Great selection of bikes here. Professional sales staff especially Tre’. He was very knowledgeable about the bike I was looking at and helped me get the best deal I could on the one I bought and on the trade in. All the staff was welcoming and I would definitely do business here again.

Do NOT go here, unless you truly do not have ANY financial budget and TIME is also no issue. Nothing wrong with their products, they are just as good as any other Japanese bike service, but they are 80-100% higher on maintenance and add on fees. A bike thats base is $3600 will cost you $5400 versus $4200 at a dealer within 20 miles. There service department is $150 per hour. Need a fender replaced? 75$ plus, cost of fender then marked up 30%.Pretty hefty. Can you imagine paying $200 to replace a fender?

Wide variety of machines compared to many dealers nowadays. Bought the bike I had wanted here and have loved it since. Staff is excellent from sales to service. Got my paint touched up recently and the guy that did it also detailed it as well! even got some pointers on keeping my bike looking its best. good place

Bought my first bike. This was the bike i had been searching for the last 6 months and they had it. All I am saying here is, you need to see Jason if you need a service!!!! I have been seeing Jason since 2014 when I own my first Yamaha R3. Jason is such a happy and pleasant person to work with. He always work with my schedule and get me in and out with no times. Moreover, he listens to your concerns and gives you the best advice on any concerns you might have with your vehicle. I took interest in a bike after After speaking with Cody through email and phone calls for a few days, he got me to come in and view the bike I was interested in. I met Kaelin at the shop who let me try the bike for size, helped me blast through the paperwork, and was pleasant throughout the whole encounter. I then got to work with Maddie getting protective gear. My experience with Ian and Brea were great. 5 stars to both of them. Great people to work with. Met the shop guys, very pleased there as well. Did everything asked of them. My concern was doing the paperwork, I signed things I wasn’t aware of. Example:Why would I pay $400 for lifetime batteries. I like the GPS service but letting me know that it’s an extra $1000 would’ve been kinda good to know.

Called looking for a primary clutch bearing, they did not have it but the guy that I spoke with went completely out of his way texting me a picture of the breakdown blueprint to make sure it was the correct part, then tracked down which dealer close by had it available saving me a lot of time and hassle! Very pleased with the parts customer service via telephone! Great job guys.

I rode down to Ride Now Power Sports of Concord to check out a Harley Davidson Trike they were advertising. I was introduced to Sonja, who I had spoken to on the phone, she got me a floor salesman (Cody) who took me out to show me the trike. From that point on everything flowed very smoothly, they worked out a really great deal and there was never any pressure to buy. Great people, great deal and I would recommend them whole heartily.

Did not even know they were just up Hwy. 601 from me, south of Monroe, but was looking for the Slingshot and no one seemed to have one or had to order to even see one and these folks had one or more. Went up on a Fri. evening and they made me a deal on one that they just took in on trade. Tre made my day and we tried to make his!!! This place made selling my used motorcycle SO simple. I was fully expecting to have to take it back with me and go through a long process. Nope, this was quick and simple. Gabby, sales associate, was welcoming from the second I walked in the door. I manage a team that specializes in customer service, she was spot on. Spoke to me the second I stepped foot in the door and introduced me to all the right people immediately. Robert, sales manager, was quick and personable. Not once during this process did I feel like I was getting the run around. Jessica, floor manager, was very friendly and inviting as well.I really enjoyed my experience here. Great place to shop, and great customer service. Really nice selection of apparel and riding gear. Just bought all new riding gear for my street bike, as Ive been out of the scene for quit a few years, and dealt with Jacob. Jacob was super friendly, asked about what I was riding (classic 98 900RR), and was very patient and did a very good job of explaining all the differences in the new gear I was looking at. Visited the store yesterday to look at some side by sides. Started some paperwork on one just to get a view on things. They had one Polaris in stock. 20K decided to think about . Sales guy was not pleasant to say the least. I told him I would go else where to purchase. I will purchase else where. Do not recommend this vendor. This is just based off of my experience. Side by side inventory was low.

I financed a 2019 Harley from this location with less than 2000 miles on it and I purchased the mechanical warranty for an additional $1200, I had the motorcycle for 32 days when it malfunctioned on me. I contacted them to see about getting it fixed, because I purchased the warranty, they told me that they dont really work on Harleys or carry parts for them and suggested that I take it to a Harley shop, a Harley shop that will not uphold my warranty because it was not purchased with or through them. So I am still making payments on a motorcycle that I currently can not ride and even though I paid for a warranty I have to come out of pocket to get it fixed

Outstanding Customer Service!!!My hubby and I stopped by Ridenow to look for helmets. Well lets just say that with the customer service that we received from Brandon Altmeyer we purchased helmets, riding gloves, and jackets! His knowledge of the different levels of protection and how each level differed from the other was top notch. We also interacted with Braxton who very helpful and other staff members throughout the store were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return for any needed purchases in the future and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ridenow.

My son and I had a great experience today when purchasing his first dirt bike. The minute we walked in Kalyan greeted us and asked us if he could help us. I told him what we were there for and he was very helpful in suggesting the right dirt bike for my son. He was very knowledgeable and a great salesman. The sales manager was very friendly and polite. Jacob in parts was great at helping us get the correct size helmet. The young lady that checked us out when buying the helmet and some straps was very friendly. Kevin in finance was awesome. Please don’t waste your time here, unless you’re trying to pay THOUSANDS over the sicker price for a machine. Not only are the prices absurd but the employees are more than rude. After several visits to this location, we finally decided that it wasn’t the right move for us and we apologized to the manager for taking up her time and she replied “you’re credit got pulled, you didn’t waste my time”. I promise you I would NEVER recommend this business to my friends or even worst enemy.

I bought a tire last week from here and got a nail in my motorcycle tire 2 days later. Stephen went above and beyond to help me. I went in today to get a new one and he made sure I left with a new tire. If you order parts use Stephen. He is great.

Just wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU to Stefan Ray. I must admit, I reluctantly stopped in your store on 6/22/21, with no intention of walking out with a purchase. I was looking for a birthday gift for a soon-to-be 9 year old who is an avid dirt bike rider. Since I dont ride, I had no idea what to look for or more importantly what a 9 year old boy might think was really cool. Upon entering your store, I was immediately greeted and directed to Stefan in the parts department. After explaining my situation, I quickly realized I had indeed struck gold. Stefan was extremely engaging, polite, PATIENT, and excited to help me. After I made a few phone calls to learn about sizes, etc. I quickly decided on a jersey/padded pants combo that Stefan had recommended. Stefan shared his personal experiences as a rider himself and assured me that this gift would put a smile on a young riders face. He then directed me to Maddie to complete my purchase and yet again, I was blown away by the level of customer service. Maddie was incredibly courteous and showed a genuine interest in my being there and being satisfied. I honestly do not recall having a better shopping experience especially in an environment that was totally new to me. By the way, Stefan was correct. Mediocre sales knowledge and I feel they could learn more about their products and details since many rides are similar between models so details are key. Perhaps read the owners manual for each ride you have? Know all the details. Quiz each other? I did my research but expect staff to be able to know as much if not more than I do.Some sales staff can be a bit dismissive with customers. For example, I came in to get tags since my temp plate expired. Was told I was notified via phone, email and text. I was not. My wife was not. I understand someone probably flipped numbers and emails (two different sets? - seems unlikely) but the kicker was the sales girl who found them made me feel like it was my fault for not getting in touch with me. Stating well, you have them now and dismissed me. Perhaps you check to make sure you have correct contact info for me? Maybe empathize a little with your customer? Go a little above the bare minimum to make it a great experience. Perhaps this was not intentional, but sure felt like I wasnt welcome anymore. Ive bought a couple bikes here now and not sure Id buy another. I have bought other vehicles in my life from other dealerships so I know what a good salesperson and staff can bring to the table.If they are the only place that has something no one else has, I at least know to expect low end/mediocre service. In other words, this would be the last place Id go for buying a ride.

I had been looking for a pre owned GSXR and they happened to have the right one at a competitive price. The staff was friendly and willing to negotiate. Its a really nice bike. I love it!

Nice people but definitely a shady sales department. I called to inquire about availability of side by sides. A woman Ashley informed me that they had a 500cc available and when I asked for the price, she stated $9,600. I confirmed $9,600 again before we hung up and informed her it was over an hour and a half drive. I made the drive anticipating buying the side by side. When we arrived, they showed us a 500 cc but it had a winch, windshield, rims and tires etc. They were evasive about the price until finally we were given a paper with the price totaling about $19,000. I told them we were informed that they had one for $9600 and if possible, we would just remove all the add ons being that we weren’t wanting any of that to begin with. They refused to sell it as base. Then showed us a 1000cc practically fully loaded way off from that price range. Then another for $22,000. We again informed them that wasn’t what we were looking for and not what we had called about either. Needless to say, we walked away without buying anything. It was a wasted trip for us and very disappointing. So, buyer beware if you are traveling. The price changes majorly when you get to the dealership.

I call and ask about a new ATV and I’m told it would be close to $8,000.00.and the website stated the same. When I get to the location and they run my credit I’m then told it would be almost $15,000.00. And i was told it was due to a 2 inch lift and the tires. So I then go to another dealership and purchase a new ATV. and price the same tires and a 2 inch lift and the total for the ATV and all mods $10,589.00. This is no way to do business

Terrible place to do business. Tried to sell our motorcycle there. Quoted us a price for our motorcycle then mysteriously found a small drop of old dirty oil and claimed there is an oil leak. They dropped the quoted price by $800.00. There is no oil leak!!! It sits in our garage and we have never found any oil under it. Dishonest business practices in my opinion. Do business somewhere else. We do not trust this place.

Reached out to this business about a listing I saw on Facebook for $6,000. When I got in contact with the guy who was going to be helping me with the purchase he told me over the phone that we would be able to “discuss price” and that he would be able to come down on it for me. We had mentioned the $6000 number multiple times during our first phone call. I made a appointment to travel to Concord so that I could go see the bike and hopefully buy it (this being over a 3 hour trip for me living in Virginia). When I got there I was greeted by a sales rep who walked me around the store the entire time I was there and showed me the bike (this not being the same guy that I talked to on the phone). The man I talked on the phone with introduced his self once and walked back in his office. I saw him all of 1 minute. A lady came out to me to discuss numbers and handed me a sheet with a price of over $9000 on a used, damaged motorcycle that was originally posted at $6000. I’m not one to complain and I’m very understanding. I get that dealerships have fees and taxes which will raise that price, but since I was told on the phone that we would come down at $6000 I imagined that was included. No other number was discussed over the phone and he said he couldn’t do so, so he was quick to schedule my 3 hour drive just to not talk to me at all and spit a number that was $3000 over the listed price. The bike wasn’t even worth $5000 with all of the damages to the fairings and tank. Very unprofessional management that sends their floor staff to do their bidding.

Been here to buy a dirt bike for my Niece and they got a really good friendly staff. Especially Codys been very helpful for us to decide on the bike by filling in the details we missed in picking up a kids bike.

This is my third purchase from RideNow Power Sports Concord. My most recent being a Sky-blue & Cream Vintage. Got a great price on this 2018 leftover with one mile on it. Staff was very helpful and patient. No pressure sales...I wouldnt have gone back for a third time if I wasnt truly happy with the service there.

We were looking for two bikes, called ahead, made an appointment and after an hour and 30 minute drive we find out that they cant hold bikes per their company policy. I understand the policy, its a business, theyre trying to make money but if I had know they couldnt hold bikes ahead of time I wouldnt have made the trip. My gripe is they didnt give me all the info I needed to make an informed decision, I feel they just wanted to get me in the showroom so they could try to sell me anything they could.

First experience here was 10 years ago when I purchased a great used bike. Gone through a couple bikes since then, but came back again today to purchase some new gear! Braxton at the parts counter is awesome and super knowledgeable. Definitely a great experience!

I know of a few people that Ride now has collected the down payment, but it didn’t come off the principal. (Basically just took my money and ran)Ride now is nothing but a bunch of crooks, so much so that they literally never have the same people working for them.Do yourself a favor and shop else where!

Never cared about what I was willing to pay.Update: after the two star review, the Dealership called me back asking me what I was willing to pay?I’m not impressed with the knowledge of the sales people. I’m not buying the bike. The time to deal was when I was there, not after a two star review.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - they will try to rip you off and charge you a ton of additional fees that are not required. I went in to purchase a Kawasaki KLX140R which has a sticker price of $3,149 and the first out the door price they put in front of me was over $7,000! 5 minutes later the price was down to $6,400. At that point I was already out the door and receiving a phone call from them asking if I would pay $5,000. NO! The fact that they would be willing to rip off their customers like that is terrible.I just purchased this exact same bike from Brushy Mountain Powersports for $3,600.I will be letting Kawasaki know that this dealer is giving them a bad name.

Needed a dirt bike tire fixed. They did a great job. In and out in a reasonable time.

I recently took my sons 90cc Polaris 4 wheeler in to the shop due to a problem with the electrical system, and it not starting. I was quoted $140 for a diagnostic check. Prior to bringing it I replaced the battery, ignition switch and checked the fuse. I was called the next day and informed the problem was that the main fuse was bad and was replaced with a new one. I was also informed that the battery was charged, and there was an oil leak. My new bill was $180. The additional $40 was for supplies. When I arrived to pick up my sons 4wheeler Tanner could not explain the extra charges. The new fuse had rust on the connections, and I had just replaced the battery prior to bringing it in. I was charged $180 for a used fuse. Which I know wasn’t blown in the first place as that was one of the first things I checked. Be cautious when dealing with the service department. They will try and up-sell you and overcharge for things that didn’t need replaced in the first place. We will definitely find another shop for any future issues with our machines.

It was an absolute joy working with Gabby. She was very knowledgeable, and made the whole process of buying a motorcycle streamline as well as being a shining ray of positive energy to make what turned into a long process because of my pickiness, so much more enjoyable. Ike in service and JT (Service Manager) provided excellent customer service of which I have come to expect from dealing with them in the past and because of that I will always bring my bike to them for service and recommend all my riding friends do the same. RideNow made it difficult for me to collect $126.25 on pre-paid labor that I paid in advance. The work was never done due to no parts (carb hoses) available at their shop. They were going to order some hoses, but I decided to cancel the carb work do to other reasons. So, they contacted me about them owing me $126.25 for labor never done. Which I appreciated. But, when I went there today for my refund they indicated the only way I could get my money back was to use my Discover card again to put money back on my card. I didn’t want it done that way due to confusion with those type of transactions and the hassle it can cause being double charged, etc. I asked to be either reimbursed with cash, or a check. The GM there said they didn’t carry that much cash, and refused to write me a check. He said that I could get a gift card for that amount with their store. I didn’t want a gift card to spend more money there. I wanted my money.I ended up leaving the store without my $126.25. This is probably against the Better Business Beauro’s Standards which I may decide to look into.They wrote me a check when I sold them a motorcycle in April. Go figure!Just letting folks realize to not pre-pay anything with this company.

We bought a 2020 Indian Challenger here and our experience was great!

Second time buying a bike here but this will be my last. I bought a used indian chieftain and was charged 600 in setup fees on a used bike. I can understand purchasing a new bike and having to pay setup fees but used also? Outrageous dealer fees!

I came in this past Saturday to trade my car for a 2009 Road King. Took a few hours but we were able to come to an agreement and get the deal done. I tend to be the difficult sort but Breanna, Cody and Jackie worked with me no issue and I couldnt be happier. The bike is great and I got a fair deal. Thanks guys Ill be back.

I rode down to Ride Now Power Sports of Concord to check out a Yamaha MT07 they were advertising. I was introduced to Ashley, who I had spoken to on the phone, she got me a floor salesman Tyler who showed me the bike. There was a small misunderstanding which almost caused me to walk away, but they worked out a really great deal and there was never any pressure to buy. Great people, great deal and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bike.

This was mine and my sons first visit its was very overwhelming till we meet Karrina she was patient with us both we looking for helmets and goggles and riding boots she was able able to help pick out the size helmet we needed and made sure it was a right fit for us both. She walked us over to Madison to check us out and she nice and answered some questions for us I would recommend this completely and will be back
