This was the best experience by far! I got engaged on 4/17/2021 and the future husband got the wrong size :( He originally made the purchase at Northlake Mall. Being that was not close to me whats so ever I took it to get sized at Concord Mills on 4/18/2021. I finally got it back 5/3/2021 and was so excited!! It was extremely loose fitting and i was so paranoid the diamond would come off.............it did on 5/10/2021 a week later!! I was so upset! I called Concord Mills and they told me to bring in and it was no big deal. WRONG!!! The lady that was helping me was extremely rude! It was around 6pm when i went in since i got off from work and went straight there! The girl did not even ask my name or any detail about an account she just said she couldnt help me and I needed to go where i purchased it from! I let her know it was further away to which she answered its only a 15 min drive from here I was super heartbroken! I called Afton Village since i did not want to drive all the way to Charlotte being that it was far from where I live. They let me know that information was wrong and they would be more than happy to help! Aimee and Kayla are the sweetest and made me so happy! I actually fly out of state Friday to originally show my parents my engagement ring and assured me they would do everything possible to get it beforehand, if not it would be the regular 2 weeks which i am fine with. I was just so happy to have a lovely experience with caring staff!!!
What started out as a nightmare, turned into a dream. My original engagement ring was destroyed by the repair company Kay Jewelers used. After many emotional discussions, Kays came through, did what was right, and also helped my husband surprise me with a new wedding band to go with the replacement ring (the style ring I had, is no longer available). I was completely shocked, and cried right there in the store. Chris, the manager, and my husband planned the surprise the night before, and I gotta say, Chris played it off perfectly.It was not his fault, Amy (the assistant manager) or anyone at the stores fault that the repair shop destroyed my ring, but they were the ones that had to deal with all my crying, and yelling. You can never replace something so sentimentally valuable, but with my husband and Chris surprising me with a new wedding band, to match the new engagement ring, it created a whole new, perfect memory.Thank you, Chris, & Amy for taking care of this.Katie Caruso
New wedding ring I purchased for my wife had a diamond missing when I brought it back they said they couldn’t refund my money cause I paid in cash and they’d have to either send a check from corporate OR give me a ring from another store … completely unacceptable. If you accept cash you need to be able to refund cash .
My wife’s ring had the stone come off!! I when to Kays to have it repaired to surprise her for her B-Day. I know how much she loved it. Two weeks is what they said, a month later I called and still not ready .Finally got the ring and looked beautiful! Better late than never. Today, just months later the stone falls out and they tell me it’s gonna cost me more money to repair it again. Heartbreaking

The ladies there are so nice! They didnt make me feel pressured and I was able to find the wedding band of my dreams with their help. They also made sure it got here in time for my wedding. Kayla, youre the best!
Horrible service emailed me my order was ready for pick up it wasn’t ready not to mention they didn’t have half of it and the so called manager didn’t even bother to accommodate with another one. Ridiculous.

There’s a new manager Kevin and he is so RUDE!!!! I would not come to this store. Go to the Carolina mall location!! They will NEVER have my service at this one.
Manager of that store is horrible she is the worse person with her acttitud, never come back to that store . That’s why I go to make business with other jewelry stores .
