Picked out a cake for my wife’s birthday we get one every year.But this time nothing but frosting inches of frosting! $27 for frosting!! Where is the ice cream? Where is the cake? Ripped me off! I am going to bring it back! 😡

Was going to order a cone, but was told there are no samples. Ended up walking out. I would understand it 6 months ago, but this is getting ridiculous at this point. Went to HEB and got a pint for the price of a cone and was much happier.

Went for ice cream, they were out of waffle cones, went for a cup instead, no big deal, right? But then they were out of the Ice cream I wanted. Ummmm. Ok. So we decide on the same flavor and ask for a quart of a different ice cream. Guess what. They were out of that too! Not even an apology. At any of the three not so great things. So, we get scoops in cups and guess what, it tastes old and has frozen bits like it wasn’t stored properly. What a waste. Plus, the cashier at the drive through had a kid talking to her inside, like a young child! They need to get it together with so many other ice cream choices around, I’ve had better experiences with Sonic.

The blenders were broken when ordering a milkshake so instead I ordered two different scoops of ice cream both had hairs in them my husband is bald and I have long black hair they were short auburn hairs. In both cups. We went through the drive through. Tried to contact the location and they do not pick up their phone line during business hours. Will be reporting to corporate.

This place needs some help. The was things on their menu that they dont even offer anymore. I wanted to order an ice cream make for pick up tomorrow and they could not do my order because they did not have a cake maker there so they could not fulfill my order. When I asked for a carton of ice cream they could not do it because they did not have the carton to fill the ice cream. even if the menu says so. Go to the woodlands they are so much better if you are looking for ice cream cakes.

I went in today with my mother and received absolutely great service!! Never have I encountered such friendly and hardworking people at this location but Lima and her coworker changed that for me today! I got the pleaser of receiving a wonderful and professional service from Lamia and her coworker ( I wish I got his name) Absolutely will go back and hope to see them both in the future!!

A bit smaller than your normal Baskin-Robbins outlet as far as selections on different ice creams. Staff was friendly and store was clean.

Rude...wanted to place an order for a birthday cake. I was not acknowledged and when I made my request. The employee was more concern with wiping stuff down with dirty water. The music in the store was entirely too loud. I couldnt understand what the girl responded with and sadly the mask didnt help. I waited and still no one wanted to take my order and there was no one in the drive through or the store.

The coffee is always very good. I enjoy the hot coffee, with lots of cream stirred into my cup. The sandwiches are very tasty and fresh. The service is fast as possible, with having two businesses in one room. I only have business with the coffee shop. Duncan Donuts, because of their good coffee, and the donuts, I regret to admit are really delicious as well! Oh, my goodness, my favorite one must be the big muffin, with the strudel and nuts on the top. Its warm and has cinnamon in it. The Boston Creme one is a friend of mine favorite, and I have tried it, but enjoy my favorite the best. Usually meet here on Wednesdays, after Church and Choir. We love it!

Stop!! Do not go to this Dunkin Donuts!!! It is the most ghetto place I have ever been. Nasty, dirty and let me tell you about the employees. Not paying attention to what I was ordering. The girl didnt even know what I was asking her for. She was more occupied on the mic talking to the other girls that work there. The bathroom has no doors 2 stalls and no doors. Terrible service and attitude. Go to the one by the Woodlands if you want to get a better coffee, donuts, and better service. Its a drive, but trust me its worth it.

This Baskin Robbins has the best customer service. They ice cream flavors always tastes fresh and always ask for samples.What I like the best is their Ice Cream cakes. They had variety of flavors and designs to choose from. I am definitely going back for my daughters birthday to get the Frozen Cake.

They had 2 kinds of ice cream that were almost empty, no waffle cones and 1 person working....on a Saturday afternoon. Not good. We bought a pint of a flavor we have never tried and it had freezer burn.

We decided to come here to reward the kids for getting flu shots with minimal fuss. The scooper continued to dip out orders for drive-thru customers even though we were there first and had been waiting.Finally the scooper was told by another employee to wait on us. Ordering was a chore, I had to repeat myself and clarify the order several times. I said we also needed 2 cups of ice water.Got to the register, cups are not included in the menu price and are an additional charge. After paying I reminded him of the ice water and he said it was $.50ea. I handed him $1, he said “oh I forgot the tax.” I said “are you serious?” He said “yes we started charging for water because it’s all some people order.” I said “OK...” he said “did you want ice with that?” I said “yes, ICE water...”I just bought $10 worth of ice cream, cups were additional, and ice water is an additional charge for a paying customer. Talk about nickel and diming, and they don’t even have 31 flavors. Ridiculous.

Overall clean and homey. I would like to suggest individual doors on the restrooms. I personally dont like the buddy system in that respect.

This is the absolute worse Baskin Robins I have ever been to. We went today to get ice cream after our Mothers Day dinner. They were not busy, one set of door to enter are broken and locked. They have a boothe all taped up with an out of order sign. And they only had icecream in one of the two stations. WTH how is it 31 flavors only has like 10 available. To top it all off no one even acknowledge that we came in. If you want to enjoy icecream go across the street and get a McDonald Sunday.

They have great ice cream and the people who work there are very friendly . Will return.

Normally, its not bad, being a typical Baskin Robbins. But my last two trips in have seen me leave before getting served, as there are only two employees (one who works the drive through, and one who will stand on the Dunkin Donuts side of the store and serve everyone who walks in and stands over on that side no matter how long youve been waiting) after 15-20 minutes of being first in line, and not receiving service

Friendly staff and I enjoy the Baskin-Robins and Dunkin Donut items. The drive through and order ahead options are convenient.

Stood in line for 30 minutes before we just gave up and left. 1 person was running the hole place.

ORDERED A BIRTHDAY CAKE ON TUESDAY TO BE PICKED UP ON FRIDAY. WENT TO PICK IT UP AND IT WAS NOT READY, THEY THOUGHT IT WAS FOR SATURDAY-RECIPT CLEARLY SAID FRIDAY 5/8/15 7:15AM. CALLED THEM AFTER I CALMED DOWN AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY AT 11. WENT TO PICK IT UP AND THEY HAD LEFT IT OUT TO BE DECORATED AND THE DECORATOR DIDNT SHOW UP DUE TO CAR PROBLEMS. SO NOW MY CAKE WAS MELTED. ITS CALLED COMMON SENSE TO PUT AN ICECREAM CAKE IN THE FREEZER UNTIL READY TO BE DECORATED. NEVER AGAIN. I GAVE THEM TO CHANCES.
