I think we tend to get the most popular JD toys & as such I typically dont find them easily. That said, this shop is phenomenal for parts & customer service! Clean & extremely welcoming to JD owners - we have 5.

Nothing to look at here. When and try to find a lawn mower its the lawn mower for my yard and all they have is 0 turn. They were not too enthusiastic about trying to help us find something else. Is upon calling the customer care line about the issue It seems not even the corporate people care because theyre following CDC guidelines. Which is one thing but their production is so low they cant put out anything in the stores so you can look at it look at it. Well Id like to see and touch a product that Im going to be paying $3002 4 I dont want to to go online and buy it that way . I guess until they decide to stop following CDC guidelines or otherwise Ill have to buy another brand of lawn mower because theyre just not out here.
Needed a new Shreader. We talked a bit about what size I might want to get. He knows my tractor and ranch, so he recommended one. Corey Atkins found me a good one and had it brought it to the store and prepped it. Fluids full, PTO shaft greased and clean, imatch bushings ready, guards and wheel installed. Personally loaded it in my trailer and did all the paperwork. Thanks, Corey. Great doing business with you again.
Need to revise your Google open hours for the fall and winter. Drove 45 min to buy a tractor....and theyre closed on Saturdays.

Walked me through the process from picking up my unit to going over the list of repairs and annual maintenance required. Can’t get a hold of service department. Every day, same answer..”we’re especially busy today” tried 4 times to get through, on hold, told to call back, told they would call me back...never do. Sales people are great but service department seems to be way under staffed.

I have owed a murry mower for 13 years with very little problems. When I bought a John Deere e100 the problems began within 2 years. I was told that was a cheaper mower. Why is the name John Deere on a mower that others reguad as junk. Anyhow I couldnt believe a battery for this thing was 75 dollars...really.

We took our zero turn for a repeat repair that other owners had done. This mower apparently has this issue. They wouldn’t cover any warranty and when they did fix it, it was dirtier than when we took it in. Before they would at least pressure! We will never buy another product from John Deere. We have had several through the years but no more.New ownership is not good!!!
Ive been buying equipment from these guys for 17 years, gators, tractors, mowers, you name it. Eric is our go to guy when we want new equipment. Harold and the guys at the parts counter are always polite and eager to help. We do our own repair work so cant say I know how the service dept is?? We like these guys thats why we keep going back! 😊

Bought a new starter for my mower after the service told me that was my problem. That wasnt the problem at all... tried to return it, understanding there electrical item policy. The ..!@%.... manager said tough luck!!! Thats our policy!! Just sell it on Craigs list!!! I said the box is not even open!!!!No customer service!!!! I will bash them any chance I get.... should have looked at there reviews.
This dealership has terrible service...always. We call for a part and the response is: Let me get your number and call you back. We *NEVER* get a call back. This is the norm for this dealership. After two hours, we call back and manage to find someone that can be of some assistance. We live in Conroe and this is the closest John Deere store to us. The next one is on 1960@45. Surely, we shouldnt have to drive all the way down there to get anything done for our tractor, but it is quickly becoming our only option.This last time, we ordered $230 of parts. This is not our first order with them, BUT IT WILL BE OUR LAST. We have done thousands of dollars of business in the past and we have decided from this point forward it would be in our best interest to drive down to 1960 to get it done right the first time instead of multiple trips to this incompetent store. After our latest order, we were told to pay extra $13 for OVERNIGHT shipping. Product did not arrive over night. Why were we told this? Then, when we disputed about the overnight fee, we were told, its not a guarantee that it will arrive overnight. THEN WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME ITS $13 FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?! Clearly a LIE and very deceptive business practices. Hey, take my money, but dont delivery what you promise! Yeah, not going to get you far in the realm of customer service.They also recently started carrying Stihl products. Ill be taking my chainsaw to Southern Tractor on 59@1314 to get it fixed. It may be twice as far from me, but at least I know Ill get excellent customer service from competent employees *AND* theyll deliver what they promise.

Trying to check price and order a hydraulic filter for a JD5525, this web site just keeps going in circles; tried different ways but it keeps going in a circle. If this is all you got from John Deere, then I probably need to just order off EBAY and have it delivered to my door and not have to drive the 60 miles roundtrip to your dealership.
This place is completely awesome took 4 days to get my John Deere d105 lawn tractor fixed and they didnt assume what needed to be fixed instead they asked me what I wanted to be fixed now that is customer service, my lawn tractor runs like I just bought it, thank you guys for being quick with the fix. My lawn looks like a golfing green again.

We have spent thousands of dollars at this location. The counter guys were always helpful. But when it comes to service or repair I will not recommend or refer this dealership to anyone for anything. We were lied to over and over while our tractor sat in the service dept. waiting for repair for weeks not being repaired. We even called the john Deere office to get help, but received none. This stores poor customer service has cost us hundreds of dollars because we have had to rent equipment while ours sat for weeks untouched. John Deer has a good product and the most costly I might add but there is no service help at any level of the Jonn Deer corporate. You might consider another make of tractor.

I ordered two new Bobcat zero turn mowers from them after years of doing thousands of dollars of parts business with them through my lawn service company. The mowers finally arrived after some delay and they turned out to be the light duty FastCat home owner version which we discovered after we took them to the shop and we compared them to the older existing machines. My guys also noticed a performance difference right away. So I took them back to Texas Outdoor Power only to be greeted by Eric the Sales man with contempt and a sour face blaming the whole incident on me and told me that hell take them back but he would never sell anything else to me and that there are always issues with us as well in the parts department and on and on. I was just standing there in complete disbelief and shock. When I ordered the new machines I told him what I thought my old machines were namely the ProCat SE with a 61 deck and that I wished to replace these with same. He just said he would make sure he would get me the same ones to replace my old ones and that was all. He never requested any serial numbers from me or anything else and there is actually a brochure that they have with all of the units available which he never showed to me. If they didnt have their thumb up their asses thinking about deer season they might have collaborated, researched in their systems the serial number that we used hundreds of times to buy parts or asked me what the serial number was on the old machines if in doubt. No but Eric knew what machines replaced ours he just knew. They totally blew it for us and I will never set foot in this store again after being treated like that. These guys only have a big smile and a good ole boy attitude for you if you make a big purchase and spend money on parts. They have zero customer service skills and dont even try. So if you are thinking about spending 15K on equipment I advise you to shop elsewhere.

For business to not offer a site for someone to search for a piece of equipment is not good business. I have limited time to be driving around and looking for the right piece of equipment, most all of your competitors offer some look at what is offered..

The only thing worse than the poor quality of the John Deere products is the quality of their service. Being charged $45 and waiting two weeks to be told that your problem will not be covered by the product warranty is not what I would call service.
Wayne Glasscock is the owner, he treats you like family. No equipment is perfect, no matter the manufacturer. Wayne is the reason you want to come here.
