Wonderful staff, large signs, and I always see the staff cleaning and working hard. Its my favorite CVS to go to. Even the pharmacy is great.

I just want to share how wonderful my experience was, Katelyns customer service is a perfect example of going beyond for customers. She took the time to personally show me where several items were and explained how EB rewards worked! Overall clean store & 5star deserved!

I will never go here again! Problem after problem! Have had problems filling my prescriptions, my husbands and now my daughters. Literally the WORST pharmacy I have ever had or used! Don’t waste your time here, go to a different location.

I went in the pharmacy on 12/2/19 in the early afternoon. I was looking for an item when Jay walked up and asked if he could help me. He was very friendly and helpful. I told him what I wanted and he walked me over and showed me the item. I then proceeded to checkout and the gentleman there was busy with and customer and had to leave the counter. I was the only customer in line, was in no hurry but I heard someone say they would help me and it was Jay. Jay is the kind of employee every employer needs. Friendly, dressed casual but professionally, and courteous.

Was getting a refill from the 24hr. CVS I have used for over a year,every month same medication. They where out of stock,so I went to the one off Frasier(I mentioned I was going to go over there). The Pharmacist told me that if the other pharmacist wouldnt fill my prescription then he didnt feel comfortable filling it either. I explained that they where out of stock,and that he could call the Pharmacist to verify.He wouldnt call,treated me like I was trying to scam him. Refused to to fill my prescription. I thought the point of being a pharmacist is to help people, maybe I misunderstood the concept, lol.

I was there yesterday 6-18-20, I was greeted as I walked in, Maddison she was Awesome, very friendly Very Helpful, this place was clean, my first time here. All of U who Complain Stop it!!

The pharmacy staff here has always been very helpful and friendly towards me. I see a review where someone trying to fill pain medicine is basically bashing Dr. Young for what sounds to me like following protocol, and they are claiming he is judging them. However, I have visible piercings and tattoos and expect to be judged sometimes, but Ive interacted with multiple pharmacists here and Dr. Young is one of them, and he has always been a pleasure. Friendly, polite, and professional, just as all of the other pharmacists at this CVS. One thing that really irritates me is bad customer service, but at this pharmacy Ive had nothing but good experiences. I dont often write reviews but I saw the others and would like to state my opinion. I couldnt be happier with this pharmacy. This location always has what I need in stock at all times, and if there is ever a problem with any of my prescriptions, the pharmacists are very good about getting things fixed or adjusted quickly. If I have an issue with a prescription, they immediately call my doctors office and will work with them to accommodate me, which none of the other pharmacies Ive used have ever done for me. I also find that the inside of the store is clean and organized, which I can be picky about as well. I just cant believe some of these bad reviews. I absolutely love this pharmacy and I actually drive further out of my way just to go to this location. I would recommend it to anyone.

Brandy book (“head pharmacist”) or however you would spell since she refused to spell it for me when I told her I was going to complain. She was absolutely rude and unprofessional, she will cut you off at every chance and then hang up on you if she feels your question or problem isn’t worth her time, trash service and doesn’t have the communication skills to provide even sub par quality service to people. She deserves to be fired unless CVS enjoys loosing business.

Picked up a prescription a while back that was packaged in a brown paper bag. I did not pay any attention to the contents since I trusted that I received what I paid for. The prescription had to be chilled, so I placed in a secondary refrigerator and waited until I needed to open. Once I opened, I noticed I had been shorted 2 of the 3 boxes of medication that I paid for. I returned to pharmacy with brown bag which clearly would not hold three boxes of prescribed medication. The pharmacist looked and gave me one of the 2 boxes that I was shorted and said he would have to order more. I returned today to pick up third box and was told that they reviewed video and that the original bag had 3 boxes of medication inside of it and he gave me the second box as a courtesy. I felt as if they were calling me a liar. The medication in question is an injectable treatment for diabetes...I have no reason to lie...why would I want more than prescribed. They then told me that the prescription was ready to be refilled, so I had it refilled and paid $75 for 3 more boxes. My previous refill cost me $75 for 2 boxes. It is not the money...it is the principle of the matter. If the brown bag sizes were physically compared, it would have been apples and oranges different. Mr. Pharmacist, I don’t care what you believe, but I only got 2 of 3 boxes of medication and I am not a liar.

Very friendly staff. My truck broke down and they allowed me to keep it there during the hurricane. When I returned to pick it up the manager was very sweet and sincerely wanted to know I was okay. Very nice lady

It is a nice store but is getting old since they opened the store. They havent painted the outside of the building and it always looks dirty outside. It is a great location but it will be nice to keep the store nice and clean from inside and outside since it is in corner and by busy location. I also think the customer service is going down too. The other stores look nice and clean but this CVS looks trashy and dirty and has been like that for several years.

Worst Customer Service skills I have ever encountered. I have been forced to use CVS because of my Insurance. This Pharmacy has Pharm Techs that should not be allowed to deal with the public. Theyre rude, unprofessional and just nasty people. They never greet their customers, its always be right there, seriously, thats a given. How about some customer service, friendliness, respect for their customers ? Management should seriously consider some Customer Service 101 classes. I have been waiting for a week for them to fax something to my doctors office, Why ?. Thankfully my Insurance is changing and I will never have to step foot in this CVS again. If you cannot work with the public in a friendly respectful manner, GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They will simply not answer the phone. Ive tried calling for nearly 3 hours and no answer.

Would give zero stars. Pharmacy blew me off and wouldn’t even attempt to help me.

My wife had surgery and the prescription was faxed in prior to the surgery. The idiots in the pharmacy lost the prescription. When it was faxed again they fowarded the prescription to a different cvs. When we tried to pick it up they said they didnt have any record of it. The hospital was very helpful locating the prescription.

Just moved her and alwAys used CVS in the past.I care for my very sick and elderly mom so I frequent CVS a lot. The pharmacist at this CVS has got to be the most rude employee I have ever encountered ar a CVS. My first experience I went to the mgr and the next day returned only to have him be even more so and told me to take my moms script somewhere else to be filled. Needless to say,they will never see any of my or my families business again.

The Pharmacist that is there today 2/3/19 is The WORST! She had such horrible customer service and was really rude I believe her name is Bisola.

This is a great CVS and Id recommend it to anyone in the Conroe area.

Pharmacy Doctor in charge Dr. Young refuses to refill pain medication by telling people that they are of stock if you look a certain way but others he will refill no problem. Today I went to drive thru to fill my pain medication and he told me they were out of stock for the 3rd time. I responded when will you have it? He replied I don’t know maybe Tuesday I told him I would be back on Tuesday and quote he replied “ If I find out you are trying to fill this prescription over and over I will banned you from CVS Pharmacies” He assumed I was a criminal and discriminated me based on prior experiences with other people. I’m going to try to attach the videos we took of Dr. Young to this review if I can, it will make think twice of ever using a CVS. I proceeded to call headquarters and file a complaint they told me they would talk to him. Walgreens always has the medication you need and when they run out they order it from another store and you can have it in hours. CVS obviously as big of a corporation as they think they are is telling me that they cannot fill or order my prescription until 4 days later. NOT GOOD AT ALL. Please do not go to the CVS on 2110 N Frazier St. Conroe TX if you are middle class or poor because Dr. Young will treat you like a criminal.

The pharmacy always closes like 10 min early. Which is unacceptable, people need their prescriptions.
