Precision Interior Products is a great place to pick out doors, hardware, and trim. Shane has been fantastic to deal with and goes out of his way to help in any way he can. If he is not there, any of the warehouse guys can help you find what you need and Carmen is quick to help with pricing and billing. Weather you are a homeowner or a builder, this is a great place to go.

I am a custom home builder and have worked with Shane on numerous homes and projects over the last 5 years. Shane is very knowledgeable of their products and has also been willing to do the research if I need specific materials that they do not carry in stock. I am pleased with the quality of the materials, doors, hardware, etc. that I order from them. They are prompt in their deliveries and everyone at the shop is always very friendly and cordial.

We bought a double door with glass inserts from Precision. It was out of a catalog they had in their showroom. When we picked up the door it was wrapped in plastic and hard to see. When the door installer finally got around to it, he found several flaws that should have never made it out of the manufacturer. For example, the hinges were not installed flush. Some of them were inset a little more. It made the door not close properly.. The ball catches at he top were installed crooked so it was much more difficult to open one side than the other. Don’t have enough space to detail all the problems. The installer worked miracles and got it in. He said a few choice words for the manufacturer and Precision who at least should have inspected the door before delivery.

Excellent service reps, lots of lumber, molding, doors and other accessory and building project materials. Custom ordering available. Johnathan is great to work with in sales ordering. Manny, Sammy and Caleb are good to work with in the warehouse, shipping, receiving. Family owned feeling and runs that way too.

Be careful of pip commercial vehicles on the road in the willis area. The driver reckless, careless and speeding. This company should not be advertising in the manner.
