Took my 2017 Polaris Ranger in for annual service and to investigate an issue with the belt drive system. Darci did an excellent job of diagnosing and explaining the problem and providing feedback, including cost, along the way. Service was excellent and my Ranger was ready within 3 days. Thank you Darci and the Pro Powersports service department - best service I have ever received at a ATV/UTV shop.
I was looking for an X3 for over a year got on a “wait list” on mancuso and they never called and when i asked if i could order one they just said no called PPOC talked to Haley asked about the unit got to presale it to us and got here in one month due to the pandemic but we would recommend this place to buy your next recreational vehicle
I recently bought a part from them thinking they did legit business and I was charged $137 for the same part I could get for $7.so don’t do what I did and get robbed do your homework before doing business at this place.
This place is terrible, had my 2018 canam spyder for 2 months and they wrecked it twice in that time. Service manager Mike is extremely unprofessional and tried telling us how we were getting things for free things that they messed up and they had to replace. Beware if taking anything to them.

I took my razor 170 to have the carburetor adjusted because it was dumping fuel through the over flow. They called and told me the motor didn’t have enough compression and I needed a new motor. I told them I would just come pick it up. The mechanic helped me load it and offered to buy it from me for $500. Of course I told him no and have since had someone adjust the carb and it runs like it did when I bought it. They charged me $200 to try to steal it. I would never take anything back to this place or do any business with them.
I would like to begin with saying, I have never felt the need to write a review. I actually made this google account for the sole purpose of this review. This past Saturday, my husbund and I along with our son decided to stop in to look at sxs when we came into the building we were greeted by two girls. One began to ask us what we came for. Before my husbund could finish his sentence, a man behind us began yelling and walking away. Stating that he had been talking to us. I proceeded to tell the girl we did not know him. She was quite flustered. She proceeded to take us to look at some units outside. My son needed to use the restroom and later when we left proceeded to tell me about the same man yelling and cursing about what he believes to be the saleswomen we worked with. Needless to say we were all appalled by the unprofessional behavior. If this is how this dealership acts around customers, we will not be returning.

This is NEGATIVE ZERO stars but I cant post unless I choose at least one. This place has TERRIBLE customer service!! Walked in ready to buy a Polaris Ranger today (11/28/2020) and not one person offered to help us!! There were no other customers in the store. The two girls at the front of the store sat and chatted and the two guys in the back office (one with his feet propped up on the desk playing on his phone and talking to the other guy behind the desk) looked our way but then went back to completely ignoring us. I really dont know how they stay in business with this type of customer service. Walked out and mentioned it to the girls at the front who responded by laughing. Dont waste your time.

Ordered parts for my maverick went a week later to pick them up and the pinion seal was wrong. Then was told they couldn’t return a special order part. No big deal except I told him I needed a pinion seal. The part I got wasn’t even a pinion seal.. they made a mistake and wouldn’t fix it to order me the right one. Instead stuck with something I can’t even use

Prices are not so good, friendly but clearly they could be upfront and truthful more often. Selection was so poor. Im sure its because of the pandemic but how is it they have only about 10 items to sell when similar shops have much more, especially with such higher prices. Also a friend recently bought a new 4 wheeler there that ended up having failed brakes within a week.
I had a terrible experience getting my ski repaired. Rather than repair my ski I was told the engine was blown. Big lie. The engine is totally fine. All I can guess is they strongly prefer warranty work and selling new skis. Dont bother going here if you need non-warranty work.

I ordered a parking brake motor for my 2012 Can-Am Spyder because I was told I needed one by a mechanic. I was required to pay for the part when I ordered it. I then had to schedule a time to have it installed, but I had to wait until I got paid. Today I took my 2012 Can-Am Spyder in for service to have the parking brake motor installed, but found out that my parking brake motor was working. They charged me an hour of labor to diagnose the issue and they found a loose wire. Instead of ripping me off and charging me four hours of labor to install the parking brake motor, I was only charged for the hour of labor to diagnose the loose wire. I would have given them five stars except that I was unable to get the full refund for the part because it had been more than 15 days since I ordered it. No one told me that I would not be able to return it and they charged me a 20% restocking fee. Otherwise, the service was 10 times better than Mancuso who always ribs me off.

I have a Polaris Ranger and have had annual preventative maintenance done here since 2016. There has recently been a managerial change in the service department, and it has made a huge difference! You can now expect an accurate timeline for diagnosis/repairs, prompt return calls, and excellent customer report. If you have been here for maintenance before and had a less than desirable experience, then give them another shot. They recognized the past issues and and have made major improvements! Go see Mike in the service.
Justin, my sales person, was very accommodating and we worked out a very good deal. I had read other reviews that stated the phone goes unanswered but that was not my experience. I never had trouble reaching Justin or Dennis in parts. Their showroom is very clean and everyone I met there was friendly and helpful. Id give them 5 stars if they had better parking.
Drove over half an hour after talking with Haley in sales about a atv she thought was in stock. When I arrived and she finally checked her inventory she gave me a story of how it had been sold just 30 minutes ago. She quickly threw the blame on her managers poor communication. I would suggest trying other dealers that care.
Well after reading all the bad reviews I can say my experience has been pretty good... Justin in sales was great... Darcy and Mike in Service told me my machine would be in for a while to get its lift put on since they were busy which was fine since they were upfront about how long it would take... finance guy is just like every other one Ive ever met... so not surprised with him... honestly they arent bad, and darcy was in good communication with me the whole time... prices are a little high, however, but they need to pay employees and bills thats how a business works...
I have 6 kawasaki Mules and 2 Polaris Rangers. I have been to every dealership in Houston and Pro Powersports has been the best one to deal with. They give you an honest price and actually take the time to let you know what is wrong with the vehicle. They have recently changed service managers and now have Mike running the show. He has hands down made this place even better to deal with. I will continue to bring my all business here.

Bought our daughter a can-am fourwheeler for Christmas. Made an easy painless deal over the phone. Came in the same day and purchased it. They allowed us to leave it there until the day before Christmas Eve so we didnt have to try and find a hiding place for it. Great experience!
I would give a zero if at all possible!! Im so unhappy and disappointed with the dealership from day one and it just dosnt seem to get better!! This dealership will lie to you to make a sale. I have now been waiting on a call back since Thursday of last week from the sales dept. I was promised no later than 12.30 on Saturday from mike ..... its now Tuesday and I called and left a message at about 10.30 -11and still no return call. The only good thing at this dealership is Darcy!!! I give her personally a a 10 she is the only one who hasnt lied to me or not kept me informed on whats going. I will never recommend them . I only wish we would have went with other dealership instead of listening to the lieing sales people here. So today is now friday the 13th even after receiving a call from thier corp office I have still yet to get a trade in value report and my unit is still sitting there in the shop! These are ridiculous!!!!! Its been over a week trying now.
We have never purchased a machine from Pro Powers Sports, my wife talks and deals with the parts department and service department and rates them all as 5 Star. She drives a 2013 CanAm Commander 1000 (gift from her son), she has gone after parts several times not even knowing the part name or number and they have graciously assisted her in ordering the correct parts and at times informing her on how to go about replacing said parts. I just want to thank you to all at Pro Power Sports for making my life easier by assisting my 50+ year old wife that will continue to play in the mud with your assistance!

Initially I was worried after reading the reviews. I called to ask a few questions and spoke with a sales man who helped me. I decided to go in and brought my wife and 2 year old daughter. Needless to say she didnt have a nap and terrorized the sales floor. Everyone was very nice and they accommodated us well. The sales man was willing to explain the difference to a guy who knew nothing and was very knowledgeable. He helped me make a good decision and gave us a fair price. The purchase process was easy and painless. They must have addressed concerns I read about because we had a great experience!

Spoke to Justin and he wasnt pushy at all. In fact quite the opposite, very helpful and informative. All I did was stop in to have a look and Justin was happy to help answer all of my questions, it didnt matter that I wasnt buying today.
Shops prices are escalated way above manufacturers listed prices! This shop is robbing customers, not only that but shop is constantly up selling repairs that are not necessary, myself and many other friends of mine have had a very below satisfactory experience here. This shop does not conduct business honestly and their service manager Mike only cares about making a buck. I would not take my machine here if I were you.
Pro Power sports has FINALLY hired a new service manager, Mike. Mike knows his stuff, is very responsive, and actually cares about customer service. If you have been burned in the past go see Mike he will take care of you. I will be back!
After dropping of a machine to get the front differential replaced for warranty took 2 months to the day to finally get the call that it was fixed and the dealer charged us 74$ to rethread the lug nuts and said that the battery was bad also and that they had charged it the whole time it was being worked on and wanted to sell us a battery miraculously when we got it back to the house the battery charged up and is fine there was no problem with the studs or lug nuts when the machine was dropped off. Pro power is a rip off their service sucks and we will no longer spend another cent in that place EVER.
I am extremely please with Pro Powersports. I met salesman Beau and he was fantastic. He asked all the right questions to determine what I needed. His knowledge of all the products and great customer service really sold me on the sea doo. I wasnt sure if I would buy that day but after working with him for a little while I knew that this was the right time and place, due to amazing customer service. He never made me feel pressured to buy(which is hard to find these days) He told me all about the product and even assisted in helping, me get a trailer and hooked it up for me. I will recommend Beau and Pro Powersports to all my friends and family. Thanks Beau for a great hassle free experience.
Consistently never answer the phone (service & parts departments). This business simply understands the geographic monopoly they have. There is simply no other place to go.

I took my Kawasaki Versys 650 in for a service and Brake Check. It took them over 2 weeks to get to my bike because they said they had new Jet Skis that they had to build and that took priority over my bike. For the Oil Change they charged me $200. I have a 2015 F-250 and when I get an oil change for it, I use full synthetic and it doesn’t cost that much. I could not believe they charged me $200 for an oil change. I needed 2 new tires which cost me $600 and I had a sprocket leak. It took over a week for them to get the part in and they charged me over $300 to fix the sprocket leak. So for an oil change, 2 new tires and to fix a sprocket leak they charged me $1,350 and it took 4.5 weeks to complete. They did not even offer to pay my insurance for the month they had my bike. You should expect more for that kind of money... they didn’t even wash and detail my bike for keeping it that long. Very disappointed!
These guys were awesome, in the mass assembly lines of todays world sometimes you get a bad apple in the bunch. I got a 610 mule that was having flooding issues gas in the oil etc. I loaded up took it back over told them I did not want this one and was expecting them to want to work on it, and not want to give a new one. There response surprised me, they said occasionally it happens we get one with problems, he said well I got another in the crate if you can give me 3 or 4 hours to assemble it, they did and seems I got a good one so far...

I just wanted to walk through stress free to see what they had. I wasnt shadowed by a salesman until I started asking questions. When I approached Justin with questions, he answered everything and gave me great insight on what to expect and what the best value was. I test drove the Ranger and absolutely loved it, but still needed permission from the boss, my wife. Justin did not pressure me even though he saw that I loved the UTV. I asked more questions, and made more phone calls, and then asked more questions. He answered everything and in the long run, I was ready to make a purchase. Justin walked me through the entire process with no hiccups. My 4x4 was delivered the next morning because I didnt have my trailer available. I am absolutely happy with the entire process. I took my 2014 RZR 1000 xp to pro powersport because of a problem that it would not start but did crank. I was told that the motor had zero compression and that it would be 8600.00 dollars to install a new motor. The bike only has a little over 100 hours and 500 miles.I thought that the price was high so I brought it home and started taking it apart with a couple of buddies. After removing the valve cover we found that the cams had jumped time. Did a Google search and found that this is a common problem with the timing chain and the hydraulic tensioner. Especially after an oil change which I had just completed. Polaris has since fixed with a new design of the tensioner.I ordered a chain tensioner fron boondocker and installed it after adjusting the cams and setting the engine to TDC. Guess what happened next the bike started and is running fine again. Paid 115.00 to polaris for the checks and paid 215.00 for the tensioner. Thanks for nothing.
Horrible sales service. no one even said hello to me the entire time I was there. everyone was playing on their phones the whole time. I will not be going back. I was actually going to get a bike when I was there... but ill take my business elsewhere. I will not be going back here. just bad
I dont know about the sales dept, but the service dept doesnt answer the phone and doesnt seem interested in doing anything to gain a future customer or perform warranty work that they should be obligated to do.. Im going to drive 75 miles to a dealership which cares about the customer, Kawasaki of Pasadena. If you have a Kawasaki bike, Id advise you to take it anywhere else but here.

We bought our 2015 Kawasaki tyrex here and do all the work to our bike here. Always curtious and they try their best to get the work done fast. Love this place will keep buying here!!!
I admit I was surprised to read the most recent reviews here but with an open mind counted the number of reviews they had. Its a numbers game and a dozen reviews are not much seeing how busy that place always seems to be. They tell me they get 200 to 300 bikes a month serviced between 3 or 4 guys and I believe them. I have always been able to get our skis and bike serviced and in/out in 24-48 hours. Once I need Impellers replaced and a starter for one ski and it took 2 weeks but telling me that they had to order parts and it takes a week just to get the part I understood. I did have problems getting through on the phone last week to schedule winter service on Monday (theyre closed Sunday & Monday) but they called me next day on Tuesday, apologized, said the phone numbers have changed for Service & still have problems with the VOIP phone system. I found when working with Kevin he is professional at all times with me and fair. I did however see one unhappy customer in there when I was there but see why the guy was unhappy as Kevin would not buy or supply him with a carb and starter for his engine on his bike that the customer said was missing when his son picked it up.....1 year ago!? And had sat outside his (customer) barn for the last year. I think that was too much. Overall I say you have to experience for yourself. No business has 100% people happy but these guys look like they are doing a good job and Im pleased with them.
I have had my new Sea Doo GTX and new aluminum trailer to this dealership 4 times and havent fixed the problem yet. They are horrible about returning calls and not delivering results when promised. My recommendation would be to run away and save yourself the hassle of no response when warranty work is needed... i have asked for a manager to call me and they say we have no main person to talk to and the owners will not address any problems or issues. The amazing thing is the owner only replies to 5 star reviews and nothing on the 1 star reviews. This place has no regard for relationships. Please close your doors and stop having poor business practices!!!

I stand behind my initial review comment wherein I simply stated, Top of the line boy toys. Great staff. Nice and clean. However, the post purchase experience has been nothing short of agonizing. I should have paid a lot more attention to the other reviews lamenting their egregious experiences, the failure to return calls, the weeks (and sometimes months) of waiting, the bad attitudes (almost contempt for the customer). I am seriously considering presenting my experience to Seadoo as a matter that they need to address. I will never take my machine back there again. Those reading this, consider yourself warned.

Chris sealed the deal in about 30 minutes.Mike in the service department will give you advise on how to do the initial break in period of your ATV. He will also go over the maintenance program of your ride.The dealership had my ATV clean and ready by the time the paperwork was complete.
I didnt even want to give them 1 star. I really needed to get my RZR 900 fixed this summer and I tried calling them 3 different times and left three different messages but no one ever returned my call. I would not recommend this place to anyone! All they care about is the sell of a new machine.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable -- no high pressure. Even had us talk to the service manager about maintaining the Seadoo when using in salt water.
Ive been having my SeeDoo serviced at ProPowerSports for years now but have always had to go there to get on the service Schedule. No-one ever answered the phone or returned phone calls. So I am SO Happy to find that Mike Nichols is now in charge and answers the phone every time I have called. He put me on the schedule immediately but not until he tried helping me over the phone to see if I could fix the problem and try to get me back on the lake.
Got a kawasaki 300x from them was very pleased with there service. There VIP service plan is awesome to nothing is better than no waiting lines when it comes to service.
I was quoted 2400 off MSPR when I called in, when I got there to make the purchase, the salesmen acted like he didn’t have time, and my new quote was over 1000 more than the first one (less than a week later) this was not even a year later from the first time I purchased there, it was like buying from a totally different place, no body that worked there before works there now. NEVER AGAIN, their service dept. has completely changed as well. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
I have a Polaris Ranger that I drop off the to have the yearly service and to have a new fuel pump put on and it took two weeks, Everything was good but the only thing I didnt like about there service was the customer service was not that great, I could never get anyone in the service department to call me back to give me an update on when my ranger would be ready or when you call in to the service department no one every answers the phone and you always have to leave a voicemail and no one calls you back, and if they do call you back its a week later, if I was you I would call and ask for service dept. and if you get a voicemail I would take my Polaris somewhere else, Until they get this fixed I will take my Polaris somewhere else.
The trouble after you buy something is getting it worked on. I cant say anything about sales but the maintenance dept is crap. Slow to call, cost substantially higher than what I was told, slow slow slow slow slow. Guy I talk to if you can get him on the phone is usually rude and apathetic and be prepared for a steep price and a slow as molasses turn around time
I had purchased the dockside service contract and also had an extended warranty. When my Sea Doo Spark needed repair, they promptly arranged to have my PWC picked up and driven to the marina near the store. It was serviced and returned to me within 6 days...very pleased..Kudos to Bryan, who did the initial dockside evaluation and drove my Sea Doo to and from the dealership. He was very courteous and professional. I am very pleased with their service.
If I could give zero stars I would! I will not EVER go back to this place nor will I send anyone out there. The customer service is non-existent. Sales people do not call you back after numerous calls and voice messages. I didnt even get the courtesy of knowing that the bike I ordered had arrived. When you go into the place you stand around waiting for them. It was an awful experience and I was extremely close to taking my money elsewhere and letting them know where to shove it.

I am very frustrated with the service from ProPower and the BPR product. I purchased a new Seadoo Spark, after 35 hours of use I lost thrust while going about 20 mph and the engine revved. I took it to ProPower and they said it wasnt under warranty and it would cost 6K to repair. I brought it back home and contacted BPR several times. They stated I had to take it back to the repair shop and they would only work with them. ProPower Sports said it would cost 6K to repair the motor. They also said the Spark was a disposable Seadoo, it breaks and you replace it. Well, I didnt spend 8K to just chunk it in the trash. After several months of them negotiating with BPR they agreed to repair and split the cost with BPR. It cost me 1500 to repair. I picked up the Seadoo and had it on the water 3 minutes before it happened again. I took it back to ProPower. Ive called repeatedly after the past month as I dont live in that area and left multiple messages. Still waiting for a call back.......I will however be back there this Saturday...

I saw all the reviews and was worried about taking it to them bit I was desperate. Took it in and they said could be two or three weeks to get looked at, sigh, but was surprised when they call me a week later and has it fixed! Said it was simple and did not have to order parts or anything. Manager, Kevin I think his name was, said when I had installed my light bar that somehow may have knocked a connection loose iny harness, all they did was fix it and it ran fine. This was a month ago and it still runs great. Manager even comped the charge and I paid NOTHING for my stupidity. They have earned my business. Looks lile he has finally gotten things under control there so far and though I sis not buy thos one there, I willy next one and even try them next momth when I get routine service done.

Shop is always short-handed, service rarely returns calls, much less keeps you informed regarding your machine repair status ... I have had an ongoing problem with a 2014 Sea Doo RXT-X, because of faulty repairs (no hose clamps or poorly tightened) and have sunk it twice in the last year .... of course, its never their fault because they test them all before they release them) funny, I never sunk my Hondas in the 12 years I had them ... if they could replace their service department with the sales and parts guys, these guys could be a solid dealership ... but, dont go there for service unless youre willing to wait for weeks for anything - 4-weeks for a tune-up and oil change - the sales folks are very fair and provide a good product. Thinking of opening my own service shop because of their poor service ...
Service manager as stated in other comments terrible, he suggested I put up the review through his arrogance letting me know over and over that they are the #1 service dealer in the US doing over 300 units a month! My 2017 ranger 570 crew was sent in on 11/28/17 Because while driving it on level ground with no load on it the A-arm snapped in 2 where the weld meets and turned the wheel sideways and throu the plastic causing other damage as well. After many months and failed attempts of trying to get ahold of them the service manager finally emailed me back stating Polaris won’t cover labor but will cover parts which is bs on their part brand new unit that’s a 570 not a razor jumping hills and such can’t handle being driven on flat soft ground without its suspension failing so labor was $715 I said to fix it and he stated it would be 2 weeks maybe one! So 3 weeks later still no calls and when I got ahold of the lady at the desk she tells me it’s not been started on yet it will be another week. So after that week I get another call from the lady saying oh we got the parts in but they are the wrong ones so it will be another week and for the inconveniences we will take 1/2 off labor. Sounds great right? Only now 2/1/18 she calls back to tell me to come get it and I said ok so it’s about $350 right? She says no it’s $715 and hold on a second the tech just came in to tell me you need a new battery I will call you right back, 5 hours later she calls back and says no it’s $715 and you need a battery claiming she never told me 1/2 off and if she did she would have written it down! I called the manager and he preceded to get a tone and tell me they have too much business so if he gets 3 bad complains a he’s ok with that! And then goes on to tell me he did me a favor by getting Polaris to pay for the parts and he will go ahead and put a new battery in for me that I was welcom ( battery wouldn’t have died if not sitting in the lot for 3+ months) and btw don’t go there for a battery or they will charge you $200 to put a $145 battery in because they have to pour the acid in and unscrew 2 screws, so he just continues telling me he did me a favor and to come get it and I will pay him the $715 and not come back because he doesn’t need any help he can close right now and stay busy for months! Sounds like you need to hire more then one tech and learn how to stand behind what your employees tell customers. Oh also told me to take him to court
Just bought 4 new jetskis. Had last bought jetskis from them in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Always a good experience.Mike (sales) and Jeff (owner) were great. Have been going to the store for years. Their sales and parts department are great and very knowledgeable. Their selection is expansive. Its like a giant toy store!When you walk in the door, there is always a cold soft drink waiting for you and the salesmen are not pushy. Everyone is extremely friendly.Jeff gave me a fair trade-in on four jet skis He had never seen plus a great deal On the new jetskis. They went out of their way to locate the exact colors I was looking for too.I will definitely buy there again.

I have bought 4 skis in 2 years from these guys . Up front experience was great sales, finance,and parts. This service department is a joke 2 months to look at IBR problem still no call back. Only 20hrs on ski not covered on their extended warranty what BS waste of money. I was told 4 times they would get back to me they did not . I go there to pick it up to take it to someone who wants my business and they couldnt find my ski they were looking for my other ski that wasnt even there, what idiots. Total waste of time. After spending 45,000 on skis you think that would make a difference hell no this place doesnt care. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else where you can get your pwc serviced and they want return business.
Just purchased a Sea Doo from them a couple days ago. I was very happy with the process. Beau was my salesman and he was 5 stars as well. Kept in touch with me and knew the product. He knew what I really wanted and wasnt afraid to give me his honest opinion. Negotiations were done with Jeff the sales manager. He was easy to deal with and didnt give me the run around. I know there was some more money left in the deal that I could of bickered about but I feel I got a good enough deal. The parts guy got the few parts in that I needed and answered all my questions. They did not have the Sea Doo I wanted in stock and although thats frustrating because everyone wants their new toy ASAP, they got it in quick and kept me informed. Over all, everyone was very professional and I wouldnt hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.
This place doesnt help you at for anything... i submitted a finance application called and asked for mike in sales was recommended by him and he siad he would have an answer in 20-30 minutes this was at 3pm btw an hour went by I got off work called again siad everything looked good and all but to confirm me 100% hell call back in a few minutes nothing I called again said same thing he never once called me I had to call him every time and leave voicemails to get back with me long story short 6 came and I knew they were gonna close I called he said hell call me in a couple minutes its 6:40 he never once called didnt care about informing me of anything so unprofessional and helpless and useless! Never gonna recommend someone here!
