Pharmacy, service with attitude. Big differents went to CVS up the Street awesome service.
I did not take the time to look at my photos before I left the store and I was really sorry when I did. They were so off that they looked like still versions of 3-d movies that only look right with red and green lenses! I live 11 miles away so it will be a real inconvenience to return them. I could have printed them at home better than that.
Horrible customer service from the manager! She was very rude. Placed a curbside order which I paid for before hand. I get to the store to pickup in waiting for 10 minutes so I call then someone walks out and asks me to come in to pay. I let her know I already paid and will let the manager know that. Manager insisted that I did not pay, which is crazy cause the order would bot have been placed if I didn’t pay. She tried to make me pay twice. Called my bank it’s a preauthorized hold so payment is pending til I pick up. I called Walgreens they told me the same thing she would not honor it. I was up there for 1 hour and 15 minutes wasting my time for a order I already paid for! Very rude the manager was smh will never go to this location again. I place curbside orders all the time from Walgreens and never have I ever ran into an issue with my orders. Smh

This is an extremely busy pharmacy, and I had a prescription that I needed filled immediately (EMERGENCY) and my insurance wouldnt cover it without prior authorization (which takes days even if life threatening), I thought I might have to go to the ER to get medicine because even with a discount card it was over $600! They stayed on the phone with my doctor and insurance until they figured out a way to get me covered until the prior authorization could go through. This is probably rare to he able to get the medicine like that but I appreciate that they didnt abandon me and stayed on the phone until it was resolved.
Pharmacy is always clean n customer service is extremely kind
For those that had positive pharmacy experience consider yourself lucky. Will NEVER come back to this location. 1 star is even a joke. Tried calling for something and the person who I was on the phone with was extremely RUDE!
I know this pharmacy gets a lot of bad reviews but remember that its easier to post a bad review than it is to post a good one. That being said, Ive never had an issue and I enjoy using them as my go to pharmacy
The drive through is a joke. If the lady moved any slower I’d swear she’s a statue. So, needless to say, I tried going inside and waiting but, I waited just as long or longer on the inside.Thank the Gods this is not my pharmacy, it’s my mothers. If I had to deal with the B.S. I would’ve switched long ago.
I will never use this walgreens pharmacy again! In order to transfer prescriptions the lady at the drive thru and pharmacist said you have to show a drivers license showing that youve moved.... What a waste of time to have to drive to a different city to fill RX because you havent updated your drivers license yet! And the prescription was in my hand! Just go to CVS
The pharmacy wont answer the phone; customer service-NONE. Horrible customer service, too many mistakes in my opinion. Avoid this store and use a local pharmacy where the patient/client matters and they answer a phone and have a genuine care!!!!!!!

Just started using this store. Ive called and been into the store and they have been very helpful and professional each time.
I have had problems with this Walgreens pharmacy multiple times. They quote the wrong price on the phone. They messed up billing insurance and SIX months afterwards, we were mailed a bill for over $300 for vaccinations which should have been free. The first 2 of the vaccine series were covered in the past at very SAME store. Very frustrating!! AND both times, it took OVER AN HOUR for getting just 1 vaccine for 2 family members. And they werent even that busy!!! JUST EXTREMELY SLOW. And one of my children is terrified of needles, so they dragged it on for MUCH too long. I no longer have ANY confidence in this pharmacy!
Horrible customer service by the pharmacist, Audra. She broadcast my wifes personal medical information to everyone who was in earshot of them; a serious HIPPA violation. The manager, Michael, was very responsive to my complaint, and took the matter seriously, but I will never go to this store again.
Its a nice place.
The pharmacist just told me that I need to fill my prescriptions in the town where I live. He said he would fill it this time for me but not in the future. What???
Are rude st pharmacy drive thru and quoted wrong prices.
The only reason Im stuck using Walgreens is because Blue Shield dropped CVS. They are constantly having problems and delays with medications.

I use the store cause it is closest to me. I often have to get corrections to sale prices. Store is not well organized or kept compared to others in the area
