Sears motorcycle used car but they didnt have what I wanted so it aint no good to me
This place closed down early 2000 never updated website what a waste of time
This place is amazing. After days of searching for fork caps, I made a phone call and got an immediate response--they had exactly what I needed for my ZL600! Toni even took the time to keep my full price with tax BELOW her original quote. She also offered to accommodate my work schedule for pick-up. Not necessary in the end, but it really spoke volumes about their customer service. The whole experience made my week, and I would recommend The Used Cycle Part without reservation.
Couldnt help me but found someone who could.thats the BEST!!!!
Great place alot of good used parts with great prices awesome staff very helpful
Stopped by the warehouse a few weeks back after seeing a swingarm on Ebay. Walked in they grabbed the part and it was as described. It was clearly a family run business even with a friendly shop dog running around. Would definitely do business with these guys and girls again!
Great place with a lot of parts, friendly customer service and reliable prices, will reccomend
No inventory on there website and doesnt answer the phone
I came in to buy a tire (great tire by the way)and I needed a few odd bolts, they just gave them to me .....thanks great service
Purchased a wheel and tire that was supposed to be in good condition from The Used Cycle Part on eBay. The tire was dry rotted/cracking on the sidewall making it unusable. I provided pictures to them and they agreed it was not as described. I requested a partial refund of $60 and they countered with $30.That wasnt acceptable because I would have to 1 - get a new tire. 2 - get old tire removed. 3 - get new tire mounted/wheel re-balanced. Time, cost, hassle involved and I was asking way less than half the cost of a new tire only. Very fair considering they sold something not as described.Since we couldnt agree on the refund amount after over a month, a full refund was requested. They tried to get ME to pay to return the item to them even though they sold me something that wasnt as they described it. Why should I have to pay to return an item that wasnt what it was supposed to be, and that they AGREED wasnt in the condition it was supposed to be? Thats just absurd. This has now been dragged out way too long and the internet needs to know of the scam these guys are running.UPDATE: Since the owner wants to reply, I just want to reply as well.I contacted the seller 7/25. They did not reply on 7/25 or 7/26 so I assumed they would ignore my message. Because I did not want to go past any kind of deadline to open a dispute, I went ahead and opened one. With that being said, I would have been happy to resolve the issue outside of a PayPal dispute, which is why I still replied to the seller outside of PayPal. I asked for a fair amount of $60, which is less than half the price of a replacement tire (not to mention the fact that I would have to get a shop to swap the tire). Unfortunately, the seller was only willing to offer a partial refund of $30, so I continued with the dispute via PayPal. The seller states wheels are $100-$200 and there are wheels on eBay LISTED for that much, but they arent selling, the good condition wheels that are listed for under $100 are....I received something that wasnt as described, I wanted to protect myself by opening a dispute after I hadnt received a response, and then I wanted a fair amount back. But unfortunately, even after requesting through PayPal that the seller provide me a label to return the item, the seller refused (according to PayPal). I have record of that as well.I should not be on the hook to PAY to return an item that wasnt as described and that the seller agrees wasnt as described.TL;DR I tried to resolve the issue with a fair refund request in my eyes. When that was refused, I tried to return the item that wasnt as described, but was told I had to pay to return it. Since I shouldnt have to pay to return an item that wasnt what it was supposed to be (and that the seller agrees wasnt what it was supposed to be), Im leaving a bad review. And no Toni, Im not enjoying the wheel or getting good riding in, because of this long drawn out issue with the wheel and the uncertainty involved in whether or not Im being forced to keep it.
Even though, it was a bit hard to find, the parts and customer service was excellent prompt and precise.
This is not a retail business. And from reading another review, not an honest online business. I attempted to contact them several times and could never get someone on the phone.
Thanks for the engine and great customer service, made this do it yourselfer feel at ease with the purchase.
Although they did not have what I was looking for that lady I spoke with was very nice and polite.
