They dont want to grant the price of the item advertise on there site and on Google which I find hard to believe and miss leading from KTM !!!

I wouldnt even rate this company (1) one star, but Google makes you in order to leave a review. Countless horrible experience posts online detailing the lack of; customer service, thought, or care. They claim in their own words on their website that since the early 2000s the inventory is real-time and how they pride themselves on quick shipment and order fulfillment. Yet, Ive been waiting for three weeks now just for a response. Note that I placed a $500+ order in May. Its now June, all items in my order still show as in-stock on their own website. Their phone number is disconnected. They respond to no-emails. They respond to no direct messages on Facebook, or Instagram...they however continue to post photos on their social media, and reply to comments that do not question orders or their lack of communication but fail to respond to anything relevant. Will never order from this company again.

Incredible market place. I use these guys almost weekly to keep my bikes in top shape. They always have what I am looking for at competitive pricing and fast shipping. Customer service is fantastic you can instantly tell they all have a passion for ridding!

These guys are amazing!! Stopped by the warehouse the other day to pick up an order and they went out of their way to help me out. Now the only place I plan on getting parts for my bike.

These guys rock. I order parts last minute in preparation for a weekend ADV trip. He spent time over the phone with me comparing parts/sizes and took time to explain the description to me, as I was unable to see the products. Super patient guy. However, the parts werent going to arrive in time so one of the guys met me after work to deliver the products in person! Went way above and beyond! Super customer service! These are NOT the previous owners. The new owners and staff have changed the business completely, for the better. Try them out, you wont be disappointed.

Be careful shopping here.. numbers matched online.. restock fee.. felt like i was giving the part back for free..(kept the part rather than give it back) commonly sold item too for a KTM dealership..

THEY ALREADY DELETED ALL MY COMMENTS ON THEIR INSTAGRAM PAGE AND STILL NO RESPONSES TO MY EMAILS!!!!!! BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Couldnt be happier with my purchase! The experience is hasslefree, easy and most of all, enjoyable. These guys are great! First things first, they have great prices and product thats not available other places (ie 690 Duke composite rearsets). THeir website is also well designed, and the customer service is top notch. What can I say, other than first time customer, but definitely not the last time. Thanks for doing it right!

Up until recently, I was very happy with KTM Twins. But recently I ordered new pegs for my bike, and did not receive a specific “fit kit” needed for my bike. More research showed it was also cheaper to order it directly from that manufacturer then from KTM Twins. I have left multiple phone messages and Emails with Twins, and not heard one word from them. It leads me to believe two things: 1–that they are not even familiar with the products they sell and their workings. And 2–that they don’t have the professional courtesy to reply to their customers and even listen to their concerns. Look elsewhere if you need to shop for KTM accessories/parts!

5 star review! KTM Twins exceeded my expectations! Outstanding customer service. I needed specialty parts for my new 2018 KTM 690 and KTM Twins had everything I needed in stock. I also needed the parts very quickly. I mentioned to Brandon, in customer service, that I was local but due to traffic and my work schedule wasnt able make it to their warehouse in time to pick up the parts. He offered to meet me on his ride home from work to hand deliver the parts, which he did on the same day that I ordered them! That kind of customer service is incredible! I have never encountered that in my life. Brandon was also competitive on price. Totally awesome experience. Thank you Brandon and KTM Twins!.

Best place online to buy parts for your KTM Motorcycle. Ive found them to be reasonably priced and free shipping with a wide variety of parts available for KTMs sold in the US. I would recommend them to anyone that owns a KTM and I use them to buy my parts for my 2 KTM bikes.

Sat an order since 8 days,never got a tracking numberand the funny part i received an email from a lady saying to ask if any info is needed, and the email bounce back ( fake email )they took the money, and i still cant get a hold from them
