Called in and customer service was rude over the phone. She kept stating I recommend the 14 karrot gold. And I kept stating over and over why I wasnt buying my niece gold. She then stated they could not help me. She lost money because I probably would of came in, gave in and bought the gold earrings if service was great, even though I knew my niece would lose them regardless.

Asia was awesome! She was so friendly and patient. She pierced my 2 yo ears all by herself. We were a little worried getting it done one ear at a time but she did it in seconds! I would definitely recommend this place especially Asia!! Thank you so much.

Got my ears pierced for the first time today and the associates were super friendly, both while I had questions on the phone and when I came in-person! The piercing itself was completely harmless and I hardly felt anything.

Pierced my cartilage with a piercing gun which isn’t how your supposed to piece cartilage which caused me to get keloids where they pierced it had to take them out to help not get an infection from the improper piercing

Took my 3 year old to get her first piercing. The staff was very friendly and made my daughter feel relaxed. We wanted both ears done at the same time. No problem. They even hid the piercing guns from her sight as not to scare her. My daughter did not cry. Though she did give mom the evil look. The staff was very friendly, even on a busy Sunday.

The young lady who helped me not sure her name but she was an African American female neatly dressed and wore some beautiful Jamaican jewelry she was able to help me and she went out of her way to locate my insurance policy on my ring that I got in from there for my wedding to make sure that I received what was rightfully mines at the price it was supposed to been greatly appreciate it thank you please visit if you see

Terrible staff. They dont acknowledge the customers and take forever to take care of the others waiting. I took two attempts to get a piercing there and I ended up quitting. They simply dont care.

The only reason I am giving one star is because the manager refunded me and was very sweet. Other than that I had an awful experience the woman messed up with the gun and it hurt so bad and she shattered my cartilage in my nose because she did it in the wrong spot. Do not ever get your nose done here!!!

I had my neices ears peirced at a pagoda in Fl, all of the equipment came out of fresh sterile sealed bags. I took my daughter on Sunday to get her ears peirced and they just pulled the guns out of a draw, no cleaning them, no nothing. As a mom thats where I went wrong. Got the ears peirced and went on our way. I bought screw back earings. Well today is Tuesday so 3 days after it being done one of the earings has fallen out, I call the store and they ask me if I got the warranty! What warranty? I was not offered a warranty. So now Im crawling on my hands and knees to find this earing. So mad they wouldnt accommodate me in any way.

I find that they are too expensive for such a small variety of jewelry for what I wanted and the last time I went there was this lady who was just rude the whole time.

I guess u get what u pay for. Spent nearly 500 dollars on a 10k gold jesus pendant that broke a week later. Cheap cheap jewelry.... buyers beware !!!
