Its a Hannaford. If youre looking for decent produce, okay meats and seafood, at prices comparable to Shaws but better quality foods, youre in luck. I go for convenience as I dont have the lines like Market Basket but my other option is overpriced local Shaws. It depends on my mood. What I do like is they are standardized across all the franchise.

Great store. Best deli of any grocer around. Fair prices. Clean. Respectful employees.

This place is big and good amount of choices app works well staff were helpful and curtious. People who collect carts should get a raise with how much work this can be.

I had never been to Hannaford and man....it is BEAUTIFUL! I was almost a little sensory overloaded with all of the choices. I definitely have to go back without my son so I can spend more time taking it all in. I love that they have fresh meat and veggie plates already seasoned and ready for cooking. So if there is a night I had a ? mark or plan for take out (because i didnt have time to plan a recipe etc), I can just grab something they already dreamed up and prepared ....like chicken gyro with all the fixings or stir fry or marinated meats for the grill....I may have to subscribe to Hannaford to Go!!

Submitted rx wed nite online. Msg related pick up thus by 1pm. Waited til fri morn to pick up meds and was told meds not filled yet because thurs was crazy. Really. Great customer service... not. Tell my diabetes to wait on getting a necessary medicine

Excellent produce, great variety of products, quick self checkout, super clean floors.

Store was remodeled during the last year. Produce, gourmet cheeses, deli all have a fresh look. More self-checkout stations also. To prevent crowding, there is a single waiting line for all the staffed checkouts. Unfortunately, this sometimes creates a long line snaking back towards the frozen food and dairy aisles. They recently started a separate waiting line for the self-checkouts, which helps considerably for those using that method.

Hannaford has gone down hill just about Everytime I go in. I told the produce workers, 4 of them about all of their moldy avacodos and they stared at me and said nothing. They didnt take care of it till I left because I kept checking back throughout my shopping trip. I also found a stand that had some avacodos hanging from it and I went to look at them and they fell apart in my hand they were so rotten. At this point I told the customer service desk and they didnt seem to care either. I was disgusted with this. Especially after going through 4 bags of bad chicken in 3 days.

I usually really like shopping at Hannaford but yesterday changed that. They have a sign up on the entry doors advising that masks are required yet I had to pass by no fewer than 5 people not wearing masks. Never did I see these people approached and asked to put on a mask. Over 220,000 people and more everyday, in this country are dead. If I cant be sure Im safe shopping in the store then I wont shop in the store.

I prefer Hannaford for produce, meats etc.Also, the customer service there has always been good (for me at least).

They dont have many of the foods that I like. I have to shop at Market Basker as well to get all the things I want. I spend more at the store I go to first. It anoying

Bought a few pre-made salads that went bad a little quicker then expected. Brought them back expecting store credit and instead got a smile, double my money back and no hassle. Hope we can do better next time the manager says. You will because now I wont grocery shop anywhere else.

Tonight Im upset. Im Getting pretty tired of seeing employees without masks. Tonight I watched a head cashier pull their mask all the way down to yell to other employees. A customer walked in front of them and cringed away in horror as this person yelled inches from their face.Another produce employee was seen picking their nose/teeth with their mask pulled down. Please train your employees in how to properly wear PPE.Theres now position for an employee to dictate when customers approach cash registers helping to enforce social distancing. So why was there a couple crowded in the same lane as me no more than 2 feet away? I know its hard for everyone right now but Hannaford can do better.This is why we left Market Basket?

Excellent place to shop in these trying times! ALL the employees and staff were super friendly and helpful. The manager welcomed customers and was passing out $5 gift cards for us early senior shoppers stating appreciation us for coming in and shopping there. Cheaper than Shaws but lacks a few flavors or certain products that they carry for some reason. Shaws has what they dont across the street. Selection is good overall though and employees and friendly and nice

Hannaford-to-go is the best! I do have to plan ahead a few days for an available pick up day but its worth waiting for. The Hannaford people delivering the groceries are always very kind and personable. Thank you!

Love there price

I love Hannaford so much, but today I was pretty crushed by the wreckless bagging and damaged groceries when I got home. I usually help reload the cart, but as I am currently with crutches, I had to let go, as the bagger tossed my heavy groceries on top of the delicate stuff. I put everything on the conveyor belt in the order it should be bagged. Heavy stuff first. Dairy together, cans together, etc.... got home with smashed avocados, tomatoes & broken taco shells.

Just a hassle to come here now, I would rather walk through Walmarts baby filled screamed aisles than deal with rude people in the taped walking lanes and slow cashiers. A simple mask required policy is all you need, not this guided arrow on the floor nonsense, which is the reason the store is chaotic now.

Great selection. Although they recently renovated the sections and everything is not where it used to be. Was a little confusing when I came back to that but great start and friendly atmosphere. Good place to shop for sure.

The prices are robbery to survive. Your hoaders like gas companies. I will never shop in your store again. The cost for some of us are not achievable and it is disgusting. Higher paid shoppers may be able to afford it like drs, lawyers but the person that struggles to put a meal on the table for their family it would be impossible. Thanks for asking.

I like this grocery store. Some minor annoyances such as staples like cilantro being out for half of the week, every week. Prices are a little higher too. I can always find what I need here without going to another store though, so I keep coming back.

Been shopping Hannafords for years. This store is good, recent renovation. During pandemic they have good protocols in place.

First time going here and the staff was helpful and friendly. The store was very clean and well stocked. There were cleaning carriages and had mask available for people that didnt have one with them. Check out was fast although I didnt like how they had that set up. People were not spaced out enough and they have 2 different line that branched from one. They could use a better system for checkout I think.

I do keto and they have some of the best products for it!

Best grocery store in Concord.

Crabbiest checkout people, long lines, empty shelves missing certain brands, poor produce, Significantly higher prices than any other grocery store in town. And do not ever buy seafood here.

With these times of Covid I’m a little more careful about cart handles. I had asked the person who was supposed to be cleaning off the handles to wipe ( or redo mine off for my peace of mind) Given nasty attitude “ I’ve done that one!!!I thought it was the employees job and a simple request to do!! ( To me it doesn’t matter if it’s done 400 times if a customer wants it clean Do it!!) I’ve gone to other grocery stores in the area and they have gladly done it for me and never been given an attitude. I won’t go back to Hanniford unless I have my own wipes so I can make sure my cart handles are cleaned properly. And if you’re asking yes I always wear my mask.

Pretty great overall. More affordable than Shaws but a tiny bit more expensive than Market Basket. Staff are usually courteous and the store is always clean. Many products available for gluten free or vegan folks.

The produce selection is fantastic. Great quality. A didnt give the store five stars because I feel like a lot of the regular grocery items are more expensive than their competing grocery store.

Had everything i needed and more, always had a hard time finding blue cheese, but they had that and the dressing variety. Staff was friendly, everything was organized and easy to find, only took me 8min to get in and out approximately.

Had to leave a good review. The store, while under a frustrating remodel, is going to look great when finished. Cindy was great with helping me around finding some items I was looking for, and I had Alex help me quickly find some other items and scan me out with a friendly smile. The people around the store were really awesome and helpful even though there is a lot of stress in the air. The selection is pretty good, and the sushi is amazing. Give that man a raise behind the sushi counter! Awesome!

It was fantastic! I zipped in to pick up a Birthday cake for my husband, and there was a clerk right there, asking if she could help me. I had happy birthday written on his cake, it took less than five minutes! Then I was off to pick up some icecream and a few snacks to bring home for my husbands party. Each isle was clearly marked in large print. I asked a grocery clerk that was on the floor if he knew where the paper plates were, he said isle 10. He was right! Very knowledgeable staff! Hannaford? More like Heavenford. organic options? Yes, an entire section dedicated to health foods. Sushi bar? Yes. All your favorite ice cream brands? Yes. Free cookies for children 10 and under? Yes. Have I taken some of these cookies in my ripe old age of 18? Yes. But only when I ask permission from the bakery staff. Overall a wonderful place where you will knock everything off your grocery list. Self check out option and excellent staff. Especially the sushi guy. Very talented young man.

Great store in the best seafood you can buy I mean if you want good seafood go over there why is why you want to buy fish and any type of seafood whatsoever and they have awesome pastries and lunch meat is well this is the place to buy your food I know its a little more pricey but some stuff isnt and they guarantee it fresh or no give me your money back and the new package of whatever it is you bought so my rating is a 10 out of 10 actually 11 out of 10 they are the best stir in this whole city I guarantee it they got the best lobsters the best Clans the best seafood you could ever taste in your mouth the card is caught fresh right out of the ocean never-frozen I mean it is awesome place to go if you like seafood and have other stuff there too A lot of the other stuff is expensive eyeglass wear for that but for seafood and meats expensive only go there when they have a little extra money to spend because they are expensive but the seafood is a good deal because its so fresh no fishing nasty taste freshly cut right out of the ocean you can tell Im a fisherman I know my s*** and that fish was never Frozen before most of it anyway most of the fish you have to ask the clerk and hell tell if it was frozen and out before but overall its a great store

Even though it is busy, one can still get around the store easily. There is a large variety of products and new ones to explore. The workers are friendly and helpful. The self-checkouts are easy. Prices are competitive.

I love the new layout and redesign of this store! The produce selection is wonderful, the meat counter has a ton of options and today I scored fresh sea scallops for $4.99 a pound!

This is a very nice store, I dont go in that often being disabled I used the Hannaford to go which is a fantastic way to shop. Online schedule your foods and pick up time, you show up and they bring it right out to you you hand them your card is swipe it right there Then load your car for you. Ask for inside rarely out of the products you want and Everywhere You Go everyone is extremely friendly all departments are well-staffed and well-stocked.

It really stinks since they renovated. They dont carry some of the things we used to buy and their prices have gone up while the customer service has gone down. I asked if they could butterfly a whole chicken and was told they cant do that any more because they would have to clean the board and they dont even sell cut up chickens any more...ridiculous!

I come from down south and of all the places up here theres only one that has the quality, prices and great staff like Publix.... thats here. Without doubt.

Hannaford to go is the best thing ever, it has been pretty much life changing, my wife and I are in our late 30s and have recently been disabled due to my wife having cancer and I suffered a spinal injury, we have both had surgery and this service is exceptional, we can still get out and do our shopping and feel completely normal without killing ourselves to try to go throughout the store. The staff is always very friendly and the fee is next to nothing really compared to the time you will spend inside the store.... its a $2 to $5 maximum charge. Even once were all healed up we will probably use the serviced for it is that convenient. And our cat even enjoys the bags that the Hannaford to go orders come in, every time we get them he does the same thing, and the bags are recyclable👍

Fast and friendly service

Hannafords is my favorite grocery store in New Hampshire. I love their selection of just about anything you can think of grocery wise, and you can get good deals on me if you know what to look for, as a manager specials. This store isnt as big as the one in Concord, but usually I can still find what Im looking for. Thats the reason I gave it four stars instead of five, because there is less of a selection due to its smaller size.
