Take your business elsewhere! Apparently they are too busy to be bothered with something as silly as providing a quote.

You cant enter the business you have to call in your order and then they give you a quote on the cost for your orderI was in the parking lot and they came and got my card to pay gor the purchaseThey will load for you the orderNot a bad experience thought

If your say your going to be open then be open or change the web page to reflect do to covid 19 are hours have changed. Then sign on your doors need to reflect that as well, not just say please call to be helped. Thank you

They have good service and their lumber is good quality. It is a pain with the Covid rules right now. There prices are a little higher than Home Depot and Lowes but they carry lumber you cant get at The box stores.

I have never experienced such awful customer service.We came in around 4 o’clock today due to Covid we couldn’t come inside the show room which we didn’t mind, but of course had more questions about the lumber because we were unable to see what they had and the man working there was so rude.He told my father in law he was being to difficult because he was asking to many questions. We are in the process of building 2 homes and it’s unfortunate the man was to inconsiderate to help us. We will be taking our business elsewhere and we will never recommend using this place.

Worst experience ever. 1st time I have ever walked into a business and Immediately told to exit their store. If I needed anything I could call but I was not allowed to come in. Needless to say they did not get my business, Nor will they ever again. The only reason they got one star was because as I could not post without one.

Over priced and needed to order what I needed. They make you buy over 100 ft when I only needed 60...

Unfortunately the business is closed to in-store shopping but I hey were very helpful and had the item that I needed. Very large selection.

They should update their working hours. Came today (Saturday 1130 am) to Conroe location and they were closed. There was someone at the store and responded rudely “google changes that all the time”. I’m a business owner and google does not change the working hours, you need to keep your information updated.

The place is over priced and has horrible service. Tried to buy cedar but found a significantly lower price from Lucas. I needed post brackets so called 84 and spoke to Brett. He told me they dont sell them; I remembered setting them here so stopped back to check and found them in the aisle. Again, the post brackets extremely over priced, pro build had them for $30 per bracket less. They were not even willing to work on pricing just sent me on my way to pro build.

Get those 2 x 4s there! Do it!
