Didnt find what I was looking for here but the staff was still very helpful and even helped me track down another supplier with the material in stock. Thats how customer service should work. Thumbs up.

A store that advertises itself as open, and then on arrival has a sign on the door that says they are closed to walk in customers in definitely doesn’t deserve many stars. A complete waste of time on a very busy day.

A driver for this company was responsible for damage to my vehicle, and the company is not doing the right thing. If they run their business like this, it is safe to assume they are not a trustworthy company.

Horrible service. They dont communicate with each other and we must have had 4 different people in charge of trying to give us a price for Lumber to build our house. End product was we got fed up and within 24 hours of submitting our plans to another lumber company, they had the entire house taken off with prices for everything.BMC lost a cash act. due to their stupidity.Hats off to THOMAS SUPPLY In Livingston ! They know how to treat a customer .

BMC could be a great company for builders like me. 95% of the people who work at BMC is only for the paycheck. Customer service is very poor, they dont care about the client. In addition, when I started my project they delivered too much material and incomplete. If I can purchase everything in home Depot I would choose them. I understand why big companies like BMC go out of business is because people who work there dont care.

Customer service is the worse in the business. I got screwed over on windows and doors from them several times. After they mistreated me on lumber, I vowed never to return. Dont waste your time here either. They are exceptionally slow

I ordered through a contractor a new window which was supposed to match existing windows. Its upper semicircle part didn’t match (instead of three dividing bars it had four and since it is placed next to the existing window in the formal living room it is very VERY visible). I was reassured that the wrong part would be replaced, and after over three weeks waiting they brought another part... which had the same WRONG design. So we were asked to wait again. We have been waiting since mid August! I called a representative Angela Atherton who was responsible for the order yesterday and she just brushed me off by saying that I should wait for service department to contact me. For how much longer? Total incompetence and horrible customer service!

They didnt have what I needed at this location, but they told me which location has it and had other helpful tips as well.

Sent wrong materials would not refund thousands made me repay thousands for the right order and a month later they still haven’t paid the thousands they owe.
