This place is amazing. Great prices, polite and knowledgeable staff, very friendly, fantastic service. Super clean, well organized and even take suggestions to add to their assortment.Best place in the Bay Area to buy Ukrainian/Russian/ Belorussian and Turkish delicacies. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Nice small shop with parking. Selection is fine. Most important-products are not expired like in many shops of San Francisco. I wish they would have smaller sized mini-pelmeni. But I will come again for sure.

Fabulous selection. Of everything -- cold cuts, pelmeni, tworog, candies, juices, prepared side dishes, spices, and everything in between that you may miss from the Eastern bloc counties. And the near east ones, too (khalva, dates, etc).Very helpful owners, who speak a bunch of languages and are eager to help. The prices are great, everything is fresh and the store is very clean. I love coming in. You get recognized and are treated like old friends. 👍

There are lots of delightful things here you may have trouble finding elsewhere. Poppyseed pastries and pickles and chocolates. Headcheese, hams and sausages. The only downside is I cant always read the labels, but that can be a little exciting too.

Overpriced. Wouldnt let me use my ATM card without reaching a limit. I can understand about credit cards, but ATM shouldnt have that same limit.

Very disappointed. Poor selection and quality. Bought two herrings, both of them were rotten, threw them into the trash. Comparing with other similar shops this one is worst.

A good store, sometimes there are stale products, which, for example, 1-2 days before the end of the shelf life of the goods

Had a very unpleasant communication with the new management of the store. She came and brought goods that could not be taken into her mouth. I wanted to exchange. They didn’t. It does not matter, but it is terribly not pleasant that they did not even sympathize, but rather pronounced it. They also made me guilty ... oh well, threw the goods into the trash, lost a couple of bucks. Not the essence ... But the product is really, as previous buyers said, often stale and not worth the risk. Especially sausages or herring. Whether its Teds Delicatessen on Monument Blvd. And they will serve you humanly, and they will give you a try, and they will advise you - you will not regret what you bought. And some popular products are cheaper. GOING FOR PURCHASES IN EUROPEAN FOOD MARKET - THE SHOPPING NEEDLE IS NOT WORTH.

There are basic products that are used to in Russia. These are seeds, herring, mackerel, brown bread, kvass, soda, sausage, cottage cheese, etc.
