I know they are having supply issues related to the pandemic but that doesnt excuse ZERO updates or returned phone calls and messages in 7 months. Then after they cancelled the order (without asking or verifying) they did not refund the money which was paid at the time of the order. That is called STEALING! SHAME on Ferguson for taking advantage of the elderly. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Edit: after this review the manager reached out to us to verify that a refund had been made. That was the first time someone had reached out. Thats not how a business should be run. A refund was only given because we asked for it. And it was 2 months after the order had been canceled. Still shame on them!

Many beautiful fixtures in a variety of styles. Also one of the most CoViD-secure places in Montgomery County: there is plenty of space, you can make an appointment, and every single person in there - employee and customer alike - had a mask on, and only one had her nose out; everyone else had both their noses and mouths properly covered.

Kenneth has been my go to guy. We have ordered everything from an entire kitchen, outdoor lighting and fans, to kitchen sink and hardware. When I want the finest quality with great customer service I go to Fergusons!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!Having Viking appliances in our previous home, we were dead set on placing them in our current home, after our home was flooding in Feb. We searched high and low and decided to “shop local”, which has turned into a T-TOTAL NIGHTMARE. We ordered our appliances 3/6/2021. We were aware that our appliances (refridge, range) wouldn’t arrive for 10-12 weeks, which was perfect timing d/t construction. 6-8 wks in, when we called to receive an update, as our microwave and vent hood had a lead time of 6-8 wks. We were told for at least 3 wks that our refridge was in route- yet no one could ever give us specific info. We finally requested to speak to a manager, who advised our refridge arrived from the warehouse damaged beyond repair so they would have to order us another one. I mean, who just tosses around a $10k+ refridge?! Odd.. then we were told an order was canceled around the same time ours was placed.. humm.. After dozens of calls and emails to Ferguson, they agreed to install a refridge from the showroom floor as a loaner when they came to install our vent hood and microwave. After our loaner refridge and other appliances were installed, I called Ferguson again. This time I find our range won’t be here until 7/2021. Beyond frustrated, I took it upon myself to contact Viking and Ferguson’s distributor Paragon. When I called Paragon I asked for a lead time on the specific range that we ordered. The Paragon employee placed me on hold then came back to advise the lead time was 10-12 weeks. I said “we placed an order the first week of March and now we are being told our range won’t arrive until July”. The man replies “did you happen to order from Ferguson”. I replied “I sure did and have been jerked around and lied to since the word go”. His reply “ma’am I apologize, but I can’t give you any further information”. Needless to say, if you want to be lied to, jerked around, endure the worst customer service ever, all while spending nearly $30k, choose Ferguson. I will NEVER, EVER recommend or spend another dime at this particular store. I suggest if you are looking for high-end appliance, order from a distributor on the web, as shopping local has caused us an undue amount of stress- leaving our family a total of 5 months without a way to cook in our home.

On two separate days I was unable to get any service or help by phone to buy a dishwasher. I was bounced around on hold to several people who couldnt help me either. I left my name and contact and told I would be called back by the end of the business day. I did not receive a call at all. When I called back I got the run around again and told all managers were in a meeting. I was able to call a competitor and get what I wanted and closed the sale on a high end Bosch dishwasher in 10 minutes. I used Ferguson before to do a high end kitchen remodel, but today I am questioning if you even want to do business at all.

Terrible service. Tried to set an appointment. When I called, they said everyone was busy but we could walk around and look. Showed up and the door is locked. Seriously, we are all busy and dont appreciate you wasting our time. Glad to shop elsewhere.

Dont WASTE your time! Unless you are furnishing multiple house or luxury apartments, commercial sales, they DO NOT want you business. After 17 years I needed to replace my kitchen sink faucet. As a contractor, retirement job, I had visited the store once before. The showroom is impressive. Not one person offered to help me that first visit so I bought the fixture for a 7,900 sq. ft. home elsewhere. This time it was personal. Today, I needed one fixture only and I wanted a high quality product for my own, smaller home. Because of my previous experience, when the receptionist greeted me this time, I explained what I needed. She contacted a sales lady. While I waited I explained my previous experience and as I walked towards the displays I mentioned that I noticed that the reviews on Yelp were bad. Her words exactly, with a frown said Thats just Yelp, you know how they are. She left her sentence hanging as I walked away. I never mentioned that I would be reviewing the store later. From there, things went as expected. I browsed, with my sales ladys help, to choose a fixture. I purchased the fixture and it was ordered. The next day, I showed a picture of my purchase to my personal assistant. I am totally colorblind and I had bought the wrong color. I called to let them know that I would be coming in to do the paperwork to exchange for another faucet. I asked if I could make an appointment with my sales lady. I was told that I could not. So I waited a couple of days, and at a time I didnt expect them to be busy I called again. Once again I asked about an appointment. Same response. I explained that I could be there in 10 minutes. Although she was available, nope! I asked the lady to please let her know I was on my way and that I would be there in 10 minutes.I arrived in less than 10 minutes.When I walked in and asked for my lady, I was told, she just went in with a client. Furthermore I was told it would be awhile before someone would be available. I was furious and reminded her I just called! She seemed to care less. I showed her my paperwork and cancelled my order. I found the exact same part # item but in the correct color, for slightly less money on Amazon. I also verified the price difference wasnt because of the color change.This is pretty much what others have said too. People pretending not to see you, much less help you. Now, Im in the process of remodeling my master bath. While the showroom is nice for ideas, I just went online to their website browsed for ideas and then ordered $3,749.00 from Amazon. This was the ONLY good thing I can say about the 3 visits I have made to this store... just dont go!

Snobby and inefficient. Knowledge sales staff.Our builder suggested this store that is only open for limited hours making it very difficult for working people to actually get here when they are open.Each time we come they ask if we have made an appointment to meet with the sales staff. If not, there is often no one available to meet with us. However even when I made such an appointment I still waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to meet with the sales person.Prices are high but quality is good. The sales staff is very knowledgeable.So if you have a lot of time, flexible schedule, and lots of money then this is the store for you!

Good selection and staff was very friendly.Unfortunately everything there was out of our budget, but gave us some good ideas.I give four stars even though we didn’t buy anything, because the staff was friendly and they offered lots of items to actually look at and see sizing.

Bought $1000s worth of faucets, bath tub extra for our master bath remodel. They have a good product line, HOWEVER, customer service is well below par. One particular order was made and we were told it would be delivered the next day to our home. Never showed up. Called the store - after 3 hours, 3 people & 3 different excuses said they would look into it and call back, NO ONE CALLED BACK- EVER! Finally had to get a manager on the phone to get anything done. Products are never sent to the house, always the store - employees should know that. Well probably never use them again....too much competition to have that poor customer service.

One star is way to high. Everything is four times what is should cost! Asked if they would price match and was told sure - just need to know who is it from? They only asked so they could try to have the competitors license pulled from the vendor and had no intention of price matching. If these are the underhanded tactics that they consider normal business, I can just imagine what other underhanded tactics they consider normal! That is NOT customer service - that is just rude! I will NEVER do business with them! Buyer BEWARE!
