Nice store overall (One level up from WalMart) but A.There is no handicap parking near the front of the store. As a person with one lung that was a slap in the face being that the spots are reserved for online shoppers. B The floor person seemed like she didnt want to be bothered when I asked her about floor pillows I saw online. I ordered from their website. C. another time I went the cherrys in produce were molded. C. They dont have anything that stands out so i wont be going anymore.

This Super Target is one of my favorites The cashiers are always wonderful. Today, I had to correct a few coupon mistakes a previous cashier had made & Vanessa in Guest service did an outstanding job! She was so patient with me as I pulled up my purchases on my app and on my Target Red card. I only wish this location was closer to home.

Ive never had any problems with this Target before a couple days ago. I got this pair of socks for $3 & just two days after wearing them they started to develop holes, which had NOTHING to do with the way I was wearing them, they were just made with cheap material. I DO NOT recommend buying these socks.

The girl at the returns counter helped me. Not sure if she was doing both or just helped out. It took less than a minute to get my order.

Enjoy this location. So much to choose from. Very welcoming. Friendly staff and very clean. Parking lot is very clean. One section that need stocking is the seasoning isle. Overall love this location.

Clean store. Shelves are stocked. Staff is friendly. But they sure do hate checking out customers... Why is the best business model you got force customers to check themselves out by only having two registers open... Do better!

Very huge store, nice and clean, lots of selections but also lots of out of stock.

This target is huge, they dont even have enough merchandise to fill it so a lot of the sections look bare. The grocery section is better than Publix, and I do most of my gercery shopping here. The beauty section could be bigger, buy at least the women clothing section is not a complete mess. There are a lot of womens clothes in store with a pretty good size range.

Merchandise/selection is awesome. Retail therapy go to.

Pleasant customer service experience. At checkout, Beverly was nothing short of amazing. She was such a kind and informative person. She took the time to explain the app, which we have now downloaded, and showed us what it can do. That in itself would have us returning, but Beverly is the kind of employee we wish we could always encounter. Please thank her again, its rightfully deserved, thanks.

Best grocery selection and EXTREMELY helpful and nice staff. I was looking for a specific flavor of Rebel ice cream and they were out in the freezer. I asked an employee at the self checkout and she immediately called someone from the back to check and see if they had any there. He happily walked the three pints up to the checkout for me!!!

Store is clean employees are nice. They have signs outside for people that are driving to stop for pedestrians but some people driving dont so becareful when entering or leaving the store. If your one of those crazy drivers karma will get you so change now while you can.

Extremely disorganized and it makes it difficult to find things. The bathing suits are the worst.

I love Target but yesterday was the second time in 4 months (at this location) that employees are using the family restroom. When I have a baby in a stroller and a 7 year old and we need to use the family bathroom but I have to wait because it’s locked...I hope it’s another family using it, but nope. Both times an employee walked out! So frustrating. I wanted to contact management privately but there is no email listed on their site so here were are. Managers! Please tell your employees to use the regular bathrooms!!!

The store is very nice and clean however, the staff leaves much to be desired. Beverly at self checkout made us feel uncomfortable due to a barcode on a sale item reading incorrectly. She asked my partner to go and take a picture of the price tag and the item next to it on the shelf. She made me wait up front with her and asked me where we found the item anyway. She treated us like we were trying to shoplift or doing something dishonest when we werent. It isnt the customers fault if a barcode doesnt scan properly and theres no justification to treat someone like this.

Everyone is super polite and helpful, but the inconsistency between the online inventory and actual in store inventory drives me nuts.

Seriously asked so many employees for help only to be ignored finally after 30 minutes in the same section found one person to help who waved vaguely and walked off, went to customer service only to stand in line for another 20 minutes with no assistance. The fact of being in a store and looking for help for an hour and unable to find anyone willing to even acknowledge me.

Extremely easy. Ordered about 3 :30 pm, received notice my order was ready about 4:15 pm and picked up my order about 4:35 pm. I was inand out of the store in 2 minutes.

We went to Target yesterday to purchase a phone for Consumer Cellular and get data transferred to the new phone. We arrived before 9 am and were told by Melanie and Christy that the man who is contacted to do that would arrive at 10 am. Since we live 30 minutes away, we told them we would stay in the area and return at 10. When we went back, Melanie was obviously avoiding us. Another gal went and got her. Melanie said the manager was on her way to talk to us. Christy was the manager. Neither woman offered any apology or explanation to us. I went to guest services where a nice young man checked the schedule and said the contracted man was not coming in at all that day. I was furious and told Christy that. I asked for the name of the store manager. She gave me the district manager’s name and number. She offered me a gift card which I refused. We still received no explanation or apology. I’ve left a message for the district manager who has never called me back. So, obviously, there is no recourse for a customer who has a problem at this Target. Naturally, I will never shop there again. I wonder why Melanie and Christy are working in a department where they say, “I don’t know anything about what phones you can get for Consumer Cellular”. Were they not trained in any customer service? It’s a sad state of affairs when a store hires people like that.

Door greater is rude. We asked for a mask and she just points. Don’t even say hello or anything.

Love the new remodel. Store is easy to navigate. Ended up finding a few things that my Target in Matthews did not have. Only downfall was the shortage of registers that were open and the self checkouts were a little cramp.

I have been coming to this Target since it opened. It has always been clean, organized, and the staff was very helpful. This store recently got revamped and ever since that point, this store has went way down hill. The store isnt very organized(the food area is still organized well), things seem to be everywhere and in no order. The clothing area is very sporadic. I can imagine this layout makes it harder for the staff to keep things tidy. With that said, the staff is still nice and helpful. The checkout lines still flow nicely. But whomever decided to change the store around should reconsider their choice. Another note, it seems as if there is less items than previously, but that might be the layout making it seem that way.

Security and some employees/management are not vendor friendly. Infact theyre right out rude ! Some of them can be helpful and nice. But a select few go out of their way to follow us around and snitch, because they are petty and have nothing better to do.

Very Nice and clean Super Target store. They recently updated the store with a look. Its somewhat similar to Target Midtown but since its Super everything is a lot bigger and nicer. The employees are alright.

I was in the area a few days ago and I stopped in the Deli.I looked at the fried chicken.You could not see the chicken for the tags.When I got home Every piece was burnt? how do you do that? We had to order pizza! We wasredour time and moneyI even posted on their Facebook and they did nothing! If you would not eat the food do do serve it to me .and if you would eat it you need to be a Wal-Mart greeter!!

Wasnt a fan before and the remodeled store is even worse. Way overpriced. The only plus was the really nice ladies that went a step up to help me.

This store was very nice. Shelves were clean and tidy. This location though does not have the same products grouped together like others I have been in so it took me awhile to find what I was looking for. Also, I went in to buy coffee creamer. I just went to open the individual cup of creamer and saw it was chunky. They sold me expired product from 8 months ago. Super disappointed but it is not worth me taking it back for $2.30.

I was at this store Saturday 3/13/2021. This was the worst experience Ive had. The store was disgusting. It was not only physically dirty but it was trashed. Nothing was stocked. Every department had items thrown everywhere. There were isles you couldnt even push a cart through. Not to mention everything was out of stock. It looked like people had come through the store and ripped things off the shelves and dumped them on the floor. Plenty of staff walking around but not doing anything. I hope corporate pays this store a visit soon. They need help. I will nolonger shop at target, I dont want to be selecting items from the floor. Ill spend my money elsewhere

Kids toothbrushes and adult toothbrushes are not together left without a new toothbrush for my son. Womens shampoo and mens shampoo is not together... Also got followed around the store like I was trying going to steal something. The loss department here needs better training.

I was very pleased with the service of in store pick-up for my Target purchase. I was able to purchase the product online, I was notified of the status and when I could pick it up (very quickly), and when I arrived at the store was greeted promptly and my purchase was brought to me. At the store it took less than a minute to tell them who I was, and to get my product. Very quick and easy.

Lovely place to shop with a Starbucks inside. Very easy to find products that don’t have sulfate or Parabin. Granted that there are less then five brands/products but I’m sure that will expand in the future.

Store is very clean. Very competitive pricing overall a great place to shop. However this dog was a bit intrusive. Should have a better sense of personal space.

The overall quality of the store has gone down. There were a lot of shoppers who were not wearing masks despite there being a mask mandate. Also, when I went to pick up my items ordered online, the cordless carpet cleaner was one that had been sold and returned previously. This isnt the quality of service that I expect from Target nor is it the experience I expect to have when shopping at Target. Ill be hesitant to return.

Clean, friendly and a lot closer to me than Wal-Mart. Prices are higher though, but sometimes its worth it considering theres not as many people shopping here.

They are so friendly and ready to help. An employee by the name of Luis stopped what he was doing to help me find the item I was looking for.

The person who delivered my items to my car was very pleasant, and she was on the way to pick-up spot while I was was pulling in. I was spoiled I never had such service.

The cashier that was on our register did not ring out all items. when we got home and noticed some of the items were not rung out and were not set aside. we called and nothing matching our description was set aside.

They had the items I wanted, but service was abysmal. We were not allowed to enter the store near the order pick-up desk. Had to go to the far door, then to order pick-up desk, then back to far door, then back to car. My husband was exposed to 4X as many people as necessary to pick up our order. They were more interested in only having to clean carts at one entrance than really keeping people safe from exposure.

You know, I dont exactly live right around the corner from your store. I shouldnt have to call the store three times just to be hung up on to find out if you carry an item before I drive all the way out to your store to spend my money!

I come to this target all the time and today I had (LP) Loss Prevention is what they call them follow me around the store looking all in my cart and I never go to self-checkout but today I did and watch me the whole time like was going to steal something to point I ask her did she want to ring up my stuff because she had me all shaking and nerves to the point I wanted to go off but I didn’t because my child was standing right there... this is so not right to do to a loyal customer that is always shopping in there I’m so angry about this!!!!

The convenience and little to no waiting in line.

Bad experience. A sales associate in the womens apparel grabbed a jacket out of my hand. She said the clothes cant be touched unless buying?? I was going to buy..I had to call the manager. The manager was polite and apologetic But NO ONE should have a worker that is so unprofessional, and grouchy working for them.

My coworker and I had hundreds of school supplies that we were purchasing for the children in our program. Our cashier, the gentleman helping our cashier bag, and the manager were extremely nice. Not once did anyone complain about how many things we had or how long it would take. Our cashier was also very quick and before we knew it we were out the door!

I was here, yesterday July 18, 2020.Unless there were massive sales.....their shelves need to be stocked.The prices are a bit steep. Esp when you can get the same name brands of Laundry detergent on Sale at Walgreens OR less expensive anywhere else.Womens clothing is expensive for the quality. Many of the Junior wear is Made In China. Targets clothing is the same quality as Walmart. Except Walmart is less expensive.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had! Target it supposed to be a helpful and nicer employees! Most of the cashier are great workers but management needs work! Esspecially manager stephanie who works in the evening!

I tend to be pretty conflicted about this location since it is out of my way. i love the store itself - always fully stocked and neatly kept and super fun to explore. the main problem is the staff. i have never once had a pleasant interaction with a staff member there and have frequently heard them berating one another or other customers. unpleasant staff experiences paired with a wonderful physical space equals a weird overall feeling.

Store is neat and clean. Only issue is crowded and only 2 check out with people to help so self check out line was long.

Experienced racial profiling By Lillie, suppose to be a manager refused today exchange my items today. Told me I had to go back to the target I purchased the items from. At the end of the day my money is green just like everyone else’s.

Clean store and helpful staff

The store was definitely not my usual shopping experience, since I typically shop at smaller stores. However, I was able to find what I was looking for. The prices were not as high as I expected. The cashier, Cathy, was kind and helpful.

Good selection and great staff - the girl working the self checkout was very kind and helpful.

Poor customer service..the lady asked for my if then went to look for the order handed me the bag and held up a pad to sign fir the order new thank you no greeting nonverbal interaction..the worse target experience wont return. I did not have to buy from target many other retailers I could have purchased from.

What everyone else is saying recently. I LOVE Target, but the new layout is terrible. It’s hard to find anything and the aisle naming/numbering doesn’t make any sense, so that isn’t any help. The left side of the store isn’t bad, it’s the left side/home goods area that is totally messed up. Used to go in here all the time (I work 5 minutes away and it’s really convenient for that reason) but I don’t go in here unless I have to now.

Ive never had a bad experience here. A huge thank you to the friendly staff.

Easy to find what I wanted

This was my 1st time placing order online for pickup. The whole process was easy; the quick up-to-minute response from Target team was so fast and convenient. And pickup was 1, 2, 3...no browsing aisles, standing in long lines or having to schlep kids along. I am a very satisfied customer and will do it again.

Bright clean store with large aisles. Friendly, helpful staff, great selection and excellent prices. Red Card gives me additional discounts at every visit.

I live pretty equidistant between two Target stores, but I greatly prefer this one. I love that its a SuperTarget with the grocery side, but sometimes they are out of the product I am looking for. But the parking is a lot easier and the store seems more open and better organized than the Huntersville Target near Hwy 77.

The store was neat and organized,but no wonder theyre products are so, free of clutter cause,Im assuming they suspect everyone is seeking a five finger discount...Because, a employee radio another employee code blackand then that employee asked me a black woman did I need any help finding something...But, she didnt ask the white people standing near me...So, I feel if youre of the caucasian persuasion take as much time as you need to shop...But, if youre like me a code black person you should Hurry up and buy. Or youll be targeted through out your visit to the Target.

Very bad customer service here at this location . A Lady in the womens clothing dept. was unbelievably rude and unprofessional towards my daughter.

This is a very clean Target! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I don’t mind spending my money here. The layout was odd but, I ended up finding things I didn’t know I was looking for. Went on Christmas Eve and the shelves were still pretty stocked compared to other target stores I visited. Not to familiar with this Kannapolis area so I’m still exploring this side of town and I must say I don’t mind driving out to visit this target!

Usually lovely. Today I went around 2:30, and had massive difficulties getting around the store. Coveted samples of chocolate and coffee were being given out directly next to each other, therefore causing everyone to block a main isle with meats and two secondary isles. The store could have thought better of this and customers could be more considerate. I didnt even consider getting a sample, even though they looked good, just because of what a bother any sample taker was because of the location of the samples. Very bothersome.I usually love the checkout service here, but finding help elsewhere in the store is usually difficult.Dont plan on being in and out the lines always take forever.They always have the things I want though with good sales.Also, I hear they fire people that were overworked and were just trying to handle the three different jobs they were required to do simultaneously. I guess thats why the employees here are so overly nice, they bully them into being that way...

The two stores near me have been remodeled and it is impossible to find what I want. I rarely go to Target now cause the newly remodeled store is horrible.

My daughter who was an employee was accused of stealing a 5 dollar gift card a customer gave her. They put her in a tiny room questioning her. Great....she has PTSD, extreme anxiety, and depression. When she had a panic attack they ask her if it because she is feeling guilty. So they fire her. But want her to finish her shift. WHAT! So beware. If you give your cashier that gift card they may lose their job.

The attitude of the staff. Im tired of being treated like something on the bottom of someones shoe. I get few smiles and questions are greeted with condescension. Customer service reps are a hit-or-miss proposition: some are helpful, others act as though Ive created a grand faux pas. Im giving you my money; Im paying your salary (indirectly) - at least smile!

Target is my go to place if I want groceries, toys, or anything I need, I has everything I could every need there, and when I went a while ago, they had rearranged everything, and It looked as if they had a tiny model of the Target, and everything placed in the right spot, but they shook it around a few times, and when they did, they just took they new places, and moved things there. I think that is really cool, and nothing should be the same for a super long amount of time.

This store always on the app says they have a certain item in stock, not the case when you’re in the store trying to purchase the item because it’s actually out of stock. Also this target is always a mess with stuff everywhere and never organized. I’ve found the target in Huntersville super clean and organized, plus they always have items that are listed as in store on their app.
