They have always taken great care of us. Today, we went in expecting to buy a new ring because of a sizing issue on a Tungsten wedding band, but our rep informed us we could exchange our ring for the size we needed. I really appreciated that, and will visit Jared for all of our future needs.

They will literally rob you with interest and the diamonds are way over price. Save your money and go somewhere that doesn’t rip you off!!
Buyer beware!My wife purchase for me a relatively nice Tag Heuer watch from Jared. They sold her a warranty that included lifetime battery replacement mentioning how expensive it can be for this kind of waterproof watch. Several years later, we take the watch in to have the battery replaced. They recommended it be sent off to Tag because they dont have the equipment to properly reseal the otherwise waterproof watch. They then called to say it would cost $350 to replace the battery and reseal the watch. I decline and insisted Jared honor the warranty. They said they would replace the battery, but not reseal the watch. From my perspective, resealing a high end waterproof watch is part of the battery replacement, and a large reason we paid for the warranty. The warranty sale was misleading and I do not recommend doing business with Jared

I just want to thank Debbie for the time and efforts to search for bands for my last sale Neil Lane ring that we have been searching for 5 yrs now! I can not tell you how happy I am! She took her time while Shugah helped us on another item we were looking for. I can’t say enough on how these lady’s made us feel welcomed and loved while we shopped for our Christmas last minute. They have been such an answered prayer for us! I thought we were going to have to special design rings to fit! Because of Debbie we are finally going to enjoy the full set! They are very nice salespeople but the quality of their repair work is my 1 star review, we literally just picked up a 3k engagement ring where one of the tiny tiny side diamonds fell out and literally 2 days later it fell out again! We had similar issues with a necklace where the clasp kept breaking over and over after multiple repairs. Would not recommend based on our horrendous repair experience at this location
I had gone to the Jared’s in pineville because one of the small diamonds on my halo came out within two months of me getting engaged and they “tried” to fix it and it looked awful. They put in a much smaller (and noticeable) diamond and put it in tilted so it was extremely obvious. I went back for a second time and it literally looked like they only cleaned it and gave it right back to me and I kept saying it wasn’t right and they basically said there was nothing else they could do. Since I am a younger bride (22 years old) and my fiancé is deployed I had to go alone and they took advantage of that trying to brush me off. So I went to the Jared’s in Concord in hopes that the third time was a charm....and it was. I worked with Ahmed and he assured me that I was not crazy for seeing it as a smaller diamond and made sure that it was perfect or he would replace it entirely. They fixed it for me within 24 hours and I cannot even tell which diamond had to get fixed. He even told me that when they took out the replaced diamond, it was indeed incredibly smaller (so I wasn’t crazy). He was patient and nice and respectful unlike the other one in pineville. I will be going to that Jared in concord if I ever have any issues with my engagement ring and when I look for my wedding bands I will definitely be asking for Ahmed’s help.
During a scheduled appraisal appointment I was told my diamond engagement band was not real diamonds I was shocked as not only was it certified but they had repaired it and resized it at the very same store I then asked her to check again She did using another diamond checker and found it was truly a diamond I asked her to check my previous ring again as well and she refused I canceled my appraisal I won’t pay for that
Im a long time customer here, getting both of our wedding bands here and multiple earrings and another ring. I have a wish list here for my husband. I went in just the other day with an appointment to pick out another ring. I was rushed, not attended to well, and it appeared the lady put my rings that I picked out on my wish list. They seemed very discombobulated about it all and said the wish list would be sent to my husband within 24 hours. It was never sent. He called and they said they couldnt send it. They gave him a sku of the highest priced ring that I picked but somehow couldnt find the others on the list. Funny, because they showed me the list on the store even if earrings I put on there years ago. I know its all there. Sooo why couldnt they just give him the items over the phone?!?This placed now disgusts me now. Unbelievable.
The Staff are great. They were able to bring in a ring from out of state and still offered the online sale! Clean location with large variety.
I called in a week in advance to schedule an appointment for a cleaning and to get my ring dipped. I arrived 10 minutes early to find out that they are doing any cleanings and no one scheduled my appointment. I informed her that I scheduled it last week and the lady said told me what she had available. I picked the first available time. The lady in the store said sorry Im not sure who you talk to but we can put you a list for a call back and are you sure you called here. Hmm. Are you serious Yes, we bought by wedding band here and it would great if someone would of told me last week Im leaving Wednesday to go out of town and the young lady I spoke to reassured me I would have it back by Tuesday. The women started to walk me out of the building and said I can show you on the door were not doing any cleanings. I said I dont care whats on the door were when I called in last week. No one informed me of this and I could have taken my business elsewhere. Disappointing experience and clearly one according to the reviews alot of people have issues here.
RUDE! We have visited the Concord Jared many times in the past with no issues, but the two recent visits the lady who answers the phone (today 11/24) and while going in-person has absolutely no customer service skills. Very rude, short answers, and bad attitude. We will no longer visit this location.
I LOVE Pandora. I usually shop at the REEDS across the street at the mall because THEY ARE PHENOMENAL!! I really only shop here for some Disney pieces but I decided to get myself a bangle. After waiting a week I finally for the bangle in, the problem is that it was the wrong size. The tag on the bracelet said the correct size but it was the too big and almost went to my elbow. I spoke with a Christina G and she told me that I was wrong and it was the right size. I proceeded to measure the bracelet and it was not until then she finally believed me and the only thing I could do was return it. Oh, and it would be over four months for me to get my money back. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPAY AND WILL PROCEED TO STOP PURCHASING PIECES FROM HERE.

DO NOT recommend working with anyone besides Jeff. Jeff made our wedding experience completely amazing and we worked with him from the beginning specifically. This review is not a reflection of his work at all and would highly recommend him to anyone.My fiancé and I ordered our wedding gifts to be delivered in store since they were not in stock. We went to pick up today and specified on the phone that we were picking up and that they were WEDDING GIFTs for them to be separated upon arrival and specified again as we called to say we arrived to pick them up. Unfortunately Jeff was off today and there were two extremely cold, rude, ignorant ladies working. They brought the gifts right up to us not wrapped, and in plain sight. They were extremely rude and were making small talk with each other about how they couldn’t wait for dinner time (at 4pm). They even told my fiancé to “go away” as they handed me the receipt. Beyond disappointed with the service we had today and now that our wedding gift “surprises” are ruined, in addition to the coldness we were greated with.
The staff were very friendly and professional. The store was arranged well and they have most any kind of jewelery you can imagine. This store is close to Concord Mills mall but is very easy to get in and out of unlike the mall. They had the specific Pandora charm that I was looking for in stock. The transaction only took a few minutes which was awesome considering it was the day before Christmas. I highly recommend them!
Stay away!! My husband lost my wedding band 2 days before our wedding, so that led to us trying to find a last minute fix. We needed to find somewhere that had something in stock and that could be sized by the next day. So, we landed at Jared since they promised the 3 hour shop turnaround time. We decided to purchase an enhancer for my diamond solitaire, due to the fact that I wanted a band for each side at some point and did not want to have to do business with Jared again. When we went to pick up the enhancer after the 3 hour sizing, my diamond fit into the enhancer but wouldnt go onto my finger as the set. This was the day before my wedding, so we had no choice but to deal with the situation and make do for the wedding ceremony. The ladies at Jared told us to come back Sunday (the day after the wedding) and have my diamond sized up so that it would fit into the enhancer. That made logical sense due to the enhancer being a 9.5 and the engagement ring being an 8.5, so we went back first thing Sunday morning. We knew that having the engagement ring sized at Jared would void the warranty my husband had purchased for the ring, but we went ahead and did it anyways just to have the set complete and wearable within 3 hours. So we dropped off the ring on Sunday morning, went to lunch and went back to get it. When we arrived, the ring still didnt fit - it wouldnt slide on and off. The engagement ring had been sized up but still wouldnt fit on with the enhancer. They each fit individually but did not fit as a pair. At that point, we had already wasted our entire day in Concord but gave the ring back to the shop to try again. We got the call that it was ready and went to pick up the ring and they had sized my 8.5 engagement ring to an 11.75 (!!!!!!!!!). Needless to say, it slid right onto my finger, but also twirled around and slid right off as well. So now that the entire day is wasted and that the shop is closed, I had an enhancer that fit and a diamond solitaire that just flipped around from side to side in the enhancer. The ladies at Jared didnt seem to think that this was a big deal that my mounting and diamond were just being beat to heck every time I moved my hands. They tried putting a piece of a paperclip in the ring to try to stabilize it and then just squeezed the enhancer more tightly together onto the engagement ring to try to pin it in there. Obviously, neither of these options were sufficient whatsoever. They kept repeatedly telling us ohhh you just need to solder it together and itll be fine, but we cant do that today. Mind you, we had been there since 11am and this was closing time. We live an hour away from Concord Mills, so going home and then back to get it isnt really feasible. In turn, we wasted over 6 hours at Concord Mills waiting for this ring, only to pick it up and be in much worse condition than when I dropped it off that morning. The ladies couldnt care less that my husband and I were leaving the store very upset and proceeded to charge us for the sizings. So now, I am going to have to have my engagement ring sized BACK DOWN and then soldered to the enhancer. I cant wait to pay Jared to take gold out of my band that they stretched way too far and for the soldering that I wouldnt have had to do previously. Thanks Jared!
The staff (Jeff and Suga) were fantastic and spent hours with us to find the first ring. Then after we decided it wasnt quite right they brought in the rings and diamonds we requested and helped build the perfect ring for us. Everything was timely and well communicated. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and not pushy. I would definitely recommend them to others. They were very competitive on the diamond price and we shopped around a lot, locally and online.
The people were really nice but why are they closing at 6:45. 7 o’clock Closing time is posted online.
Always love to go there people there are very good at customer service and very good with dealing with an issue when needed and yes water and coffee are free too. But the people there are always rest to help when you need something and they can help you pick something out if your not sure what to get a f the person you give it are always very pleased with the item you give them

This place has no customer service. They are rude and a special order was not sized right. So do not go here the staff does not care about service at all. And staff making comments about how they don’t like how things are working at the store. Will never be back
My wife went to just drop off her ring for cleaning and it took her 45 minutes. That was not for the actual cleaning. She had to come back later to pick it up. That’s why we have not purchased anything else from them and will not.
I truly love working with Nita & Donna. They have helped me make wonderful decisions on my wedding rings. They have helped me exchange my bands with my up and down weight gain. They have helped me with a Pandora bracelet, necklace and beads over the yrs for my mother as gifts for the holidays and her birthday.
4 stars because it was a small repair job that I dropped off. Soldering 1 charm to a bracelet when all the parts were there. Between 45-50 $ seems excessive even for this time of year. Will pick up tomorrow.

Let’s go back 9 months to January 1st. I bought a wedding band. I was told to wait until a month before to get it sized. I come in 1 month prior and I’m told the lifetime insurance i purchased isn’t good because to ring I bought but be used on the replacement plan, which apparently I only got 3 years, for the large sum i payed on the plan I was led to believe was something different.Then they order me another ring to change the size which I was told would arrive two weeeks prior. As 9 days until the wedding rolls around, I call the store just to receive a terrible excuse for service. Sheryl (I believe) checks on my order to tell me that my order has been canceled as if the store just found out. It is 9 days until my wedding and i just find out that I will not have my originally planned ring due to the neglegance of this store... At least I got my money back.The woman that had me on the phone for a 15minute hold that took the manager 2 seconds to figure out doesn’t deserves to work at any type of customer service. Thanks for pulling this move on a customer 9 days before his wedding. If i didn’t call the store to figure out where my ring was, they NEVER would have told me u til it was even more too late.I would say there’s no words to describe this... but as you can see there are many.This woman and store deserve many expletives but it has taken a lot of down time not to share these negative words.Good luck to the rest that read this.

My wife visited this store today to get earrings for our daughter and was treated poorly due to the clothes she was wearing by the manager of all people. Who was she to judge if my wife could afford the purchase? Taking our purchases elsewhere going forward. So sad.

I have always had great service at every Jareds Ive been to, EXCEPT this one. My fiancé and I came in to get my ring cleaned and no one greeted us and we literally stood waiting on help for about 5 mins or so and decided to just leave and then an employee walked right by us and still didnt say anything to us. I am not impressed by this location at all.
Shug was a pleasure to work with. She walked us though every step of picking out a setting and diamond for my girlfriend. When I went back solo to sign the papers she pulled a trick out of her sleeve and got a much clearer diamond for the same price. She was even able to knock the price down some too to fit my budget. We honestly feel like weve made a new friend working with Shug, so much so that on the day we got engaged she was one of the people we sent pictures to! When we came back to get wedding bands before my rewards money expired she was still just as awesome to work with. She even told me to wait an extra day as there was a new promotion about to start that would save me even more money!I would absolutely recommend Jared, and in particular Shug to anyone I know looking for rings or other Jewelery. Thank you Shug for making this such an easy process!
Unfortunately the day after my purchase at this location my credit card information was stolen and used for $996 at an online apple store. The bank handled the fraud and Im still happy with my purchase but still not the most satisfying experience

I spent right at $12,000 on an engagement ring for my fiancé. We went in with a question about one of the diamonds and left very disappointed. One of the sales women, Angela, completely disrespected my fiancé and spoke to her as if she were incompetent. Dont shop here. Go somewhere where your business is actually appreciated.
They are so rude and very unkind. Worst service Ive ever experienced at Jared every time I come here it just gets worse. Especially if you come in to get your rings cleaned and inspected. They ONLY care if your buying something. Then they tell you to go find someone else.(in the rudest tone) Really?!
