We rented a bobcat t66 and everyone was great to deal with, I thought I would be done in 1 day ended up needing for 3 days. They gave me a call and I asked if they needed more deposit, they were fine and didn’t require. I couldn’t get back Friday evening but they were open Saturday so got it back and everyone that I dealt with was awesome best place ever!

Its been horrible pretty much from start to finish, both in the purchasing aspect, parts, service, to repairs. From forged signatures on contracts (them) to low preforming equipment, but like any other business entity, when all youre worried about is making money, you get what you get.This time I have had a machine in their Conroe shop for 3 or so weeks, weve been on parts changing, its a clean 2015 870 with 700-800, no abuse machine needs a $3500.00 main harness so they say.Honestly probably not much better out there then Bobcat, but somewhere with better service, parts department that will call you back. I tried to purchase a new Lexan glass a month or 2 ago, no call back after 2 inquiries, went to eBay thicker, better, no lies, shipped immediately, cheaper.Either they have other bigger customers (understandable) or just dont care, maybe too many customers. Own 5 machines from 2015 to 2019, 870 has had electrical issues from day two. Sorry I couldnt give a better rating.

Today was pretty easy. I called and they set aside the item I needed and I drove in They were all very nice and ready for me. After years of using them, I am reticent. They are going to keep your equipment for many months before they touch it, then the repair will be for far more etchings that need to be replaced. The bill will be shocking.

These guys go out of their way to help however they can. I live 75 miles away and I dont rent from anywhere else.
