Wow! What a nice looking Lidl! It looks brand new too. The fridges/freezers were still being stocked. The baked goods were fresh. The store is squeaky clean and very inviting

Very clean and well stocked.Prices on produce are truly amazing in comparison to other 3 grocery stores. Bakery has a big selection of breads. No running away shopping carts in the parking lot and they do have stations with hand sanitizers and gloves.

All coolers were down, & no food to be sold from them. Obviously chiller problem, but inconvenient if needing items from those coolers. Would have been nice to have been updated on web so could have shopped some where else. Which we had to do any how. Would have thought more of Lidl saving me time, than just getting me in the store. May go back, but not anytime soon!

Finally a supermarket where we can find some French products!! Not every time but it happens. Prices are reasonable and the cashier that served us today was very good.

Nice store, however, for a Saturday afternoon they only had one cashier on. There were 4 self serve registers opened but the only cashier on had to monitor those as well. It took over 30 minutes to get through my line and there were only 2 people ahead of me. She had to keep going over to self serve line to help. One woman in the self serve line only had flowers and a bottle of wine and she had to wait at least 10 minutes to get her transaction approved because of the wine. The store was clean and stocked but the only person I saw working there was the cashier. She looked stressed out and I felt bad for her.

I like finding seasonal items, especially the vitasia private label. They have a much wider selection than other stores owned by the same chain. This place remains clean and well organized.

Very nice grocery store.would definitely shop here if I lived in this area but just visiting on vacation

Lidl is an awesome German grocery store chain which has great prices like Aldi but with many grocery store amenities that we Americans are used to like free shopping carts. Sleek modern glass building houses great deals and a massive selection of stuff. New stuff every week. Great bakery with delicious donuts and pastries. Highly recommended.

This particular Lidl finally has their refrigeration back, so I decided I would see if they were ready for true business. They did have everything that I needed, until I got to the actual checkout area. They had advertised pumpkin scones, and unfortunately the cashier had no idea where or what these were. Im sure they were somewhere in the store and I just missed them, and my wife really wanted them, but unfortunately there was no one working on the floor. Another customer asked a question of this cashier while I was checking out, and then asked for a manager. Finally, someone came out to answer her question, but I was already leaving the building. Sorry to say, Im a little disappointed. I love lidl for all of their organic items, however I would like to have people on the floor to ask questions.

Lidls had everything I needed today. Great price on blueberries and apples. Got my husband fresh baked pretzels, special treat for him. And 2 tasty types of dog treats for our Labrador Retriever.

Love Lidl, the selection and the great prices. My number one choice. I only shop the traditional stores for what Lidl doesnt carry.

There are some great deals to be had, but get there early. They sell out of specials quickly. They won’t have everything on your list, but always a good first stop for shopping.

Its ok. Doesnt carry many of the items other grocery stores carry. But the concept is nice.

Ive been to better stocked Lidls. I usually love this store, but this one didnt have everything I needed.

This is the most disgusting store that I have been to. There is trash all over running the entire side of the building in the plants & on the sidewalk. There is trash on the floor in the self check. Multiple coolers are broken & empty. I would never go to this store again, I walked out.

Have been looking forward to this stores opening since visiting one in Gastonia. Of course, opening day, it was packed. I am looking forward to shopping here often as the prices are great, produce and meat are fresh and the bakery has so many wonderful treats!

I purchased few Tropical plants which has lot of worms and bugs hide in side the soil, so be careful before purchasing.. I had to thrown them,

Shop for essentials.UPDATE 8/22/21 no sign at front door letting customers know that the refrigeration system is not working, I knew something was not right last week when certain refrigerated section were cleared out, no sign posted. I also found price labels just laying around the store on items. I turned around and left, this store needs a new manager and Corporate operations should rehab this store.

I will say the produce freshness isnt always fresh, thats been a disappointment. The oragnic selection isnt as good as other Lidlss. Bought the woven crackers and theyre stale and hard.

We went to check the store out of curiosity but ended up loving it. The prices are very competitive. They have a wide variety of products to choose from. Their produce section have good selections and best of all the a la carte bakery items are superb! We ended up going back more times than we expected. It have become one of our regular go-to supermarket.

Went for the first time today and enjoyed it. They had a lot of great deals there. The cashier was so sweet! We didnt buy much as we had other stops to make on the way home but we will be going back!

Huge Lidl! Double the size of the one in Matthews I usually go to. Lots of options. Only reason for the 4 star is the checkout lanes always take forever or dont have enough cashiers working.

Amazing fresh bread and croissants for less than 60 cents each. Always always fresh. Grocery has lots of fun German food and great prices.

Awesome, the best part is the bakery! The dinner rolled are 1:1 to the German dinner rolled and the jelly doughnuts (Berliner) are outstanding. 👍

As a faithful Aldi shopper, my review of Lidl is written as a comparison to Aldi. Shopping carts are free (no quarter), though customers are expected to bag their own groceries (using their own bags or bags purchased at Lidl). Prices are comparable to Aldi, and significantly cheaper than wholesale grocery stores. There is a greater selection of foods, including a fresh bakery (cookies, croissants, pretzels), large produce section, and more name brand items. The only reason I wont give it 5 stars is the bagging is poorly designed and stressful when it is crowded. Unlike Aldi, where the cashier places all items in your cart and you can bag it along the large counters away from lines, Lidl customers must bag their items off the conveyor belt. When purchasing a weeks worth of groceries, it is difficult to bag everything without delaying the customers behind you.

Not sure if they are renovating but their cold products are no longer. Cheese and such

Clean store and great prices

They really need to work on keeping the self check out area clean and sanitized. The last time I bought bread from there it seemed really tough not fresh although the date wasnt until February 8th. It still seemed like it was kind of stale. Im really trying to give this store a good try but its really making things difficult. I do however, love their sales on produce on a weekly basis.

The parking lot was pitch black and unsafe at night

Amazing COVID response! They have someone checking to make sure customers are entering the store with a mask. Additionally, they have a sign that allows you to see how many customers are currently in the store. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. 10/10!

This LIDL is about the same size and layout like the one in Matthews. Never leave here empty handed since they have self checkout

The best prices around. Great selection of produce and meat. However I can’t get everything I need weekly here and usually have to stop by Walmart as well.

Just love this place. Great produce, meat and paper goods. Bakery is super but the products have a short shelf life. Stores are very clean, staff helpful. What other grocery store can you buy clothing, housewares,garden products and at a great price. Highly recomended.

Price ok quality you have to watch what youre getting

It was well organized and good variety of produce. Produce looks amazing compared to other competitors. The price was very reasonable. If you want meat then I would definitely recommend this place over Walmart and other grocery stores.

Good place to buy almost anything. The only downside that cost this place a star in my mind is the amount of folks to help billing. Theres only one person manning the registers.

First visit to Lidl and Im very impressed! The store is laid out beautifully with wide aisles. It was very busy today and I absolutely love the self checkout! Their bakery section (just inside the entry) was filled with fresh, decently priced baked goods. Cookies, muffins and I think I saw several selections of donuts as well. It is too far for me to go for a few items, which is my normal shopping but if Im in the area, I will definitely go back!

Good Grocery store and clean

Its awesome to have variety when it comes to food. Lidl has the best prices for cerial that the kids love without costing an arm and a leg. I find that they run out of product with meat because of price and quality they have.

Second week in a row that items advertised are not at the store.Lidl appears to have a bad habit of advertising an item, then not have it in stock. When asking about a item, the answer is always the same, it is sold out, even when you are at store early Wednesday morning,this is either false advertising or incompetence.

Its was a clean store and every one was so nice.

What happened to the perishable food section?

This is becoming my favorite supermarket. Preferable over Aldi because of the self checkout option available and no need to remember a quarter.

Great deals on all their products they have on hand. The only issue I have is tgey frequently end up running out of certain products and some parts of their shelves sit empty or nearly empty for a day or 2. If you are patient and can go back multiple times, you will find everything you need at a very low price.

Im so happy to have this Lidl nearby. They have a great selection but the cleanliness is definitely an issue. With everything going on its an increasing concern. Self checkouts will be covered in food and filth and spills just stay there. The store seems regularly understaffed. I go back because theres things here you cant get anywhere else but they definitely need to increase cleaning.

Love this store. They have great prices, fresh product. They also have a section where they keep in and out items and its nice to see whats new at each visit. Check out sometimes can be a little wait but overall not that bad.

Overall experience was good.We found this grocery store very close to where we are staying and it was easy to get to with the help of Google. Plenty of parking and carts to grab before going in the store.The store is stocked well with produce and baked goods, as well as the usual items on the shelf. We were able to find everything we needed within a quick time frame as it was easy to navigate through the store. The prices, in my opinion, cannot be beat as their items are inexpensive for just about everything. The store also offers a self-checkout which I think is the best feature here.Overall it is a nice and clean store that has everything you might need for your basic grocery shopping needs.

Love this grocery store! They dont have every brand but cover 95% of our needs and much less expensive than the US chains. Id highly recommend.

Honestly this is one of the best grocery stores I have ever been to. The customer service is fantastic and there is a large selection of food and non-food items a bit cheaper than even Walmart. Will only go to other places now if I cant find it at Lidl.

Found what I needed fast

This is a review of the store itself, not the products. This location has been such hit or miss since the pandemic started. Happy to see they have a dedicated person taking care of disinfecting the carts. But the store itself, especially the self check out lanes are very dirty, virus or no virus. There is a security guard standing against the wall/window. Im not exactly sure if this person is in charge of mask wearing policing or general security measures. It would be nice if they were some types of wipes to clean the area. I had to go to the produce section to find paper towel to wipe off the register I was going to use. But it really needed a deep down cleaning. Please take better care of the cleaning of this store more thoroughly and more often. I enjoy going here as they do have good deals/products, but I dont want to feel grossed out. Thank you!

Well kept and clean.. easily accessible and bright isles..

This is the newest grocery store in the area and it gives aldi a run for their money. Obviously you will have to shop for different things at different stores if you want to save the most money. My wife only comes here to check the lidl finds, but I really like the vegetables and some of the chips. You can always get a 24 pack of miller lite for 12.95. Don’t buy GOYA products anywhere unless you hate America and immigrant children. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
