I bought my 2020 KRX 1000 from them, and the process was smooth and easy, BUT I was lied to. I was told that it would take a minute for it to be ready as they were replacing the brake pads for me. I sat for 45 minutes, went out and left with the bike. Got home and the rear brake pads are basically gone. Very unprofessional, but since I signed the paper that says “sold as is” nothing I can do about it. Edit: I spoke with the guys at Ogden AFTER posting this. Their reply stated that I purchased the bike two weeks ago, it was one week. Brake pads don’t go out in two rides. They did order me pads, which I do appreciate, but their reply should have noticed that this was posted BEFORE I spoke with them.

My son recently bought a used Kawasaki Teryx, great shape, lots of fun.We had a mechanical issue, I transported the unit back to the dealer (from Victoria). The sales guy and service guys were great, had an answer by end of the day, a faulty fuel pump was to blame, got parts on order, very satisfied with response and action to repair, would definitely recommend to others to buy here

They have a fantastic team up at Ogden. Very honest, professional, and welcoming. I bought a 2019 Polaris general 1000 and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

They tried to fight a 16 year old because they mistaked the motor oil for trans fluid. Very immature and unintelligent men working at this place.

At the end of November 2020 I bought a used 2016 Polaris RZR 570 from the Conroe location. They told me they lowered the price and gave me an extended warrant which in fact the charged me $1000 for the warranty. It was close to closing time when I got there as I had to drive over an hour so when I got there everybody on site had a beer in their hand. The one man was far past drunk. I went in to sign papers and the younger guy was rushing through to sign and when we were finished we walked out to the buggy and the owner told me that it had been completely gone through and they showed me all the switches and programmer. And they loaded it on my trailer for me and I left. Mind u it is past dark at this point. I get home and the next day when we unload it the tires are dry rotted, the rims where the studs go is hulled out from bouncing on the studs, and the light bar and sound that was included it the sale was gone and had a hard time to get it to start. So I called them and had to fight for over a month to get new rims and tires for it. They claim they took the light bar and sound bar off because they didn’t work but yet I wasn’t given a discount. I finally got the new tires and the rzr was still making the same popping noise in the back. I couldn’t get ahold of anybody again and finally the popping completely broke. I took it to the Huntsville location to get it serviced(Huntsville staff is amazing) and come to find out there was a foreign object in the clutch case that destroyed both clutch assemblies. Well naturally that $1000 warranty doesn’t cover it so we had to pay the $1400 for that. I had them look to see why it was hard to start and guess what it needs a NEW TOPEND and guess what the warranty doesn’t cover that either. So all these problems have been there from day one and nobody wants to fix it. You can’t ever get ahold of Chris Ogden the owner because he’s always out on personal matter but yet he’s the one that said it was 100% right just to get a sale. If I could give this place no stars I would because the Conroe location is trash. Huntsville however is amazing and do good work and good customer service

1 star only because i cant put a 0 star on it Was told they went though this rzr. the wheel on the back right was about to fall off. the bearings on both side of the back were gone and the bushings in the a arms have to be replaced and a cv shaft on the right side has to be replaced the nuts on the right back wheel were not tighten. we havent even got to ride it yet was told there was a work order on it and they didnt know why it left in the shape it was in.they told us they will order the parts yesterday they would be in today and they would give them to us for free but now they are saying tomorrow and they are only getting the cv shaft because the bushings dont come with the sleeves and we need both because the sleeves are also shot what I dont understand is how does a business operate like that and wondering how they have all the good reviews on Google maps because I paid around 9,000 for this rzr last Saturday and havent got to ride it yet because of how unsafe it is and this weekend we had plans because its my wifes b-day but looks like that isnt going to happen and Im feeling like they are just trying to tell us what we want to hear it seems like if there was really a work order and they did get confused you would think that they would of had the parts ordered already after all it was posted on craigslist for around 3 months just upsetting ...well thanks for ordering the parts and we needed the sleeves because they are no good not because of i cut the bolt out i had to cut it out to get it off and the sleeve is still on the bolt not cut and if I wouldnt of jacked it up and checked it the chance of my wife and kids being on it would of been high and a wheel coming off wouldnt of been good Im a mechanic and been one for 30 years I check everything I ever buy new or used update I was told today on 6/29/2017 beings that I wrote a bad review on Google maps that I couldnt have this part because it was only the cv shaft that they were going to replace because I wrote a bad reviews so I told him he could take that cv shaft wet or dry and put it up his ass because Im not kissing anyones ass... please be aware that Ogden powersports sales used as is rzrs and what ever else they sale but the fact they tell you its ready and let you come pick it up in very unsafe condition after they say its a really good rzr in grate shape we went though it and everything is good just be careful buying from them because they will ball face lie to you and I will be posting pics of all the bad parts tonight

The sales guy Jarod was very rude . After I went to ask him about a vehicle my son purchased. He immediately said speak to my lawyer . Motor blew up right after sale . Warrant was purchased to cover any issues. Took vehicle to warranty shop and they wouldn’t cover motor because it was sold from dealership without a Catalytic converter. Jarod told me as long as the horns and lights work that’s all the only inspection they give you is a safty inspection( HORNS & LIGHTS ONLY )He stated that was STATE LAW! I have it ALL recorded. HE CANT DENY HIS WORDS . I never threatened the man, not once . I would strongly recommend you STAY AWAY from this place . I’m no longer allowed up there but I didn’t plan on going back he made it where I can’t show up on their property. Because he knows he’s in the wrong . The audio proves it. He came out of the store flashing his phone in my face taking pictures of my face and my license plate telling me to get the hell off HIS PROPERTY- I called the law only to sign something stating I’d never show up there . Which is fine with me .

By far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle Jared in the automotive department at Ogden’s is by far the best sales man I have had a chance of dealing with really looks after the buyer and the buyers best interest. He is a hard worker and gets the jobs done in a fast manner. I submitted my app online didn’t call or talk to anyone when I found a vehicle they had for sell that I liked. Within 12 hours of submitting my app Jared called and told me everything was approved when could I be their to pick up the vehicle. He worked out the best deal for me and never bothered calling me until deal was done and all I needed to do was come in and sign and drive home my new truck now that’s what I call customer service. Ogden Powersports will definitely always get my business and anyone else’s business that I know who needs a atv, utv, or vehicle. They our a very well organized and customer based company the atmosphere is very welcoming and all employees I encountered on my visit were very respectful and polite. Definitely a top notch company who’s employees don’t just care about the sales and getting the deal done but care more about the customers and what is in the best interest of the customer instead of just making a quick buck.

So I was referred to Ogden Powersports by a friend of mine because I was looking to purchase a new (to me) sportsman, I called up Chris Friday afternoon spoke with him about what I was interested in and by Saturday morning about 20 minutes after they opened the 4 wheeler was in the back of my truck and I was gone, that fast they handled all of the financing and had the paperwork ready for me when I arrived which was awesome because I drove 4 hours one way to buy from them.Most definitely worth going out of my way for, I will be back .A big thanks to Chris and all of his team at Ogden Powersports.

Worst mistake ever, super helpful until you hand them down payment money. Had my 4 wheeler barely 2 months, I got 1 ride out of it. Called them for assistance, and they did absolutely nothing to help me. 4 wheeler has been down for a month and a half and Ive spend at least $500 on it.Thanks Ogden

Everything seemed great from the start. Walked in had paperwork ready to go ATV was in our truck with in 30 mins. Little did we know we would have issues right away. We took the ATV for a ride and it over headed quick . We let them know and took it to their shop in Huntsville. It took them 3 weeks to fix it. On top of that they want to charge us for the oil change when they found gas in the oil. This is unacceptable! I have the warranty for these reasons although I understand the warranty doesn’t cover it. It shouldn’t be our responsibility to pay for it if it was sold to us in that matter.Response to the owner-How was there mud if we didn’t go mudding . We purchased the unit and gave it back with in a few days since you were closed . We never been mudding in our life’s. Why was their fuel in the oil tank ? Answer me that . There is no way we could have done that in the few hours we had it. Complete rip off .You found fuel in the oil ? No sir I told you there was fuel in the oil . Because I smelled it and had it written down with my notes when I dropped it off.

I was referred here by a buddy that bought a Polaris. I was in the market for a new side by side but was VERY afraid of buying used. But Im so happy I decided to buy a used Can Am because I saved lots $$$. The owner is a great guy and is always available even after you have bought your bike. He never pressured me to buy right then and that is something I like. I went up there 3-5 times trying to make my mind up on what I wanted. He went out of his way to find what I was looking for. If you want to finance he has great lenders for all types of credit. I was approved in less then 5 min with a great low interest rate! I referred a friend with not very good credit and was still able to get what he wanted. I dont usually give reviews but I thought this Company deserves one because like I said I dont buy used but Im happy I did because I saved a ton and got a great Can Am!! I will be buying all my off road toys here from now on.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!Chris and his staff made my ATV buying experience amazing. I located my 2013 on Ogden Power Sports web site filled out my application the same day for financing and was approved immediately. I picked up my bike the next day and WOW is all I can say. Sales staff. Ie the one guy pictured was rather grumpy and rude. He should be replaced or take some training courses on how to speak with a customer. Definitely dont raise your voice with a customer for asking questions.

I called Chris in a crunch to get my one way bearing repaired on my 09 ranger 700, he knocked it out same day, over the course of the next month he made many repairs to my highly used and abused Ranger and all done quick and right. I finally decided to upgrade and Bought a great 13 Ranger 900 from him. He gave me a great price and swapped some accessories for free Highly recommend Ogden and their team Top quality used machines are the way to go

Since I cant comment on the original post or the comment from the owner, Ill just say this. I feel like we were duped into buying a bike that we thought was ready to ride. We literally put an hour on it if that when we brought the bike home only to turn around 2 days later and take right back to your shop. I will give props for answering our phone calls but the fact that it needed a BRAND NEW MOTOR says enough. So for you to act like we had a problem with the 7 months it took to finally get it to a shop (Robs fun center big shout out to them) that actually fixed it instead of giving us the run around, really shows how you like to run your business. We had no problem waiting the 7 months what we had a problem with was like I said buying a bike that we were lead into believing had no issues.

Chris and his staff are amazing. He helped me out a lot getting my can am. Also for repairs you come back they will take care of you.

Dropped my Can-Am off on the way home from the deer lease for its 100 hour service, new break pads, and an electrical problem with my high beam switch. I would definitely recommend this place to get a at or rzr. He might only deal in used but they are pretty good shape. Mine was a 2014 with 25 hours and had a lift and all on it and I walked out with a deal of a century. And the owner Chris ogden is one of the kindest most compassionate person. Even though there is a sign saying bikes are sold as is he will still try to fix it if its in reason like a week or so but a lot of people dont realize they are off road vehicles anything can break at anytime. So if anyone needs a atv try Ogdensburg because if he cant get you approved then no one probably can
