady at the counter was so friendly.

This was a pleasant surprise. The ppl are fabulous, the chocolate devine, & it was a nice quiet afternoon lunch for my birthday. The salad had a unique dressing with a wonderful flavor. A nice change from the usual places.

I went in this past week to be rudely told, by a loud and obnoxious middle aged woman, that “No oh no no I do not serve lunch here anymore! Not this close to Valentines no I don’t serve it anymore!!”The guy behind the counter was very kind, and every time he would try to help/ speak to me that same woman would interrupt him. Ask me questions he had already asked me.It honestly wasn’t too busy to be able to still serve Lunch.She had ample time to hover over the guy working in there.She was extremely obnoxious.Was quite disappointed I didn’t get to have the same good experience with this place’s food as other people, but I will not be returning.The chocolate was not worth the money, or the treatment by that woman. In fact the chocolate wasn’t very good at all.Felt bad for the nice guy working in there.

Feels like your eating at your relatives home. Very friendly and great service. Never busy so it’s fast place for lunch. The chocolate is awesome! The soup and sandwiches are simple but flavorful and are a good serving size. The coconut frap is delicious! They also rent out rooms for events, catering, etc. Love going here cause you feel well taken care of like family.

They have a great selection of chocolates and offer different meals.

My husband took me out on what was supposed to be a nice coffee date. He looked up this place and the hours a week ago. We arrived 30 minutes after it should have been opened. It was closed. There was no sign on their door or notice on their Facebook page or website. Thats just bad business. Apparently according to reviews this has been done before. We learned our lesson about not reading reviews.

Theyre restaurant is officially open! The chef they have has tons of experience in high cuisine. I really recommend this place for parties, business meeting, study session place.

Went to watch the belly dancers. They where great. The service was horrific. We waited for over 60 minutes in their overheated back room without even our ice tea. Finally had to leave as both my sons where overheating and dehydrated. It was so bad once we left both ended up vomiting. My daughter had a massive headache as well. As much as I have enjoyed this place in the past never again.

I was convinced to use Amazing Flavors Cakes based out of this place for my wedding. I was hesitant at first because I was not impressed with the photos but I went to the tasting anyway. The flavors are not amazing, they are the most basic box cakes you can get, but some of the newer pictures the owner, Florencia, had looked good so I went ahead and placed an order. I never heard anything from them again until my wedding day. They delivered the cakes about 30 min before I was supposed to walk down the aisle so of course I didnt have time to see it while it was delivered to refuse it or make a complaint. When I finally did see them I almost started crying right there, and not the good tears. These cakes looked like a five year old working at Walmart made them. We were charged $250 for each cake and they shouldnt have even cost $75 and thats just for the material used. They were supposed to add flowers that we had there, which wasnt done, and the decorations were not even close to what we were supposed to get. I was told I would be charged extra for the grooms cake since it would be a carved cake. It was literally an 1/2 sheet cake with black fondant over it. Nothing was carved on it. After trying to speak with the owner of the wedding venue and getting no response I called them directly. When I asked for Florencia the woman on the phone was very rude and basically was yelling at me from the start. All I asked for was her number and she refused to give it to me. I was finally able to track her number down and called her. She seamed very apologetic and told me she had been in the hospital the week before and some of the shop assistants had to put my cake together. If this had been told to me I could have made last minute plans as Myself and a few other family members are cake decorators. We didnt want to have to deal with this so that we could relax and focus on really enjoying the wedding. She said she would look at the pictures and get back to me. I never heard from her again. Two weeks later I decided to call her back. She told me she spoke to the owner a man named Terri, who I had never heard of until now, I asked Florencia who this Terri was and she said he was the owner of Chocolate Passion. I dont see how he even matters in this situation since I ordered my cake through Amazing Flavors, her company that supposedly just uses there building. He said that absolutely not would he give a refund since I should have said something that day or refused the cake. I had no time to see it until they were long gone and the so called wedding coordinator that owns Shepard Hill Estates (DO NOT BOOK THERE) did nothing she was supposed to and barely even looked at it. My brother had to hunt her down to even get her to pay the poor girl who delivered it. Do Not waste your time with Chocolate Passion or Amazing Flavors by Florencia. I dont live in that area so I trusted my wedding coordinator opinion. I should have stuck with my gut feeling. After some research there are plenty of more professional cake decorators in that area as well as in The Woodlands who will deliver and actually take the time to communicate with you, treat a bride the way she should be treated and have much better prices and way better quality. Trust me take the time to do your research and find someone that will be best for you, don’t just settle.

Ordered strawberries for Valentines Day, went in at 9:30am to pick it up but the place was closed. I figured they didnt open till 10am so I waited and called them at 10:30am. They couldnt find my order, and said to give them an hour to get it together. I was unable to get the strawberries on Valentines day due to other plans (and them not being ready until almost noon). I would not trust this place to deliver on a future order.

For the first time I went to this place that is truly spectacular. Miss Zulay treated me divinely and suggested and explained that coffee could be more to my liking. Everything smells good and of course the coffee is a delight, I really enjoyed it a lot. I have seen the comments say that it is a bit expensive but the truth is that the price is pretty good for me, almost the same as a Starbucks but here this time it is real coffee something made with natural ingredients and the truth is I prefer to pay for something else healthy and fresh than something made fast. And to put the finishing touch to it, he gave me a chocolate that Guwao really DELICIOUS and I appreciate that gift, it made me a bad day at best for something so simple. If I could put 1,000 stars on it I definitely would.
